Expectation and satisfaction of rural tourism：a case study of Hainan,China

This study uses the rural tourist motivation scale to measure the motivations, expectations, and satisfaction of nearly 200 rural tourists in five areas of Hainan, China by importance-Performance Analysis （IPA） and factor analysis. The results show that the main motivation for participating in rural tourism is to be close to nature, improve family rela-tionship and relaxation. Tourists are highly satisfied with the landscape and pastoral views as well as the friendliness of the local people and hotels. The results also show that the sample people most care about easy parking and reasonable prices, and they expect ethnic festivals and farm life experiences. Besides the environment, facilities, recreational activities and psychological experience of rural tourism, the overall satisfaction is high. The results of this study can be used by local government leaders as well as the tourism industry to devise ways to promote and improve rural tourism.     

基于因子分析法的海南省科技服务业发展水平评价研究

科技服务业从某种程度上直接反映了一个地区的科技创新能力和经济发展水平。通过因子分析方法,以科技服务业发展水平、全社会科技活动和科技服务业外部发展环境为3个一级指标,选取22个二级指标构建科技服务业发展水平的评价指标体系,通过构建评价模型,综合评价、比较分析海南省科技服务业在全国31个省市中的发展水平,并根据评价结果,从区域科技发展角度对海南省科技服务业发展提出对策建议,为提升海南省科技服务业发展水平提供有益参考。     

自贸港背景下海南与南太平洋岛国外贸发展思考

2018年4月13日,在海南省经济特区创办30周年大会的讲话上,以习近平同志为核心的党中央决定在海南设立自由贸易区,建设首个"中国特色自由贸易港"。党中央赋予海南的重大使命和历史责任,将为海南省的发展带来重大的契机。本文以海南自由贸易区(港)的政策条件为大背景,分析海南农业发展具有的优势,并以南太平洋岛国作为研究对象,深入分析海南省和南太平洋岛之间的区位优势,将两个地方的优势进行互补,从而促进双方经济的飞跃发展,实现双赢。     

国际旅游岛政策视角下海南省旅游业的发展现状与对策分析

自2010年开始建设海南国际旅游岛以来，海南省旅游业发展进步明显，全社会整体经济实力得到明显提高，产业结构调整也取得了积极进展。以海南国际旅游岛的视角对海南省旅游业发展现状以及存在的问题进行一系列分析，从基础设施建设、产品开发、营销推广等方面提出了对促进海南省旅游业发展的对策和建议。     

基于SWOT分析的三亚蜜月旅游市场开发策略研究

文章结合海南建设国际旅游岛大背景,采用SWOT分析方法,对三亚开发蜜月旅游市场的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行了系统分析,并针对性地提出了其发展策略。     

Authenticating Ethnic Tourism: Li Dancers' Perspectives

Authenticity is a negotiated rather than an absolute attribute of tourism phenomena. A large number of stakeholders is involved in the negotiation of authenticity, including the state, the business community, tourists and, in the case of ethnicity, representatives of minority groups. Each of these is likely to hold its own perspectives on authenticity. This presentation focuses upon the latter group and examines the perceptions of tourism and culture of Li dancers who perform for tourists in purpose-built folk villages in the island of Hainan, China. In order to structure perspectives on authenticity, survey responses of Li dancers are arrayed upon five constructs that can be viewed as representing different dimensions of the authentic. These constructs are: commodification versus spontaneity (non-commercialization), cultural evolution versus museumification, economic development versus cultural preservation, ethnic autonomy versus state regulation, and mass tourism development versus sustainable cultural tourism. It is demonstrated that there is tension both within and between each of these constructs. Furthermore, the perspectives of Li dancers on tourism and culture are formulated and reformulated within the context of the perspectives of other stakeholders who may hold different positions related to authenticity.     

海南热带农产品冷链物流系统研究

海南岛位于中国最南端,常年阳光充足,雨水充沛,有"天然温室"之美称,是发展热带农业的黄金场所。农业产值一直占海南省GDP的三分之一以上,热带农业是海南省的支柱产业之一。但由于农产品通过冷链流通的比例偏低,瓜果类农产品等大部分仍是在常温下流通,冷链物流基础设施能力严重不足,导致海南农产品在流通过程中造成的很大损失。因此,建立海南农产品冷链物流系统显得十分必要和及时,本文通过对海南热带农产品冷链物流的诸多问题的分析、研究与探讨,提出海南热带农产品冷链物流系统的解决方法和措施。     

海南大学信息管理与信息系统专业教学改革研究

海南大学信息管理与信息系统专业成立于2005年,从课程体系建设到培养模式,都还处在不断完善的过程中。本文以海南大学信息管理与信息系统专业为例,通过学生问卷调查及访谈的方法进行实证分析,针对调查的结果,结合专业发展的特点,提出了对海南大学信息管理与信息系统专业教学改革的一些措施和建议。     

海南西部旅游资源开发的态势分析及策略

海南国际旅游岛建设需要实现海南全省旅游业的协调发展,需要海南中西部旅游发展的支撑和配合。本文就国际旅游岛建设背景下,对海南中西部旅游发展的必要性以及优劣势和机会威胁等方面进行了分析,在此基础上,针对海南中西部旅游发展特点,提出政府进一步加大支持力度、创新旅游产品开发理念、加强公共设施建设、加强旅游从业人员素质培养等对策建议。     

海南的资本投入与全要素生产率

本文从投资效率出发估计海南资本存量数据,并运用索洛余值法、隐含变量法和潜在产出法讨论了1978～2006年海南的全要素生产率变动。分析表明:海南全要素生产率增长与海南宏观经济波动趋势较一致,海南的经济增长主要依靠全要素生产率的贡献。
