推动文化创新促进文化创意产业发展

本文认为,文化创意产业的核心是创新,是文化资源与其他生产要素的紧密结合,主要特征是文化与经济、科技在互相渗透、互相交融、互为条件的前提下优化创新、快速发展。新闻出版业是推动文化创意产业发展的重要源头之一,在落实新闻出版业"十一五"发展规划中,要着力发挥文化创意在出版内容创新和企业出版发展中的重要作用,利用文化创新成果推动新闻出版产业又好又快发展。第一,要牢牢把握有利于我国文化发展的重要战略机遇期,大力推动文化体制机制创新、内容形式创新和传播手段创新,更加自觉、更加主动、更加坚定地在建设创新型国家的进程中率先实现文化创新。第二,进一步推动以数字化为代表的新技术在新闻出版产业的深入推广和应用,发展数字出版产业和动漫产业,积极参与国际竞争;大力推动出版重大工程,有效整合出版内容资源;完善制度环境,积极吸聚优秀人才,推动传统意义上的新闻出版业进行现代产业化升级。第三,进一步健全版权保护法律法规,营造良好法制环境,强化版权执法,依法严厉打击各种侵权盗版行为,有力保护创新成果;提高企业的自主创新能力,积极培育版权相关产业的示范企业;以务实的态度进一步加强国际版权合作。     

知识地方性视角下的中国古代版权制度

对于中国古代有无版权制度这一问题,学界存在争议。中国古代存在不同的文本制作主体,从而有官刻本、私刻本和坊刻本三种不同的形式,而这三种不同的形式在中国的政治文化传统下有不同的版权保护机制。因此,中国古代虽然不存在西方或现代意义上的版权制度,但自有一套版权制度。

The Role and Value of Global Business Research: Perspective of a Business School Dean

The scope of this article is two-fold. First, it looks at business research in general, in various countries, as a task that the dean wants to have faculty members pursue, to attain goals such as accreditation and ranking with organizations such as the AACSB, Equis, the Financial Times, and US News & World Report. And second, it looks at international business research as part of what business schools produce and what a dean can encourage. As more academics realize the importance of international competition, and also of dealing with people from other cultures and countries, IB research is becoming more acceptable in mainstream publications as well as in specialized international business ones. Key questions discussed here include encouraging, measuring, promoting, and financing international business research.     

网络发表对我国科技人员知识共享模式影响的现状分析

科技论文是科技人员及其成员实现知识共享的一种主要方式。信息技术的普及和网络发表论文模式的出现,为科技人员提供了良好的知识共享平台。本文利用调查问卷的数据分析,研究了网络发表论文对我国科技人员知识共享模式的影响,分析了网络发表论文对科技人员知识共享动机、载体和情境因素的影响。通过对网络论文现状及问题的分析,从知识共享主体、客体及情境三个角度提出了相应的对策。     

随书光盘校园网网络发布系统的建设

该文介绍了随书光盘的概念、种类和特点,并对目前各图书馆在随书光盘的管理和利用中存在的问题进行了阐述,最后提出建设校园网随书光盘网络发布系统解决的方法。     

High-dimensional Hawkes processes for limit order books: modelling,empirical analysis and numerical calibration

High-dimensional Hawkes processes with exponential kernels are used to describe limit order books in order-driven financial markets. The dependencies between orders of various types are carefully studied and modelled, based on a thorough empirical analysis. The observation of inhibition effects is particularly interesting, and leads us to the use of non-linear Hawkes processes. Specific attention is devoted to the calibration problem, in order to account for the high dimensionality of the problem and the very poor convexity properties of the MLE. Our analyses show a good agreement between the statistical properties of order book data and those of the model.     

Visitor Books and Guest-generated Discourses of Hospitality: The Case of the Hanok

This study analyzes visitor book entries as cultural repositories of guest-generated hospitality discourses to understand how guests articulate/narrativize hospitality. Inquiry into visitor book entries offers insight into ways in which tourists render people and place intelligible. Utilizing textual analysis, this study examines discursive entries contained within visitor books displayed at a traditional South Korean hanok guesthouse/commercial home. The findings indicate that tourists' entries could be classified into three emergent categories: Structural Esthetics, Emotions/Affective State, and Inter-personal Engagement. Guests' entries indicated that there was an appreciation for the display of traditional architecture, which facilitated sentiments of relaxation, contentment, tranquility, and homeliness. The hanok is thus regarded as a therapeutic landscape in which positive emotions are nurtured. Guests' entries also showcased evidence of genuine and personalized exchanges with hosts. This study points to the need for further theorizations on the role of indigenous knowledge in informing the performance and reception of hospitality.
