思想大解放下的广东农垦科学发展新思考

广东农垦近年来的经营发展取得了令人瞩目的成就，但按科学发展观来衡量，在发展的过程中，广东农垦还存在着对集团化的科学经营与管理研究探索力度不足、集团新型组织管理体制建设缓慢、农垦社企体制分离改革相对滞后、农垦小城镇社会经济综合体系构建缺乏长远规划等问题，这些问题的存在制约了广东农垦又快又好地向经营现代化和效益化迈进的步伐。解决存在问题，转变经济增长方式，寻求新起点与高效益，广东农垦应力求完善农垦集团经营管理研究职能机构建制，强化集团经营发展研究促进功能：调整改革集团组织运作管理体制，形成集团组织管理新机制：搞好农垦小城镇规划建设，完善垦区社会经济功能，提高农垦系统综合运营与自我生息能力。     

锁相接收机环路参数选取的一些考虑

本文结合工程实际，推导了某种锁相接收机锁相环传递函数，并就如何选取锁相环环路参数问题进行了分析与设计。     

准椭圆函数带通滤波器的一般设计方法

介绍了准椭圆函数滤波器的一般设计方法,并给出了一种用于S频段、具有非对称传输零点、3阶同轴线型带通滤波器的设计实例,使用部分分式展开法综合出M矩阵,给出仿真模型和仿真结果.测试结果表明,该滤波器具有低插损、高阻带抑制等特点,设计方法切实可行.

借助Jacobi椭圆函数的性质，精确地分析了单摆的实际运动情况，得到的结论是单摆的运动是周期运动，但其运动周期与初始条件有关．并通过计算机仿真，给出了直观的图像．     

Parametric Approaches to Productivity Measurement: A Comparison among Alternative Models

This paper deals with modeling total factor productivity (TFP) growth in a flexible manner using panel data. Several competing parametric models are used to explore whether there are any similarities in the estimates of TFP growth and technical change among these models. Using a primal approach, we decompose TFP growth into different components. The models are then used to measure productivity and technical change in the Swedish cement industry. In general, the results are found to be model dependent and often conflicting, although much less so for returns to scale and overall productivity growth.

取得时效制度存废论——兼评取得时效制度在我国物权法中的缺失与构建

大陆法系诸国普遍承认的取得时效制度除了在《中华人民共和国民法（草案）》中昙花一现外，只有在学说著作和学者建议稿中方可觅其踪影；刚生效的《中华人民共和国物权法》对取得时效制度亦没有作出规定。取得时效制度在我国本土化的艰难过程，表明了立法者对其价值功能和立法技术的存疑和困惑。从整体上看，规定取得时效制度利大于弊，应在物权立法中有所体现。

Assessing the relationships between Nationalism, Ethnocentrism, and Individualism in Flanders using Bergstrom's approximate discrete model

Although Nationalism, Ethnocentrism, and Individualism in Flanders have been the subject of several studies before, a longitudinal analysis has not been performed on all three concepts simultaneously nor have their relationships and the direction of their relationships been studied in continuous time. In this study we performed a continuous-time state-space analysis on panel data collected from 1274 subjects, in the years 1991, 1995 and 1999. The LISREL program is used for estimating the approximate discrete model (ADM), and for comparison, also the exact discrete model (EDM) is estimated by means of the Mx program. Details of continuous time modeling, especially the EDM and ADM, are dealt with. Individualism and Ethnocentrism turn out to be connected in a moderately strong feedback relationship with the effect from Individualism towards Ethnocentrism somewhat stronger than that in the opposite direction. Both Individualism and Ethnocentrism have small effects on Nationalism. The autoregression functions, cross-lagged effect functions, and mean predictions are shown.     

杏林铁路物流园区建设管理的若干建议

在对正在规划中的杏林铁路物流园区未来几年可能达到的物流量预测的基础上,提出与此预测规模相对应的园区功能定位,以及实现这些功能的相关建议。同时,对于园区建设前期的融资方法和后期的管理措施也提出了相应的建议。
