外商直接投资与我国产业技术边缘化的实证研究

本文选取37个工业行业为对象,通过对1998-2003年的行业面板数据分析,对外商直接投资与我国产业技术边缘化的关系进行实证研究,并从行业吸收能力、技术密集度和技术差距三个维度探讨对FDI技术溢出影响的效果与程度。结果显示,行业的技术边缘化程度与FDI流入存在正相关关系;行业的吸收能力越弱、行业的技术密集度越高,FDI加剧技术边缘化的程度越大;技术差距的影响没有得到证实。进而指出,真正的技术追赶只能通过我国产业获得参与技术生成和技术改进的过程来实现,增强我国产业的技术吸收能力及自主创新力是打破高技术行业技术依赖的根本所在。     

网络、资源与竞争优势:一个企业社会学视角下的观点

资源一直是企业获取竞争优势的主要战略因素。本文以“传统资源”为研究起点，刻画了企业行为的社会嵌入性特征，并通过引入“网络资源”这一概念揭示出一个更加全面、以企业网络及其关系资本为背景的资源分析框架，完善地拓展了传统的资源基础论观点。     

Value innovation in business markets: Breaking the industry recipe

The industrial marketing as well as the strategic management literature stresses the importance of “value innovation” in order to create/sustain competitive advantage and to rejuvenate the organization.In the first part of this article the construct of value innovation is operationalized within the context of selected business-to-business markets. We report the results of an ongoing research project; starting from traditional ways of value creation, the study reveals different types of value innovation initiatives undertaken by industry participants. We observe, however, that networks, firms and managers are embedded in industry recipes. These recipes block the creation and realization of value innovation. Some firms are trying to break out of existing frames and their experiences pinpoint to specific ways of markets sensing, strategic marketing and different marketing-mix tools. As such, the research frames value innovation initiatives in the existing industry contexts and managerial frames, and identifies drivers, barriers and perceived success factors for the process of value innovation.The second part of the article then looks at the stages of value innovation and their impact on marketing, organizations and networks. Based on the data analysis, the paper posits propositions which stress the concept of “multilevel absorptive capacity”.     

职场友谊对研发团队创新绩效的影响机制研究——一个带中介的调节模型

本文通过问卷调查法获得372份有效问卷,运用带中介的调节模型探讨了职场友谊对研发团队创新绩效的影响机制。实证结果表明：（1）职场友谊对团队创新绩效是有正向的激励作用的,其中知识分享起中介作用;（2）职场友谊对团队创新绩效的作用同时受到员工知识分享意愿和知识分享能力的中介作用;（3）职位级别对职场友谊通过知识分享对团队创新绩效的影响起负向调节作用,即职位级别越高,友谊机会越小,通过员工友谊促进知识分享,进而提高团队创新绩效的效应越低。     

税务行政程序证据规则研究

税务行政程序不应建立严格证据排除规则,以侵权或违背程序正义方式取得的非法证据应当排除。税务行政程序证明责任主要由税务机关承担,税务机关依职权调查案件事实和收集证据。行政相对人承担部分证明责任,有提供证据的权利和责任。税务行政程序应采用职能分离规则和案卷排他性原则。     

医药企业技术创新的动力因素分析

目的提高我国医药企业的技术创新能力和增强我国医药企业的核心竞争力。方法从内、外两个方面对我国医药企业技术创新动力因素进行理论分析,从本质上阐述技术创新的动力机制。结果与结论我国医药企业技术创新动力不足,医药技术创新和科技成果迅速产业化的机制尚未完全形成,医药企业技术创新能力比较弱。     

Discrete-order admission ATP model with joint effect of margin and order size in a MTO environment

Swarming demands and seasonality periodically induce a stringent capacity problem in the made-to-order (MTO) B2B environment. Desirable order admission is a tactic with minimal application cost for handling this problem. A real-time order admission problem with limited major-customer population and batch-size demand with heterogeneous distributions is modeled as a dynamic and stochastic knapsack problem. The optimality of the Markovian deterministic reward-threshold policy is verified. Optimal policy, basic policy, and the capacity rationing method are compared in the designed experiment. The numerical results suggest great potential for increasing profit using the optimal order admission policy for MTO businesses.

探究车道被占用对城市道路通行能力的影响

从车道占用对城市道路通行能力的影响入手,运用对比分析法、推理演绎法以及排队论等方法,建立道路通行能力模型、道路价值度模型、相关性分析模型、排队长度模型。并运用Matlab软件,得出所占车道不同对该横断面实际通行能力影响不同,车道被占用影响的路段车辆排队长度与事故横断面实际通行能力、事故持续时间、路段上游车流量间的关系,以及排队长度等结果。     

关于旅游目的地环境容量约束的探讨:量化和模型分析

旅游目的地环境容量对旅游者的旅游活动和旅游产品的消费具有约束作用。本文环境容量约束加以量化,并引入到旅游产品消费的经济模型分析中,对如何在与旅游产品消费经济模型相关的研究领域中引入环境容量,以弥补因忽视环境容量约束而带来的不足之处进行了初步探索。此外,本文对如何解决环境容量约束对旅游产品消费的制约作用也做了简要的分析。
