人文素质对商务英语专业学生职业发展的影响

本文以商务英语专业学生为例,关注其职业发展中人文素质所起到的作用,以引起教者和学者的注意,并对学生的培养模式提出建议。     

Comparative research in industrial relations: helping the survey cross frontiers

There has been a relative dearth of comparative, cross-national research which has followed a survey-based approach. This partly reflects the difficulty that researchers encounter in collecting such information, either via primary collection or the secondary matching of existing survey material. This paper addresses these difficulties and suggests ways in which their impact can be minimized. It notes that such difficulties are much more severe in the case of secondary matching and are thereby likely to constrain the scope of this approach. They are not totally absent in primary collection and it is suggested that there are limits to what can be achieved during data collection to promote the development of like data-sets across countries. This indicates that great care must be taken in interpreting data so obtained. Despite such limits and cautions, it is nevertheless concluded that the survey approach can be an important adjunct to the process of understanding why the world of work varies across frontiers.     

体育教师专业发展阶段的教学策略分析

根据体育教师专业发展过程中的“关注”阶段论，应用教师关注问卷和教学策略量表，对263名体育教师进行调查，说明不同专业发展阶段的体育教师的教学策略呈现不同特点。学生关注阶段的体育教师对课前、课中、课后教学策略均有显著的预测作用，自我关注阶段的体育教师对课中教学策略有显著的预测作用。     

教学型大学课堂教学质量评价维度结构探讨

近年来,随着教育教学改革的推进,高校课堂教学质量成为社会关注的热点问题,但很少有研究探讨教学型大学课堂教学质量评价。本文采用文献法与深度访谈法,构建了教学型大学课堂教学质量评价体系。研究结果表明:教学型大学课堂教学质量评价主要有八个维度:教学目标制定、教学时间管理、教学技巧、教学监管、教学反馈、教学改善、教学沟通及承担非教学责任。基于此,对教学型大学课堂教学质量评价提供了一些实践启示。

创新是一个民族的灵魂,是国家兴旺发达的不竭动力,因此,培养学生的创新思维能力是现代化教学的一项重要任务。在现代化的英语教学中,语境化教学越来越受到教师的重视和学生的欢迎。本文探讨了在英语课堂教学中如何适当利用信息技术,打破传统的教学模式,比较便利地展现感性材料,创设最佳语境,培养学生的创新思维能力。     

财经类院校双语教学的实践与探索

双语教学是我国高等教育与国际接轨、教育改革发展的必由之路,是培养高素质复合型人才的需要。文章调查和分析了财经类院校双语教学工作的现状和存在的问题,找出影响财经类院校双语教学效果的因素,并对如何改进双语教学管理、提高双语教学质量等问题进行了有益的探索,旨在为财经类院校在培养具有国际竞争力的人才方面发挥更好的作用。     

The influence of activity importance and similarity on perception of recreation substitutes

Abstract

This study examines how substitutes are selected for a fly‐angling and camping recreation activity. Results show that although people choose substitutes similar to their intended activity, the degree of similarity between substitute and original is unrelated to perceived quality of substitute. Also, both the quality of a substitute and the number of available substitutes are inversely related to the importance of an activity's attributes. The lack of a relationship between activity/substitute similarity and quality of the substitute poses problems for application of the substitutability concept.

In 1990, the Department of Accountancy in the Faculty of Business at RMIT undertook an experiment to combat the effects of reduced resources and increased pressures on teaching. It looked hard at what is known about good teaching and student learning and considered the ways in which an innovation that built on this knowledge might use education technology. This paper describes and evaluates an innovation that used videos, workbooks and a computer package to teach a component of management accounting. Overall, the innovation increased the level of critical and reflective learning by students and reduced considerably the formal student/staff contact time.     

高校本科物业管理人才培养模式研究

高素质物业管理人才紧缺，社会期待高等教育能解决这一问题，但高校物业管理专业本科人才的培养方向及培养方式不能适应社会对高素质物业管理人才的要求。对此，本文将分析目前高校的物业管理人才培养现状和问题，并对如何在高校培养新型物业管理人才提出自己的观点。
