关于重庆市九龙坡区招商引资法律服务现状与发展对策

近年来,高水平高质量的法律服务在招商引资中扮演着越来越重要的角色,为地区招商引资和现代化建设作出了积极贡献。2009年重庆市九龙坡区开展的"发展环境整治年"活动,进一步深化行政审批改革,规范行政执法行为和自由裁量权,为改善投资法律环境作出了大量努力。在今后的招商引资工作中,必须进一步优化投资环境,提高政府服务水平和办事效率,使招商引资有重大突破。     

The development of nature based-tourism in Tembarak District,Temanggung Regency

Tembarak District is one of the areas with abundant natural resources. That has an important role for the development of tourism that related to the increase of resource productivity in the context of economic development. But, there are obstacles related to lack of facilities and infrastructure and as well as the ability of human resources. This article aims to examine the concept of nature-based tourism development in research location. The result of this study is landscape image design that can support the development of nature-based tourism potential.     

通州区节水型社会建设现状及对策建议

结合统计分析及实地调研,从地理位置、资源禀赋分析着手,对通州区农业、工业、生活、生态环境及整体用水水平进行统计分析,发现通州区节水型社会建设仍处于较低水平,与北京城市副中心定位存在差距。实地调研分析认为,制度建设、工作机制、统计、执法等方面存在的问题影响了节水力度及工作成效。最后从落实属地责任、完善统计考核工作、推进网格化执法体系等方面提出对策建议,为通州区全面推进节水型社会建设、加快从农业远郊区县向现代城市副中心的转变提供必要的技术支撑。     

深圳市福田区基于可能—满意度法的适度人口规模初探

福田作为深圳的经济、政治、文化、信息中心,在改革开放30年的发展过程中涌入了大量外来人口,为经济的飞速发展作出了突出贡献,但同时也带来了系列社会问题。本文运用可能—满意度方法研究福田区适度人口规模,将多目标可能满意度模型细分为经济、环境资源和社会生活三个子模型,分别判断了各个子模型对系统的影响程度,分析了决定中心城区人口承载力的关键因素,并采用不同的合并算法确定了福田区2020年的适度人口规模,为相关部门决策提供参考。

发达地区"地改市"后经济总量依然落后于发达地区,其本质是区域内经济发展的动力和活力不足,专业市场是其重要的活动因子,研究欠发达地区"地改市"后专业市场建设问题,必须研究其建设动因机制和难点所在。     

Differentiation and restructuring – new space for development of urban center area： a case study of Shizhong District of Ji＇nan City

Taking the development tendency of current world industrial development as the background, this paper restructures the internal space of urban center area by illustrating reasons for internal space differentiation of urban center area, that is to say, according to the tertiary industry interior＇s high-end of value chain after convergence among the primary, the secondary and the tertiary industries, the space structure of urban center area will form the space development mode with characteristic modern service industry cluster districts through vertical segmentation, horizontal derivatization and block aggregation and realize perfect space renewal of urban center area in the end.     

Actor-network theory and stakeholder collaboration: The case of Cultural Districts

The tourism literature has increasingly recognised the importance of integrating tourism and culture with other value chains. Though the value of such integration is uncontested, it does raise several questions relating to stakeholder collaboration. Despite substantial research in this field, there remain gaps in our knowledge of the micro-dynamics of stakeholder collaborations in building tourism/cultural systems. This paper contributes to this debate by investigating the micro-level interactions among stakeholders during the conceptualisation of a large collaborative project: a Cultural District. Drawing on Actor-Network Theory (ANT) the research shows that, though rigid sequential planning is not viable, conceptualisation is facilitated by deploying three ANT rules: enrolling actors, fact-building and circulating translations. These rules are used to define a “conditional path” whereby specific actions are activated when controversies emerge.
