基于遥感技术的耕地复种指数研究进展   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
复种是我国重要的农作制度之一,对于提高我国耕地综合生产能力和确保国家粮食安全具有重要作用。该文在介绍复种指数基本概念和研究方法的基础上,对基于遥感技术的耕地复种指数研究进展进行了评述,尤其对时序植被指数平滑方法和复种指数的判别方法等两个关键技术进行了详细阐述。该文提出了遥感技术和地面观测的结合将是未来耕地复种指数遥感监测的发展趋势之一。如何进行遥感数据平滑最优化处理,以及获取高时空分辨率遥感数据及规范准确的地面观测数据将是需要重点解决的关键问题。  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the phenomenon of part-time workers performing similar types of jobs to full-time workers in the same workplace. We use data from Japan's Survey on Diversified Types of Employment to answer two questions. First, why are firms increasingly employing part-time workers in jobs traditionally offered to full-time workers? Second, what are the characteristics of the workers taking these jobs? As for the former, it is primarily service sector firms using this new work relationship. Interestingly, there is evidence that manufacturing firms are outsourcing in lieu of hiring domestic part-time workers. On a positive note, we find evidence that part-time workers are screened by firms for full-time jobs. As to the second question, the workers are primarily professionals working long hours. As an aside, based on our data we find no evidence that part-time workers are more likely to be involuntarily employed in full-time jobs than in non full-time jobs. J. Japanese Int. For some years there has been much debate between various stakeholders about the need for accounting graduates to develop a broader set of skills to be able to pursue a career in the accounting profession. This study uses mixed methods to examine perceptions and expectations of two major stakeholders: students and employers. Findings indicate that students are becoming aware of employers’ expectations in terms of communication, analytical, professional and teamwork skills. Although employers are still expecting a good understanding of basic accounting skills and strong analytical skills, they are also requiring ‘business awareness’ and knowledge in terms of the ‘real world’. Both students and employers report that many of the ‘essential’ non‐technical and professional skills and attributes are not being developed sufficiently in university accounting programmes.  相似文献

This paper reports an investigation into the changes in the wage distribution in Poland in the first half of the 1990s. We concentrate on the effects of privatization and international trade. We show that the tendency towards increased dispersion in wages halted between 1992 and 1996, despite a rapid expansion in private-sector work. We also show that, during the same period, private-sector workers typically earned less than their state-sector counterparts on an hourly basis, and this gap widened. However, if one controls for experience, tenure and size of workplace, then there existed a small positive private-sector premium. On the effects of international trade, we find suggestive circumstantial evidence that the increase in trade with Western Europe raised wages and employment in manufacturing.  相似文献

Despite previous attempts to link hotel rating systems to performance, no prior study has examined the effects of changes in Diamond ratings. Considering the variability in Diamond ratings, and the fact that hotels may gain or lose a Diamond over time, it is important for hotel properties to assess such outcomes on key performance indicators (KPIs). Hence, this study examines the influence of Diamond rating changes on hotels’ KPIs (i.e., occupancy rate, average daily rate, and revenue per available room) and competitive set indexes, which allow to benchmark a property’s performance against a designated competitive set. Results suggest that in both the short and long-terms, significant differences in KPIs and indexes exist between properties which benefited from an increase in Diamond rating, versus those which suffered from a drop in Diamond rating. Furthermore, despite such improved performances over time, improvements in hotels’ KPIs and indexes tended to diminish over time. The current findings yield important contributions to the literature regarding the effects of hotel rating changes on KPIs and indexes and provide valuable insights to hotel owners and operators.  相似文献
