地方院校推广MOOCs的必要性研究

国内各大院校的精品课程项目已经建设到一定的规模,但推广和应用还很不够,与国外的网络化教育存在很大差距。为了使这些资源得到更有效的利用,提升教学质量和科研水平,地方院校应该积极利用现有的人力物力以及经验和资源上的优势致力于推广应用MOOCs的学习新模式。     

二维大地电磁测深中静态效应分析

当地表浅层存在不均匀地质体时,会发生静态效应,对大地电磁测深数据资料产生畸变影响,从而影响到后期的资料处理和解释。本文运用有限单元法计算大地电磁测深二维正演,通过建立不同模型得到的响应特征,分析静态效应对大地电磁测深数据的影响。     

我国自贸区社会组织建设的制度创新初探

在政府、市场与社会良性互动的体制机制中，社会组织具有关键性的地位和作用。在我国全面深化改革背景下的自贸区建设，以市场化、国际化和法治化为其目标和任务。在自贸区的市场化、国际化和法治化进程中，社会组织具有重要的意义，而在现行体制和法律、政策中，自贸区社会组织建设有诸多障碍。针对这些障碍，自贸区社会组织建设的制度创新重点在于：明确自贸区社会组织的法律地位；变革自贸区社会组织的管理模式；协调自贸区内与自贸区外的关系；促进自贸区社会组织的多元化。     

Learning competitive pricing strategies by multi-agent reinforcement learning

In electronic marketplaces automated and dynamic pricing is becoming increasingly popular. Agents that perform this task can improve themselves by learning from past observations, possibly using reinforcement learning techniques. Co-learning of several adaptive agents against each other may lead to unforeseen results and increasingly dynamic behavior of the market. In this article we shed some light on price developments arising from a simple price adaptation strategy. Furthermore, we examine several adaptive pricing strategies and their learning behavior in a co-learning scenario with different levels of competition. Q-learning manages to learn best-reply strategies well, but is expensive to train.     

Examining the forward pricing function of the Australian equity index futures contract

The relationship between the Australian equity index futures and spot prices is examined. Tests indicate that futures prices with one, two and three months to maturity are unbiased predictors of the spot and hence provide an efficient hedging mechanism for Australian equity index market participants, while six‐, nine‐ and twelve‐month futures prices are biased predictors of spot prices, indicating that speculative opportunities may exist in futures contracts for these time spreads. An analysis of the short‐run dynamic properties of the long‐run equilibrium relationship found that for all time spreads the futures prices respond to changes in the long‐run equilibrium, and for the twelve‐month contract, both futures and spot prices adjust to return to the long‐run equilibrium.     

Adaptive play with spatial sampling

We consider a 2×2 coordination game where each agent interacts with his neighbors on a ring. Ellison (1993, Econometrica 61, 1047–1071) shows that the discrete dynamical system generated by the myopic best-reply rule converges to a Nash equilibrium or to a two-period limit cycle. Following Young (1993, Econometrica 61, 57–84), we consider a best-reply process with a sampling procedure. Particularly, we introduce a spatial sampling procedure: each agent observes a sample of information in his neighborhood and plays a best reply to it. We show that if the size of the sample of information is not too large, the best-reply process converges almost surely to a Nash equilibrium. If in addition agents experiment with small probabilities, we show that, in most cases, the risk-dominant equilibrium prevails in the long run. Furthermore, it turns out that the convergence is faster than in Ellison.     

企业教练功能对员工满意度和离职倾向的影响研究

企业教练是一项提升个体绩效的重要管理技术。通过对340名企业管理者的问卷调查,探索了企业教练的四项功能：自我意识启发、心理支持、职业发展和角色规范。在此基础上进一步研究发现了自我意识启发、心理支持和职业发展能够提升员工的工作满意度,心理支持和职业发展能够降低员工的离职倾向。研究结果表明了开展企业教练活动的必要性。     

基于主成分法的区域主导产业选择评价——以湖北随州市为例

基于主成分法评价结果,随州市应以专用车及零部件制造业、电子信息技术产业、食用菌生产及深加工业为主导产业,并在规模及专业化、产业链完善、创新等方面积极促进。     

基于SWOT矩阵的黑龙江省实施CDM战略研究

随着2005年2月26日《京都议定书》的生效,清洁发展机制(CDM)实施活动在全球范围内开始全面展开。黑龙江省是具有温室气体减排潜力的省份.对黑龙江省实施CDM项目进行SWOT定性分析,并引入层次分析方法进行SWOT定量分析.结合外部环境和内在环境,有利于制订适合黑龙江省特点且有切实有效的发展战略,最终促进经济的可持续发展。     

Fiscal-monetary policy coordination and debt management: a two-stage analysis

We study interactions between two policymakers, central bank and government, in managing public debt as the result of a two-stage game. In the first stage, the institutional regime is established. This determines the equilibrium solution for the second stage, in which a differential game is played between the two policymakers. It is shown that, if the policymakers can communicate before the game is played (multiple-equilibrium), coordination problems can be solved by using the concept of correlated equilibrium.
