构建普通高职公共艺术教育体系的思考

随着社会的发展,文化的进步,大学生的综合素质教育已经引起了社会的重视。抓好美育,提高大学生综合素质的课题也摆到了高等教育的桌面上,艺术教育是美育的组成部分,且因艺术对提高学生的综合素质起到了重要的作用,因而艺术课也就成了高职院校普遍开设的一门公共选修课。艺术教育有着它自身的特殊性和规律性,如何构建高职公共艺术教育体系,该文从普通高职公共艺术教育的教育功能、教学目的、课程设置与教学模式及建设方向进行论述。     

Creative Cities,Graffiti and Culture-Led Development in South Africa: Dlala Indima (‘Play Your Part’)

Creative cities and culture-led development discourses have come under increasing scrutiny as elite-centric economic development agendas tend to trump ‘civic creativity’ ideals as imagined by Charles Landry. In South Africa, culture-led development and cultural policy tends to primarily mimic that of the global North, largely focusing on culture as a catalyst for economic and property development. Public art commissioning processes tend to focus on decorative projects as part of urban upgrading, which are often associated with ensuing gentrification and displacement of the urban poor. In contrast to focusing on these kinds of regeneration strategies, this article investigates Dlala Indima, a hip-hop-led graffiti project in a rural township in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. This article situates graffiti as a critical social and spatial practice to argue that this case challenges normative cultural planning paradigms. Dlala Indima's work is an alternative approach to cultural development by and for young people who are usually marginalized by the mainstream practice of culture-led economic development. The project challenges dominant creative cities and culture-led development discourses in three ways: first, it challenges the normative processes of regeneration; secondly, it grounds participatory practice; and finally, it shifts participation from ‘tyranny to transformation’ through the ubuntu of hip-hop, the notion of ubuntu being based on the communitarian notion of ‘ubuntu, ngubuntu ngabantu’—‘I am because you are’.

分形艺术在平面图案设计中的应用分析

分形是以非规则几何形状为研究对象的一门新兴学科,它主要研究描述自然界非线性物体的不规则性和不光滑性的几何形态。通过分形专家分析研究抽象、深奥的分形理论与概念等,得出分形图案的自相似性、无限细分性等。分形图案就其以上两个特性有着深远的应用价值。本文针对分形艺术在平面图案设计中的应用进行分析。     

The art of tourism-driven development: economic and artistic well-being of artists in three Balinese communities

One route from coastal to inland Bali traverses three communities with different types of art, from mass-produced art for beachside tourists in Sanur, through the village of Mas, home to mask and wood carving workshops, to several high-end galleries and renowned museums in Ubud, known for painting. This comparative case study, based on our interviews with artists, museum directors, collectors, community activists and leaders, arts entrepreneurs, and civil servants, focuses on the economic and artistic well-being of artists in three communities. This well-being approach overcomes a preoccupation with ‘authenticity’ characteristic of older scholarship on tourism and the arts in Southeast Asia. We conclude that the impact of tourism-driven development on artists' well-being varies tremendously even within one region in Bali and that ‘slow’, purposeful arts tourism and forward-looking, hybrid approaches offer the most artistic and economic benefits to local artists. Examples, both positive and negative, provide lessons or strategies for other communities that have distinctive artistic heritages and increasing numbers of tourists.     

The Investment Performance of Art in Mainland China

This article investigates price determinants and investment performance for paintings from mainland China using hedonic regression analysis applied to a new dataset from over 190,000 auction transactions. The price index obtained indicates that from 2000 to 2015, the average annual appreciation in value of Chinese art was 8.42% in real USD. Compared with American artwork, global artwork, and traditional financial assets, Chinese art possesses a comparatively better risk and return profile and a low correlation with other assets. Finally, regarding the masterpiece effect, the conclusion is that highly priced Chinese art does not underperform the market.     

旅游人才的音乐艺术素质探究

现代旅游人才应具有良好的音乐艺术素质，而目前高校在旅游人才的音乐艺术素质培养方面还有所欠缺，就音乐艺术素质对旅游人才的重要性和必要性、教育中存在的问题以及应采取的措施等方面进行了尝试性的探究。
