二季度债券市场收益率曲线将陡峭化上行

在充裕资金面的影响下,一季度银行间债券市场走出一波温和上扬行情,10年期国债收益率从年初的3．7％左右下行至一季度末的3．35％附近。文章综合相关数据分析后预计,未来工业增加值增速、货币供应量将有所放缓,新增贷款有望平稳增长,宏观经济仍将高位运行,结合经济走势相似年份的CPl均值,预计二季度CPI上行至3％后逐步回落,国债及政策性金融债收益率曲线整体小幅上行,收益率曲线呈现陡峭化态势。     

An empirical assessment of the value of irrigation water: the case study of Murrumbidgee catchment*

Evaluation of value of irrigation water is essential for supporting policy decision making relating to investments in the irrigation sector, efficient allocation of irrigation water and water pricing and for crafting policies to compare the variable impacts of water reform within and across sectors of the economy. This paper asks the question of how much an established irrigator would pay for water and at what price farmers planning to expand the area they have under irrigation would consider paying for the right to access water. An analytical framework is developed to estimate the net present value of both annual and perennial agricultural activities in the Murrumbidgee catchment. Using these estimates the total value of water used in Murrumbidgee catchment is estimated. An aggregate water supply curve is derived for the catchment from where water may be acquired from irrigators for environmental flows.     

结晶器振动机构驱动方式的改进

针对机械驱动的曲柄连杆机构在实际运行过程中易损坏,且坯面质量不易保证的问题,在分析结晶器振动机构的振幅、振动曲线、拉坯速度以及液压振动机构的控制原理的基础上,对液压驱动的结晶器振动机构、液压驱动设备进行了改造,由液压缸取代了曲柄,成为液压缸连杆振动机构。改造后的连杆机构在实际应用中达到了良好的运行效果。     

技术生命周期视域下领域介入方向与时机研究 ——以图像处理技术领域为例

从专利文献数据出发,以Logistic曲线模型为研究方法,实证分析图像处理领域的整体技术发展及分支技术生命周期进程。研究发现,图像分割、图像识别技术方向及生物识别应用领域处于成长期,图像增强、图像去噪、图像重建、图像融合技术方向处于技术成熟期,而图像复原、图像编码技术及通信、医疗、交通、工业及遥感应用领域已经进入技术饱和期。结合图像处理领域分支技术方向及技术生命周期进展,可为相关创新主体介入领域的方向及时机提供参考信息。     

How does the geographic export diversification–performance relationship vary at different levels of export intensity?

We argue that the relationship between geographic export diversification and firm performance follows an S-curve relationship if export intensity is low and an inverted U-shape if export intensity is high. The S-shape curve occurs because firms have weaker incentives to deploy the resources needed for succeeding in foreign markets if they generate relatively low revenues in export markets compared to their domestic market. Firms highly committed to export markets, in contrast, face stronger incentives to accelerate their learning curve, which results in an inverted U-shape relationship. We examine our hypotheses using a panel of longitudinal archival data with over 2000 firm-year observations, which cover all of the possible export destination countries served by large Brazil-based exporters from 2001 to 2010. Our results imply that the degree of export intensity changes the cost-benefit relationship of geographic export diversification.

当今世界,如何使自己企业的供应链能够更有效率的运作,便成为了许多管理人员继续考虑的一个问题。基于此背景下,许多供应链的优化模型被理论界提出。针对传统的模型存在一些不足之处,通过采用系统模拟的方法,提出了一套新的评价系统,应用了权衡曲线的原理,并考察了在需求发生变化的情况下决策的适应情况,给出不同情景下的决策建议。     

A new ordered family of Lorenz curves with an application to measuring income inequality and poverty in rural China

The most common data source on income distribution in China is grouped data. When income data is in grouped form, some acceptable Lorenz model is needed to approximate the underlying Lorenz curve. This paper presents a new family of Lorenz curves and applies the main model in our proposed family of Lorenz curves to income data for rural China over the period 1980 to 2006. We find that the income share of the rural population at the low end of the income scale has been shrinking, income inequality in rural China has increased over time and that income inequality has impeded attempts to reduce poverty. However, the welfare of the rural population is still improving in terms of the generalized Lorenz dominance criterion.

HUMAN CAPITAL INEQUALITY AND THE KUZNETS CURVE

This paper develops a Mincerian measure of human capital distribution and applies it to evaluate national and global human capital inequality and compare them with education inequality measures. It is shown that using education inequality as a proxy of human capital inequality is problematic due to the nonmonotonic relationship between them. We find that the inconsistent evidence on education and human capital Kuznets curves in the literature is due to the use of different inequality measures. In particular, human capital Kuznets curves are evident when relative inequality measures are used, whereas education Kuznets curves are found when absolute inequality measures are used. It is also observed that while global education inequality has been declining over the past four decades, global human capital inequality remains largely steady, as the decrease in between‐country human capital inequality is largely balanced by the increase in within‐country human capital inequality.
