项目教学法在《电工电子学》教学中的探讨

为了更好地提高学生学习的主动性和工程实践能力,文章提出在《电工电子学》课程教学中采用项目教学法,并对实施该教法的可行性以及实施该教法时的具体项目进行了探讨。

新版ISO标准已将车载电器及电子设备的抛负载瞬间脉冲试验归人道路车辆电器电子的供电环境条件和试验范畴。本文通过介绍一些标准起草中的技术背景和标准文字中的未尽之言,以及一些试验实践中应予把握的要点,从而对于国家标准的制定、相关榆测部门的检测能力提升,以及车辆电器及电子设备品质的监控质量的提升有所帮助。     

应变电测法及其在容器测试中的应用

本文基于电测法温度补偿测量的原理,利用电测应变测试设备,以某容器为测量对象,进行测点布置,并加载测试,对测试结果进行分析,应用表明,应变电测法测试结果对该容器结构设计具有重要的指导意义。     

《医学生物实验学》教学改革的探索与实践

通过优化重组实验教材,增加综合性和探索性实验内容,改革教学手段,开展师生座谈会及时反馈教学效果等一系列教学改革措施,最终建立由医学细胞生物学、医学遗传学、医学生物实验学组成的相互支撑、紧密联系的课程体系,提高学生跨学科知识综合运用的能力和实验操作的能力。     

The critical discount factor as a measure for cartel stability?

This paper considers the stability of tacit collusion in price setting duopolies with repeated interaction. The minimum discount factor above which tacit collusion can be sustained in a subgame perfect equilibrium is called the critical discount factor δ*. In addition, δ* is often used as an intuitive measure for the stability of a tacit cartel, assuming that a collusive equilibrium is more difficult to sustain when δ* increases. However, according to standard theory the distance δ − δ* between the actual and the critical discount factor does not matter for stability as long as δ > δ*. This paper contributes experimental evidence that supports the intuitive idea that a larger critical discount factor makes collusion a less likely outcome.      

Managers' emotional displays and employees' willingness to act entrepreneurially

In this study we draw on the literature of emotions and entrepreneurial motivation to analyze how and why emotional displays of managers influence the willingness of employees to act entrepreneurially. Using an experimental design and 2912 assessments nested within 91 employees from 31 small entrepreneurially oriented firms, we find that managers' displays of confidence and satisfaction about entrepreneurial projects enhance employees' willingness to act entrepreneurially, whereas displays of frustration, worry, and bewilderment diminish employees' willingness. Moreover, we find that displays of satisfaction, frustration, worry, and bewilderment moderate the effect of managers' displayed confidence on employees' willingness to act entrepreneurially. Our findings have implications for the emotions and entrepreneurial motivation literature.     

Incentive effects and overcrowding in tournaments: An experimental analysis

This study reports experiments that examine outcomes when agents choose between a payment scheme that rewards based on absolute performance (i.e., piece rate) and a scheme that rewards based on relative performance (i.e., a tournament). Holding total payments in the tournament constant, performance is higher when the tournament option is winner-take-all compared to a graduated tournament (i.e., second and third-place performers also receive a payment). Performance is higher in the winner-take all tournaments even among participants that choose the piece-rate option. While there is a modest amount of overcrowding, there are no significant differences in overcrowding across conditions. Entry rates into the tournament and the relative ability of tournament entrants (compared to non-entrants in the same condition) are higher in the graduated tournament condition than the winner-take-all conditions. Consequently, the winner-take-all tournament is more efficient than the graduated tournament (incentive effects are stronger and the overcrowding is about the same), but the graduated tournament provides a more effective mechanism to identify the most capable performer in a talent pool.
