This study aims to theoretically integrate quality factors of both medical and hospitality services in medical tourism. Medical tourism comprises both medicine and tourism. Although the core product in medical tourism is medical treatment, attractive hospitality and travel options are also essential. Despite the dual nature of medical tourism, the two aspects of this concept have not been integrated in a unique framework. This study attempts to fill this gap using interpretive structural modeling (ISM). According to ISM, although factors of medical services and hospitality services are independent from each other, these factors have vital impacts on perceived value, satisfaction, and loyalty. 相似文献

鉴于传统测算农村居民点整理潜力方法存在过于理想且受主观因素影响过大等问题,考虑到农村居民点不同类型,利用ArcGIS相关技术,将整理区农村居民点分为零星居民点和中心村两类。前者采用整体搬迁模式,利用人均建设用地法测算潜力,并采用农户意愿修正该潜力值;后者采用内部改造模式,利用土地闲置率法测算潜力。两者之和,即为农村居民点整理总潜力。以平南县为例,对比分析了几种方法测算农村居民点整理潜力的现实可行性。 相似文献

研究目的:比较在宅基地置换和村庄归并两类农村居民点整治模式下农户整治意愿影响因素的异同,为制定差别化的农村居民点整治政策提供支持。研究方法:比较分析法,农户调查法,Logistic回归分析法。研究结果:宅基地置换模式下,年龄、人口数、房屋建筑年代、喜好房屋类型、政策认知状况以及对生活成本的接受程度是显著影响农户整治意愿的因素;村庄归并模式下,农业收入占比、宅基地面积、生态环境满意度、补偿方式和对生活成本的接受程度是显著影响农户整治意愿的因素;两类模式下,除对生活成本的接受程度是共同显著影响因素外,其他影响因素存在着较大的差别。研究结论:不同区域、不同经济发展水平下,不同农户的居民点整治意愿影响因素存在差异,新时期农村居民点整治的政策应着眼于各区域的客观实际,分区、分类推进,体现出差别化。 相似文献

Social-Cognitive Theory is used to test the argument that the motivations behind sustainable tourism, and the types of sustainable actions undertaken, depend on one’s empathy towards sustainability. Latin American businesses were surveyed about their motivations for acting sustainably and any sustainability actions undertaken. Based on their responses, TwoStep cluster analysis found four clusters (cost, legitimisation, biospheric, and lifestyle). Acceptance of responsibility to be more sustainable depends on one’s level of empathy with, and attachment to, sustainability, explained by a beneficiary focus (personal norms that drive one to act to help oneself or others) and a cultural focus (acting in response to individualistic or collectivistic social norms). This study examines ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the Taiwanese tourism industry from the standpoints of the government, academia, and industry through the perspective of Confucianism and creates a comprehensive, tourism-specific ethics and CSR conceptual framework. A qualitative approach was adopted in this study that recruited 21 experts to share their perspectives regarding ethics and CSR in the tourism industry. An original, valuable and comprehensive ethics and CSR conceptual framework in the tourism industry within the context of Chinese society was conducted and includes seven dimensions emerged from the data and were integrated into the following four facets: first, the dimensions of ethics; second, the antecedent facet of CSR is the inside and outside force; third, the strategy facet includes the economy, the environment, society, and culture; and fourth, the consequence aspect is feedback. Rural tourism quality of services: fundamental contributive factors from tourists’ perceptions 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Despite the importance of quality of services in the rural tourism sector, it is somewhat surprising that little study has been done to delve into the fundamental contributive factors that contribute to quality of services from the tourists’ perceptions. This is the first known study undertaken with a view to understand the fundamental contributive factors (i.e. climate change, carrying capacity, relaxation environment, and community support) from the environmental perspectives that link with quality of services in rural tourism destinations. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed to the tourists who visited four study sites from Borneo Heights, Sarawak, and 215 were returned and used for analysis. To assess the developed model, SmartPLS 2.0 (M3) is applied based on path modelling and then bootstrapping. Interestingly, the findings revealed that tourists are more concerned about the changing of climate and relaxation environment at the destination. They also agreed that community support plays a significant role in the development of quality of services in the rural tourism. This study further discussed on the implications of the findings, limitations, and directions for future research. 相似文献

This study explores residents’ attitudes toward future tourism development based on their community well-being (CWB) and community attachment. Focusing on the case of Gamcheon Culture Village in Busan, South Korea, which was developed during an urban regeneration project in 2009, an exploratory factor analysis was conducted. The main findings of this study are: (1) CWB is supported by five variables including income effects, social participation, safety service, infrastructure service, and environmental effect; (2) not only does CWB influence community attachment but attachment also effects residents’ attitudes; and (3) the most effective variable of CWB is income effect, and safety service for community attachment. These results can help to provide effective strategies to encourage residents to have positive attitudes about further tourism development in a community-based tourism destination. 相似文献
