供应链金融在商业银行中小企业信贷中的应用研究

供应链金融模式改变了过去银行等金融机构对单一企业主体的授信模式,充分利用了产业供应链结构特点及对商品交易细节的把握,围绕核心企业对其供应链上的中小企业提供金融支持。本文从供应链金融的内涵出发,对链条上的构成要素及三大主要融资模式进行分析。从商业银行的角度揭示了供应链金融的优势,并对商业银行继续开展该项业务提出建议,以期在提高商业银行经营利润的同时,能更好地解决中小企业融资难的问题。     

对小微企业贷款“个人化”的风险控制问题探析--以吉林省吉林市为例

小微企业作为我国国民经济和社会发展的重要力量，在保持国民经济平稳快速发展方面发挥了重要作用。但一直以来，小微企业普遍存在贷款难问题。为解决小微企业贷款难的瓶颈障碍，部分小微企业采取通过“个人化”贷款方式获取融资的模式。本文以小微企业贷款“个人化”的主要特征和出现的背景为切入点，剖析小微企业“个人化”贷款产生的风险问题，进而提出风险控制的政策建议。     

How the enterprise risk management function influences decision-making in the organization – A field study of a large,global oil and gas company

Risk management has been a discipline for decades. However, organizations have only recently begun to introduce a separate enterprise risk management (ERM) function. The aim of this study is to examine the transformation of the ERM function's influence in a company over time. We use a historical case study informed by social theory on how to influence others to investigate this phenomenon. The findings show that the construction of risk technologies over time triggers a change in the ERM function's influence on decision-making. Two processes of influence are used by the ERM function: selling new ideas and managing knowledge across boundaries. In the first process, the ERM function attempts to vertically influence top management's decisions regarding acceptance of new risk management technologies. In the second process, the ERM function attempts to horizontally influence decision makers to use risk knowledge in decision processes. Theoretically, our findings contribute to our understanding of how the ERM function influences decision-making in organizations over time.

资源控制视角下人员任用与绩效的关系——华南地区IJV的实证研究

对东道国母公司来说,组织学习是建立国际合资公司(IJV)的重要原因之一。与外方母公司相比,东道国母公司在技术实力和管理经验方面都处于劣势,然而由于地缘的优势,东道国母公司能够为IJV的运作提供必须的物质和人力资源,并依靠这些资源与外方母公司展开谈判,对IJV实施必要的控制,从而促成学习目标的达成。从这个角度出发,本文研究了东道国母公司对IJV所采取的资源控制、人员任用控制以及IJV学习绩效之间的相互关系,并选取我国华南地区的96家合资企业作为实证研究对象,对资源控制、人员任用和IJV学习绩效的关系进行了实证研究。结果表明东道国母公司采取的资源控制并不直接影响IJV的学习绩效;但是通过东道国母公司对IJV的人员任用控制、资源控制会对IJV的学习绩效产生间接的影响。     

Performance Contracting In Practice: Experience and lessons from the water sector in Ghana

This article provides some insights into how performance contracting works in practice in a developing country context, using the case of the Ghana Water and Sewerage Corporation (GWSC). Performance contracting has been a useful instrument for restructuring the state-owned enterprises (SOE) sector in Ghana, and the GWSC has made some moderate improvements since its introduction. However, the article highlights some of the institutional constraints and capacity issues that reformers will have to pay attention to, including overstretched capacity of the monitoring agency, a weak information management system and inconsistent compliance to contract by government. The findings also highlight the difficulty of separating politics from operational/management issues, especially in politically sensitive public services, yet performance contracting relies on such separation to be effective. Also it shows how informal behaviour undermines the formality of performance contracting.     

A study on X party material flow: the theory and applications

A thorough study of X party material flow (XPMF), its theory and its applications is conducted in this research. The X material flow concept is an extension of the material flow (MF) theory. To further elucidate that XPMF is one type of MF service model with PMF (party, material, flow) fractal structure and the characteristics of XPMF, we develop the three-pyramid synergetic operational model of XPMF. Through the analysis of several cases, we believe that OIR (Objective relational grade, Information sharing grade, and Resource complementary grade) is the set of order parameters that control and determine the formation of XPMF new structure and its degree of being ordered. Therefore it reveals the mechanism of XPMF formation and evolution. We also provide the principles and the methods for XPMF control.

Systems science serves enterprise integration: a tutorial

Enterprise integration is a major global challenge of these times. It is now possible for a new generation of practitioners to engage this challenge selectively by applying a recently articulated version of systems science (WSS). This tutorial paper argues that a half-century of disarray of the systems field can be seen as ending; and that the distillation of WSS to support a wide variety of application areas (in this instance, enterprise integration) can occupy practitioners as they harness the work program of complexity (WPOC) selectively. Carrying out the WPOC yields predictable portfolio components, consisting of a well-defined mix of tangible and intangible products. The three causes of poor intellectual productivity identified by Kenneth Boulding are nullified when appropriate role matching is achieved between WSS and enterprise integration.     

集体所有制经济的性质形式及其改革

本文分析了我国集体所有制产生和形式的多样性及其与集体所有制性质界定的矛盾；以及改革以来所暴露出来的传统的集体所有制不适应市场经济发展的制度缺陷；最后指出，建立社会主义市场经济，必须重新认识集体所有制，并提出了相应的改革路。
