日本对外贸易战略转变的时机选择及启示

20世纪70年代中期,日本面临着转变对外贸易战略的压力.对此,日本采取了拖延的做法.直到80年代中期,国内外条件基本具备、时机基本成熟,才开始着手将"外需主导型"战略转变为"内需主导型"战略.总的说,日本贸易战略转变的时机选择并无问题,但后续的政策调整出现了很多失误,因而导致了经济的长期停滞.日本的经验和教训对中国的经济和贸易政策调整有重要的启示.     

疏离科学,技术还能走多远——罗马科学衰落的警示

文章通过将中国科学衰落与罗马科学衰落进行类比,提出了中国科学衰落除客观外史层面、主观思维方式层面以外的功利性价值取向的原因,并揭示了这一价值取向在中国当今社会的膨胀,继而阐明了端正价值取向、弘扬探索求知的科学精神对于促进科学技术可持续发展的重要意义。     

Possible Ethical Implications in the Deployment of the EFQM Excellence Model

It may be quite rightly stated that the EFQM Model of the European Foundation for Quality Management is the basic reference model for those organisations whose aim is to achieve excellence. It offers an integral and integrating approach to the most relevant dimensions of the reality of the organisation and permits the establishment of framework that is both objective and rigorous and based on a structured diagnosis.The EFQM Excellence Model is based on a humanist approach that situates the client (in all aspects/senses) as the centre and ultimate reason of the activity of the organisation, emphasizing the role of the latter as a responsible member of the community. An ethical approach is therefore adopted as the best way to serve the long-term interest of the organisation and the people that integrate it (as well as their sustainability in time), exceeding expectations and the policy of society in general.This article analyses in depth, and from the point of view of ethics (one of the key aspects in the search for excellence), the possible ethical implications in the deployment of the nine basic criteria of the EFM Excellence Model which facilitate the understanding of the most relevant dimensions of the reality of an organisation.     

Entrepreneurial Orientation,Dynamic Capabilities and International Performance

In order to be able to seize the opportunities that a dynamic operating environment opens up, entrepreneurial firms have to reconfigure their existing asset base and processes. This study explores the effect of an entrepreneurial orientation and a firm's reconfiguring capabilities on international performance by using survey data from 217 manufacturing and service organizations. Our findings indicate that a firm's entrepreneurial orientation and reconfiguring capabilities have an effect on its international performance and provide empirical support for the dynamic capability view of the firm. Entrepreneurial behavior combined with organizational reconfiguring capabilities constitutes a potential source of competitive advantage.     

对当前成人高等教育发展的定位思考

我国的成人高等教育自开展以来,基本上是普通高等教育的附庸和从属者,脱离了其应有的独立发展定位。只有通过建构专有管理体制、配置自有资源、建成特色培养模式、提高办学层次和扩展办学领域等系统的改革,我国的成人高等教育才能回归其应有的独立地位并良性发展,从而为国民经济和社会的发展做出更大的贡献。     

2011年中国宏观经济态势的分析与预测

应用频带分析方法和局面转移模型对2011年中国的经济景气、物价上涨压力及政策取向进行分析,研究结果表明:一致扩散指数相对于一致合成指数的平均先行期大约为5~6个月,两种指数均显示中国经济在2011年上半年持续小幅回落后,将于下半年开始重新步入上行轨道;物价变化可以明显地划分为"上涨压力大"和"上涨压力小"两种局面,2011年的物价上涨水平将会有所下降,全年物价上涨水平大致可以控制在3.03%左右;在投资和消费因素的推动下,2011年宏观经济将继续保持稳定增长。     

就业取向视角下的大学生就业问题研究——以南京财经大学为例

随着高校教育从＂精英教育＂转向＂大众化教育＂,大学生＂就业难＂的问题也引起了社会的广泛关注。文章通过对当前大学生就业中存在的结构性问题、就业歧视、大学生能力欠缺和就业观念的误区等问题的分析,采用问卷调查的方法,以南京财经大学为例,从大学生就业取向的角度探寻大学生＂就业难＂的根源。研究表明,当前大学生意识到就业的困难,在行业、企业类型、区域和薪资待遇方面的选择更加理性。

在消费需求的导向作用下,促进消费结构、产业结构优化升级,发展生态消费、生态产业,发展文化教育和各类服务业;接着说明消费需求的导向,应该如何优化消费结构,优化产业结构并促进两个优化升级的良性循环;还论述了要端正消费需求的导向作用,以利于加快转变经济发展方式;最后提出转变经济发展方式的最佳效益;促进消费和谐、社会和谐,解答＂历史之谜＂。

行政伦理价值向度的校正

行政伦理的内在价值向度,对于公共行政的实施以及行政文明的发展和行政体制的改革都具有重要的导向、规范、激励乃至终极眷注的作用,因此是行政伦理建设中一个带有根本性的重要课题。以往关于行政伦理价值向度的观点,或者局限于公共行政的工具价值,或者偏重于某一单一的价值原则,使得公共行政或者失去理性价值,或者局限于片面价值。只有构建多维的行政伦理价值体系,才能保证公共行政的科学合理。
