基于中国1985—2009年的时间序列数据,将能源作为一种生产要素引入D-S形式的总量生产函数,利用扩展了的内生增长模型,实证检验不同专利活动对能源及劳动产出弹性的影响差异。结果发现专利活动特别是发明专利对劳动力的产出弹性发挥了明显的促进作用,专利活动对我国能源产出弹性的整体贡献较小,专利活动对能源产出弹性的影响主要体现在实用新型专利上,发明专利和外观设计专利对能源产出弹性的提升没有发挥显著促进作用。  相似文献

职业经理人与家族企业有效融合是促进企业创新的先决条件。聚焦家族企业赋予职业经理人组织地位这一融合途径,探究家族企业赋予职业经理人组织地位对企业创新的影响。结果表明,家族企业赋予职业经理人组织地位能够促进企业创新;相较于约束型社会情感财富,延伸型社会情感财富对职业经理人组织地位赋予与企业创新关系具有更显著的促进作用。异质性分析发现,处于经理人市场发达地区、从属高技术行业以及信息透明度较高的企业,职业经理人组织地位赋予对企业创新的促进作用更显著。进一步研究发现,职业经理人的企业家精神在职业经理人组织地位赋予与企业创新关系中发挥中介作用。研究结论可为理解家族企业如何与职业经理人有效融合,进而促进创新提供新的经验证据。  相似文献

Each year, clients spend large sums on professional services, such as accounting services, legal services and consulting services. While research has found significant cross-country differences in organizations’ spending on professional services, we do not know why they occur. Inspired by the organizational buying behavior literature, this paper investigates the influence of national culture on the use of professional services, particularly management consulting services. As the use of professional services involves considerable uncertainties—particularly for the buyer—it can be assumed to be influenced by cultural differences regarding the level of Uncertainty Avoidance, Individualism and Masculinity. By drawing on two independent cross-country studies, we show that organizations in high uncertainty avoidance and individualistic cultures use professional services less than organizations in low uncertainty avoidance and collectivist cultures. We found no relationship between Hofstede's dimension of Masculinity and the use of professional services. The findings contribute to the theorizing on how the cultural context influences organizational buying behavior and the purchasing of professional services.  相似文献

Research summary : In this study we examine how an emerging market firm's inward international activities (“inward activities”) are related to its outward international activities (“outward activities”) by focusing on the role of the firm's gain from its inward activities. On the one hand, drawing upon the organizational learning perspective, we propose that a firm's gain from inward activities may facilitate its outward activities through improving its resource fungibility. On the other hand, we draw upon the prospect theory to propose that a firm's gain from inward activities may hinder its outward activities by discouraging the firm's top managers from taking risks that are inherent in outward activities. With detailed data from a sample of manufacturing firms in China, we find empirical support for both lines of arguments . Managerial summary : Are emerging market firms with higher inward gain more likely to engage in outward internationalization activities? We argue that it depends upon how a firm uses its gain from inward activities. If the firm can improve its resource fungibility (particularly organizational resource fungibility) from its inward gain, it is more likely to engage in outward activities. If the firm cannot improve its resource fungiblity, the answer is no. Our findings suggest that for emerging market firms, internationalization is not just a path toward new markets; instead, it reflects how these firms exploit and explore what they have learned from their interactions with foreign firms at home in foreign markets. The present study proposed and tested Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) model to explain the formation of hotel customers' intentions to visit a green hotel. The findings showed the TPB model has a good fit to the data and better predictive power for intention than the Theory of a Reasoned Action model. Based on theoretical support and suggested modification indices, a refined TPB model was developed. Consistent with the theory, the results of a structural equation analysis revealed that attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control positively affected intention to stay at a green hotel. Further investigation indicated the paths between these predictors and intention did not statistically differ between customers who actively practice ecofriendly activities and those who are not often engaged in environmentally conscious behaviors in their everyday lives. Implications and suggestions for future research are discussed.  相似文献
