中国创意服务贸易国际竞争力比较研究——基于TC指数和相对(技术)复杂度指数

在分析中国创意服务贸易特征的基础上,运用贸易竞争力(TC)指数和相对(技术)复杂度指数,采用UNCTAD发布的最新统计数据,对中国以及世界其他五个国家的创意服务贸易的国际竞争力进行了比较研究。结果显示:我国创意服务贸易已具备一定的国际竞争力,在世界创意服务贸易的地位也不断提升,但是各分项发展很不平衡。因此,要加强对进出口市场的了解,优化出口结构,提高创意服务进口的技术水平,同时注重创意服务高端人才的培养与引进。     

中国海洋强国、强省（市）指数测算研究

借鉴国际国内发展指数和经济强国指数的构建原理和方法,结合我国海洋事业发展现状,运用主成分分析和独立性分析等方法,设计构建海洋强国指数测算指标体系,建立算术加权合成指数测算模型。对我国沿海地区2007—2011年间海洋经济发展指数、海洋科技发展指数、海洋资源存量指数、海洋可持续发展指数、海洋产业竞争力指数等个体指数进行测算,并合成计算得到海洋强省（市）指数,以此为基础对我国2002—2011年的海洋强国指数进行综合测算,根据指数变化趋势图对我国海洋经济、科技、可持续以及产业发展情况进行了动态分析,探究了海洋强国、强省（市）指数变化的内在动因。     

Using Project-Based Learning （PBL） in Management Accounting Course： Lesson and Reflection From Entrepreneurship Education

One of the main issues in entrepreneurship education is integrating core course to entrepreneurship course. Many educators fail to integrate core course and entrepreneurial education. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the integration of management accounting course in entrepreneurship course will accomplish the objective of entrepreneurship education. This study is derived from the experience of entrepreneurial project course at Management Department of Ciputra University, Surabaya. This study uses an explorative approach to investigate the implementation of project-based learning （PBL） in management accounting course. The result shows variation of output. There are about 91% business can be implemented by business groups and about 33% target achieved. Several management accounting techniques are used in this study, such as balanced score card （BSC）, activity-based costing （ABC）, activity-based management （ABM）, cost-volume-profit （CVP） analysis, and tactical decision making. This study found that by using management accounting techniques, student can run the business well especially when they have to make decision. This study strengthens the role of management accounting in business practices, and furthermore, this study proves that management accounting is beneficial for entrepreneurs who are still in the start-up business stage.     

电子商务环境下第三方物流运作模式研究

随着电子商务的飞速发展,各类先进技术不断应用于物流业,电子商务的环境和特征将影响和改变第三方物流的运作模式。目前,第三方物流有两种基本运作模式,即传统外包型物流运作模式和战略联盟型物流运作模式,这两种模式在电子商务环境下存在着很大的局限性。因而,为适应电子商务对第三方物流运作模式的要求,通过第三方物流纵向功能性整合与横向扩张性整合,保障第三方敏捷物流运作模式的实施。最后,以戴尔公司的物流运作模式为例。戴尔公司与第三方物流企业的合作共建信息平台,完善戴尔公司物流运作系统,实施个性化的定制策略。     

Sustainable development of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration： a scenario analysis based on water shortage and water environment changes

China has experienced a rapid urbanization since late 1970s. The great increase of urban population has resulted in various environmental changes, of which urban water shortage and water environment problems have occurred in most cities, especially in the rapidly developing urban agglomerations in the eastern coastal region. This research, taking Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration （SPUA） as a case study area analyzes the urbanization expansion in the last decades, discusses the water shortage and water environment changes following the rapid economic development and urbanization sueh as groundwater sinking in the urban and plain area, sea water and saltwater intrusion in the coastal cities, water pollution overspreading and water ecosystem degradation, and puts forwards some strategies for sustainabilitv in populous regions with severe water shortage. Some countermeasures for sustainable development of SPUA are put forward, such as constructing modern water resources inter-city networks to regulate water resouree between cities, adjnsting urbanization policy and urban scale planning to promote the development of small towns and medium sized cities, optimizing urban industry structure by restricting high water consumption enterprises and stimulating the growth of tertiary industry. improving water use efficiency to rednce fresh water consumption and wastewater discharge, introducing economic means to water pricing and water management system, and restoring ecological conditions to strengthen the natural water-making capacity.     

汕头城市旅游形象再设计

城市旅游形象设计是一项复杂的系统工程,本文基于对汕头旅游资源特色和旅游客源市场特征的分析,借鉴CIS（city identity system）理论,从理念形象、视觉形象和行为形象三个方面对汕头城市旅游整体形象进行了再设计。     

区域经济、社会发展的重要途径—府际关系视域下地方政府合作

随着区域经济一体化的发展和中央向地方的逐步放权,地方政府作为一个相对独立的地区利益主体的角色日益凸显。当今区域经济、社会发展过程中遇到的资源、环保、就业等诸多问题,需要通过地方政府的分析来解决。因此有必要强调要树立合作共赢的行政理念、完善地方政府合作的法律制度、建立地方政府合作协调机构等,以高效实现各级地方政府的行政目标,达到合作共赢的目的。     

基于DEA方法的重庆市工业企业创新能力评价

本文在简单评述有关工业企业创新能力研究现状的基础上,引入数据包络分析方法,并将其作为评价工业企业创新能力的定量方法。并且以重庆市2007年工业企业创新统计数据为依据,在建立创新投入产出指标体系的基础上,运用DEA方法。从综合有效、技术有效和规模收益三个方面对重庆市23个区县的企业创新效率进行评价,对投入产出相对无效的决策单元分析其无效原因,并给出改进方案。结果表明：该方法可以对不同企业创新能力进行比较排序,为企业的经营决策提供了很好的参考依据。     

美国商业核电站监管的进化与发展——基于美国核能监管委员会的发展史

通过分析研究美国从原子能委员会到核能监管委员会的演化进程,并运用实证分析手段解析引发核电监管机构进化的事件及背后的推动因素、监管机构的独立性和权力制衡的制度设计,使我们了解到:美国核能监管委员会是美国特定的政治、经济、文化环境下的产物,有其独特性;核能监管委员会的外部制约及内部约束机制,在保障其独立、公开、专业履行职责的同时,形成了行业安全至上的文化,建立起基于公信力的监管权威。进一步告诉我们,对核电完善的监督,尤其是消费者、公众和媒体对被监管者生产的产品和服务的监督,是防止核电监管失灵的最有效措施。
