Automatically extracting tourism-related opinion from Chinese social media

Existing tourism-destination investigations of Chinese texts remain weak, and no approach is available to realize Chinese context semantically and automatically. To resolve this, we provide a novel method based on qualitative analysis for studying the online opinions of Chinese tourists regarding the destinations to which they travel. Both traditional and simplified Chinese forums were chosen as the object of study. Spain was selected as a travel destination to evaluate the proposed method. After processing the natural language, unstructured Chinese content is analysed to derive the general sentiment and relevant topics regarding the destination through user comments on social media. The proposed method allows us to understand what tourists are interested in and how they form opinions about tourist destinations.     

水含量对162型中温蜡成型质量的影响

传统的蜡处理工艺采用静置沉降法,蜡料在使用中经常出现蜡件凹陷、流纹多、气泡明显,以及修蜡时粘刀、蜡屑很难清洗等问题,严重影响了产品质量。为了解决这些问题,采用162型中温蜡料生产铸件,探究蜡料中水含量对蜡料综合性能和成型质量的影响。研究发现:随着水含量的上升,蜡表面质量趋于变好,蜡件比较饱满;当蜡料水含量控制在4%~7%时,蜡件的线收缩、凹陷及表面流纹较轻,综合使用性能好,且修蜡不粘刀,蜡屑容易清洗。因此,生产中可通过制作标准对比块,采用观察颜色的方法严格控制并监测蜡料中的水含量。此法简单、方便、可行,可用于蜡料生产中水含量的监测。     

Factors influencing customer engagement with branded content in the social network sites of integrated resorts

The integrated resorts rely on social network sites (SNSs) for content marketing, while one of the main purposes of content marketing is customer engagement that will leverage the impact of branded content. This study investigates the factors influencing customer engagement with brand posts of integrated resorts on the SNSs. The findings highlight the important influence of both media-type and content-type factors on the level of customer engagement in SNSs of integrated resorts. This study provides practical implications for integrated resorts to develop SNS online content marketing strategy.

社区公民教育内容的确定,应当围绕社区基本现实与公民教育的目的。基于历史传统与文化特点、教育目的与社会现实,社区公民教育内容的确定应当包括民主政治与法纪教育、心理适应与责任教育、危机应对与科学教育、和谐社会与伦理教育四个部分。     

Promoting Gondwana: presentation of the Gondwana Rainforests of Australia World Heritage Area in tourist brochures

An 800 km stretch of the Eastern coast of Australia contains some of the last remnant fragments of the sub-tropical rainforests that once covered much of the region. This natural resource – declared as World Heritage in 1986 as the Central Eastern Rainforest Reserves of Australia, but now known as the Gondwana Rainforests of Australia – serves as an important drawcard for tourist visitation to the region. Using a content analysis of 343 tourism brochures collected across one section of the Gondwana Rainforests area, this study examined the extent to which ‘rainforest’, ‘World Heritage’ and the ‘Gondwana Rainforests’ are present within text and imagery. Findings reveal a low prevalence of this ‘branding’; indeed only 3% of brochures mention ‘Gondwana’ or ‘Gondwana Rainforests’. As presentation is a key component of World Heritage-listed forests like Gondwana, the study's results reveal the importance of building awareness of the brand in the minds of users and the community.

高层住宅含钢量新旧规范对比研究

随着房地产经济环境的变化,房地产开发商愈加重视结构的经济性和含钢量对造价的影响。2011版结构新规范的执行对结构的含钢量指标变化较大,直接影响结构经济性。本文根据新规范的实施,实例统计地震烈度6度区高层住宅含钢量的变化,统计建筑面积、钢筋级别、抗震等级在高层住宅中的影响情况,并且分析了含钢量的统计影响因素,以提供资料数据予房地产开发商造价控制以及结构工程师的结构优化。分析结果表明,新规范的执行使得含钢量和混凝土用量均增加5%以上,其影响不可忽视。
