基于SOA的烟草商业信息系统整合研究及应用

为了解决烟草行业中普遍存在的信息孤岛问题,充分发挥已有信息系统的作用,本文以烟草商业对标管理工作为切入点,采用SOA技术构建烟草商业对标系统。经实验表明,所提方案是切实、可行、可靠的,为烟草行业的信息系统集成提供了成功的案例,具有一定的现实意义。

Firm leverage decisions: Does industry matter?

We use a standard capital structure mode l to investigate the firm leverage decisions of 1620 companies listed in the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) across a span of 13 years (2000–2012), dividing the sample into mining and other industries (non-mining). We also test for significant differences in leverage decisions between these two groups by applying a dummy variable approach. Our findings show that fundamental differences exist between mining and non-mining companies when making leverage decisions. We find evidence that mining firms are more sensitive to profitability and asset tangibility where neither profitability nor asset tangibility has significant association for non-mining firms. Overall results suggest that industry-type does matter for firms making leverage decisions.     

Groups Formation and Operations in the Web 2.0 Environment and Social Networks

The Internet and the Web are evolving to a platform for collaboration, sharing, innovation and user-created content—the so-called Web 2.0 environment. This environment includes social and business networks, and it is influencing what people do on the Web and intranets, individually and in groups. This paper describes the Web 2.0 environment, its tools, applications, characteristics. It also describes various types of online groups, especially social networks, and how they operate in the Web 2.0 environment. Of special interest is the way organization members communicate and collaborate mainly via wikis and blogs. In addition, the paper includes a proposed triad relational model (Technology–People–Community) of social/work life on the Internet. Particularly, social/work groups are becoming sustainable because of the incentives for participants to connect and network with other users. A discussion of group dynamics that is based on the human needs for trust, support, and sharing, regardless if the setting is a physical or virtual one, follows. Finally, future research directions are outlined.

Introducing E-MARKPLAN: A practical methodology to plan e-marketing activities

Although e-marketing is highly prevalent, no template currently exists for managers who wish to use the Internet/Web and related information technologies to market their products and services. This paper provides managers with a comprehensive, actionable, and practical methodology (E-MARKPLAN) to plan, enact, and analyze e-marketing activities. Five case studies are used to illustrate the diversity of e-marketing actions. E-MARKPLAN consists of five parts: goals, actors (i.e., those who take e-marketing actions), spaces (i.e., theaters of engagement), actions, and outcomes. The E-MARKPLAN methodology is versatile, and is not limited to companies which have e-commerce operations.     

基于Web的建设项目采购管理模式的研究

由于传统的建设项目采购管理模式具有运作过程复杂、人为因素较多、信息滞后、采购的效率与效益较低等弊端，严重影响采购的效率与效益。我们结合现代采购管理理念，提出了基于Web（网页）的建设项目采购管理模式，此模式具有降低采购成本、提高采购效率、增强企业的竞争力等优势。因此对基于Web的建设项目采购管理模式下的运作流程、管理控制和采购管理人员的职责进行研究具有十分重要的意义。
