流通领域零供交易关系的平等性研究

随着我国市场经济的发展,商品流通领域中的零售商和供应商双方在交易中的地位也在不断转换,零售商逐渐在交易中占据优势地位,一些大型零售商滥用这种优势地位激化了其与供应商之间的矛盾,零售商的优势地位容易导致拖欠、占用供应商贷款,收取名目繁多的费用,要挟供应商等问题.从法律关系看,零售商与供应商之间的交易关系是民事法律关系,应体现意思自治与平等、合同自由的原则,但在现实中,由于一些零售商滥用市场优势地位,二者的关系与这种原则还有相当大的差距.为此,应建立和完善制止滥用市场优势地位的法律,并借助行业协会的力量建立多种协调和自律机制.     

The saving rate and the upgrade of the trade commodity structure in developing countries: A dynamic H–O model under an oligopolistic market structure

This paper constructs an oligopolistic dynamic Heckscher–Ohlin (H–O) model of a small open economy to analyze the relationship between the saving rate and the upgrade of the trade commodity structure. The analysis shows that the saving rate determines the trade commodity structure of a country in the long-run equilibrium. Furthermore, a developing country with a low capital–labor ratio in the initial state will change from exporting labor-intensive goods in the initial state to exporting capital-intensive goods in the long-run equilibrium if it has a higher saving rate, and this upgrade of trade commodity structure has a social welfare effect under an oligopolistic market structure. The effect of trade policy on the upgrade of the trade commodity structure is uncertain in our model; therefore, a high saving rate is the irreplaceable driving force for trade commodity structure upgrades in developing countries.     

Estimating Trade Mis-invoicing from China： 2000-2005

An examination of available data reveals large trade misinvoicing between China and its trade partners. The analysis finds a net trade misinvoicing of US$287.6bn between 2000 and 2005, while the full magnitude of unrecorded trade is estimated at US$1.4tn. China needs to establish more effective management of its international trade flows. At the same time, the international community needs to provide more effective governance mechanisms to address trade misinvoicing.     

加工贸易、FDI与中国国际收支不平衡

自1994年我国实行汇率并轨制度以来,中国国际收支一直面临着经常项目与资本和金融项目双顺差的结构,产生这种结构的原因是多方面的,本文从以加工贸易为主的贸易特征和由于对外资优惠而吸收的大规模外商直接投资(FDI)这两方面入手,分析他们对中国国际收支不平衡产生的影响。     

农村专业合作组织的制度经济学分析——以河北省青县利财蔬菜合作社为例

作为一种新型的组织制度，农村专业合作组织能够克服小规模家庭经营不能有效参与市场竞争、抵御市场风险的弱点。文章利用交易费用理论和制度变迁理论以河北省青县利财蔬菜合作社为例对农村专业合作组织进行分析。     

浅议一般贸易顺差增长及影响因素

近年来，贸易顺差过大和外汇储备增长过快已成为影响我国国际收支平衡的主要矛盾；而一般贸易由逆差转为顺差并呈现较快增长势头，已成为我国贸易顺差的重要组成部分。该文以辽宁为例，在深入调研的基础上，对一般贸易顺差的构成及其影响因素进行了综合分析，并提出了促进一般贸易腱康发展和实现国际收支基本平衡的几点建议，以期对相关政策的调整提供参考。     

Who is Going to Supply the Milk to China＇s South？

China＇s dairy industry has experienced rapid expansion in recent years, with an average annual growth rate of 23.8 percent from 2000 to 2006. However, there exists a serious geographical distribution imbalance in milk production and consumption. Approximately 85 percent of China＇s milk is produced in northern China, where 40 percent of the country＇s population reside. In contrast, only about 15 percent of the milk is produced in China＇s south, where 60percent of China＇s population reside. This has resulted in a significant gap between milk production and consumption in southern China and this gap is expected to rise. This paper considers China＇s milk demand and supply situation, analyzes the likely potential for China to expand its milk production and explores options for meeting milk demand-supply shortages. Policy and trade implications are discussed.
