本文主要针对旅游业及其产业地位的几个基本问题进行了讨论,这些问题包括对旅游业的界定、旅游业对GDP的直接贡献、旅游业的产业关联、出境旅游的发展与旅游业产业地位、旅游业产业地位结构体系等.     

The Influence of Visitors' Awareness of World Heritage Listings: A Case Study of Huangshan,Xidi and Hongcun in Southern Anhui,China

This research used Huangshan, Xidi and Hongcun in southern Anhui (China) as a case to study the impact of World Heritage List (WHL) status on international visitors. The study categorised all the visitors into two types – WHL aware and WHL unaware – based on awareness levels of the World Heritage status of the destination. The two groups were compared in terms of visit purposes, socio-demographics and other characteristics. The results showed that the World Heritage List status did have an impact on travellers' visit decisions. Additionally, the World Heritage List status proved to be related to tourists' visit purposes, activity patterns and socio-demographic characteristics. However, the World Heritage List status will be a more influential tool for destinations when marketers place emphasis on the underlying cultural contents of sites and make the cultural elements accessible and interpretable for international visitors.     

河南省计划生育科技档案信息化建设现状定性研究

目的:了解河南省人口和计划生育部门各级各地科技档案信息化建设状况,针对科技档案信息化建设中存在的问题提出对策和建议,为政府制定科技档案信息化建设提供理论依据。方法:采用定性研究方法对项目县分管领导进行个人深入访谈。结果:计划生育科技档案信息化建设无明确统一标准;科技档案信息化建设经费不到位、人员短缺,重视硬件建设,相对轻视人才培养,项目县的科技档案工作不仅数量少,规模小,而且还极其分散;信息化程度不高,科技档案信息利用率和可及率低。结论:河南省人口和计划生育部门各级各地科技档案信息化建设状况不容乐观。     

论化工产品物流运作与管理

化工产品物流不仅对于整个化工产业的发展起到十分重要的推动作用,还和人们生活的地区环境以及公共安全有着密切相关的联系,如果化工物流没有得到良好的运作和管理,可能会造成极其恶劣的影响。文中通过分析了我国化工产品物流的管理现状及其特点,提出了一些加强化工物流管理的措施建议,希望能够给企业的物流管理起到一定的指导作用。     

浅谈如何提高高校学籍管理工作水平

文章分析了目前高校学籍管理工作中主要存在的问题,提出了利用计算机网络技术、完善学籍管理制度、制订实施细则、提高学籍管理人员素质、加强学籍管理宣传力度的方法来提高学籍管理工作水平,以达到教学管理的规范化、现代化。     

网络银行发展的问题及对策

网络银行具有传统商业银行运行方式难以比拟的优势，是商业银行实现集约化经营和利润最大化的必由之路。它对传统商业银行的经营理念、管理模式、运行机制提出了崭新的课题。目前我国网络银行业务开展基本上集中在网络使用广泛的地区，但所提供的服务也仅限于账户信息查询、转账付款等方面，还不能涉及贷款、投资等方面。运用高技术尤其是发展网络银行将成为外资银行首选；我们应积极采取相应对策，大力推进我国网络银行的发展。     

Do Mothers Matter? A Comparison of Models of the Influence of Mothers' and Fathers' Educational and Occupational Status on Children's Educational Attainment

The first objective of this article is to clarify which model best captures the structure and trend of the influence of social origin on children's education. The second objective is to analyse how general conclusions on historical trends in educational reproduction change if we add mother's status background to the model. Six contrasting hypotheses are derived fromthe body of literature dealing with models on families' socioeconomic status. All hypotheses are translated into empirical models and their explained variance is compared. A pooled data set is used that contains data from the Netherlands, West Germany, and the USA. The Modified Dominance Model, that distinguishes the influence of the highest from thelowest status parent, has the best model fit. Regarding the second objective we see that adding the mother's influence to that of the father's does not change general conclusions on trends in educational reproduction. Over time the influence of both parents decreases continuously. However, the influence of the mother's education and occupational status on children's educational attainment is substantive.     

Who's the Boss at the Top? A Micro‐Level Analysis of Director Expertise,Status and Conformity Within Boards

In this paper we address how director expertise impacts a director's social status and conformity within the board. Our results, derived from two unique multi‐source datasets of peer ratings on director status and conformity of non‐executive directors from Dutch organizations, indicate that industry‐specific expertise and financial expertise differently impact directors’ social status and influence within the board. We find that directors’ individual performance orientation – the motivation to demonstrate expertise – acts as an important contingency for expertise to increase directors’ status within the board. Additional analyses using archival data and interviews with non‐executive directors substantiate our findings and provide additional insight into the dynamics operating within boards. This study extends existing research on boards of directors and provides unique micro‐level insights into the boardroom dynamics that connect director expertise to director status and conformity within boards.     

欧盟消费品安全风险管理现状及对我国的启示

消费品安全是人们关注的永恒话题。本文通过较为系统地对欧盟消费品安全风险管理运行机制和方法进行归纳和总结,以及欧盟可供借鉴的经验,提出了我国建立产品安全风险管理机制的建议。     

中国物流企业税收筹划策略研究

物流业是中国的一个新兴产业。近年来,中国经济的持续发展拉动了物流业的迅速崛起,但是中国物流业仍然处于发展的初级阶段,经营状况与盈利状况有待改善。列举了物流企业进行税收筹划的积极作用,分析了中国物流企业面临的税制现状,提出了物流企业税收筹划的建议和对策,为物流企业制定合理有效的税收筹划方案,降低企业税金成本,更好地促进企业发展,增强物流企业在国际物流市场的竞争力。
