求解农村教育权利贫困的经济法进路

解决农村贫困是我国新世纪反贫困战略的重点,制约农村发展的真正因素是农村教育权利贫困。农村教育权利贫困的形成主要是制度上的原因,而且导致农村在贫困中恶性循环。因此必须导入经济法的理念和完善经济法律制度,公平配置教育资源,保障农民享有充分的受教育机会,实现社会实质平等和维护社会整体利益。     

浅谈今后我国高等教育发展的方向和对策

改革开放以后，中国高等教育经历了较大的发展，但与西方发达国家的高等教育相比，还有较大差距。因此，我们可借鉴美国高等教育发展的成功经验，加快改革高等教育体制，发展规模适度、形式多样、层次多样的中国高校，提高高校为经济和社会服务的水平，使我国高等教育体制更具活力和竞争力。

抗日战争初期关于高等教育方针的争论,实质上是一场关于知识分子在国家危急存亡之时所应担当的角色和责任问题的讨论,是人们对特殊时期高等教育所作的独特思考。这场争论对推动国民政府制定＂平时教育＂政策起了促进作用,它使更多的人认识到：＂天下兴亡,匹夫有责＂,知识分子不仅是社会的＂匹夫＂,更是民族文化的承载者,他们的能量既在战时,更在战后。同时,这场争论还有助于人们深入认识大学的时代使命。此外,这场争论的结果对保护、发展我国现代高等教育事业,打破日本帝国主义灭亡中国文化的阴谋也起到了不可低估的作用。     

Personal response systems and learning performance: The mediating role of learners’ engagement

The use of personal response systems (PRSs) to support the learning process is increasing. This study examines the impact of PRSs from individual learners’ and instructors’ perspectives on individual learners’ engagement with PRSs and their learning performance. Data were collected from a sample of 236 undergraduate bachelor of business administration students in the School of Business at a Hong Kong university. The results indicated that the learner interface was important to individual learners’ engagement with PRSs and their learning performance. Instructor attitude and technical competence had significant impacts on learning performance. Engagement with PRSs partially mediated the effect of both perspectives on learning performance. Implications for the theory and practice of individual learners’ learning performance are discussed.     

高职院校开展音乐教育的思考

音乐教育是马克思关于人的全面发展教育的必要组成部分,更是提高高职学生综合素质的重要手段.了解国外对音乐教育重视的程度,可以看到我国高职音乐教育的不足,因此,有必要探讨我国高职院校开展音乐教育的途径.     

Teaching Managers to Respond Ethically to Organizational Crises: an inquiry into the case method

Many managers now routinely receive training in business ethics using the case method. However the efficacy of this training has not been studied. Organizational crises, in the form of cases which present managers with ethical dilemmas, are commonly used to illustrate principles in business ethics courses. As illustrated in the classroom, these organizational ethical crises often result in severe financial consequences for the organization involved such as litigation or bankruptcy. The present study assessed the potential of the case method for teaching managers to respond ethically to organizational crisis. The author also assessed the role of organizational and ideographic factors in determining which managers would choose to act. Managers who had received classroom training in ethical case analysis were compared to those who had not. The majority in both groups of managers chose to take action when confronted with ethical dilemmas. However, managers who had received ethical training were more likely to act in some ethical situations than managers who had not. The ethical culture of an organization and the gender of the managers was also found to influence managerial action in response to ethical dilemmas.     

对我国大学生勤工俭学维权对策的思考

在物质条件不断改善的今天,大学生的生活价值观也在逐步提高。由于勤工俭学正逐步走进大学校园,所以勤工俭学成为大学生赚钱的途径。但是,在勤工俭学的同时,大学生的权益正在受到威胁。要保护大学生的权益不受侵犯,我们必须让大学生增强自我保护意识,同时,高校要加强对大学生的法制教育,社会要加强对中介的管理,国家制定相应的保护大学生勤工俭学的法律条例。     

教育与劳动力市场关系研究

教育是多层次递进式的,经过多次甄别筛选,将劳动力纳入高低不同的生产力群体;教育也是多方向发散式的,当具备了基本的学习能力之后,会接受不同类型的专业教育,掌握不同的生产技能。这样,教育甄别筛选出高生产力者,并使其具有不同的生产技能,确定了劳动者所从事的专业领域以及在求职序列中的排位,决定了个体在劳动力市场中的最初定位点,实现了对劳动力的初步配置。本文在研究教育与劳动力市场关系的基础上,建立了教育对劳动力的甄别配置模型,并对我国劳动力市场中教育甄别配置功能的效率问题进行了探讨。
