Abstract

The concept of the ‘dissolution of estate society’ (standssamfunnets opplesning) has not been much used in Norwegian historical research. The great process of social change which took place in the 19th century, the main features of which have their counterparts in the social development of the other Scandinavian countries, has been discussed within other conceptual contexts. Norwegian historians have often stressed the contrast between an urban society and an agricultural society based on self-sufficiency, or between the people and their administrators. In economic history the changes which came with industrialization, and the shift from an agricultural economy based on self-sufficiency to an agricultural economy based on buying and selling, have been the subject of much research. In social and political history the subjects which have aroused the greatest interest have been the struggles of the farmers as well against the bureaucracy as against the commercial capitalism of the towns, and the role of the farmers in the movement towards political democracy.

制定我国国家经济安全法的必要性与可行性

随着生产力的发展,经济安全在整个国家安全体系中的地位越来越突出。目前我国尚缺乏对应的独立的经济安全法律。制定《国家经济安全法》有利于经济安全问题处理的程序化,也有利于预防经济安全问题,为我国经济发展提供重要的防护屏障。目前我国已经具备了制定《国家经济安全法》的认识基础、法律基础和机构基础。     

谈《招标投标法》中不可误读的主要条款

我国《招标投标法》颁布实施10年来,对于工程建设项目的法制化、规范化、产业化管理起到了积极而有效的作用。但是,当前招标投标活动在我国尚属新生事物,许多企业在尚未熟悉相关法律和法规的情况下,便仓促参与该活动,不仅造成直接经济损失,而且败坏了企业声誉,不利于企业自身发展。文章对此提出自己的见解。     

农村法治教育有效途径聚类分析

法治教育途径是农村法治教育活动的基本构成要素,也是影响农村法治教育质量与效果的关键要素之一。通过实地调查并运用聚类分析法对取得的相关数据进行分析,可以发现当前我国农村法治教育主要途径的实际有效性与理论上不一致。这启示我们必须加强对农村法治教育的组织引导,根据农村经济社会发展的现状、农民的认知水平与心理认识规律,选择合适的法治教育途径,并综合运用各种途径,使其相互配合,取长补短,才能确保农村法治教育取得应有的效果。

当前,我国进行区域法治建设中存在的问题主要是,目前法治国家建立的大环境尚不具备,实现区域法治还缺少一定的条件;区域经济不能推导出区域法治.国家应从建立健全区域经济协调发展的法律法规入手,加强区域经济协调发展的组织机构建设,完善其职能;建立健全检查奖惩长效机制;强化人民代表大会的应有地位和作用,加强国家宏观调控;大力加强社会主义法治文化建设,为开展和完善区域法治建设创造条件.     

Do sticky prices increase real exchange rate volatility at the sector level?

We introduce the real exchange rate volatility curve as a useful device to understand the relationship between price stickiness and the fluctuations in Law of One Price deviations. In the presence of both nominal and real shocks, the theory predicts that the real exchange rate volatility curve is a U-shaped function of the degree of price stickiness. Using sector-level US–European real exchange rate data and frequency of price changes, we estimate the volatility curve and find the predominance of real effects over nominal effects. Good-by-good variance decompositions show that the relative contribution of nominal shocks is smaller at the sector level than what previous studies have found at the aggregate level, consistent with significant averaging out of good-specific real microeconomic shocks.
