现今中国区域发展值得关注的问题及其经济地理阐释

文章根据韩国前中央政府高级咨询顾问就中国区域发展问题对本刊主编访谈的记录成稿。访谈反映出以下中国区域发展问题受到关注：①中国空间管制的走向、问题与主体功能区规划;②合理城市化与如何加快贫困地区发展问题;③区域均衡发展与基本公共服务均等化;④国家的区域战略（规划）制定、实施和对外开放;⑤国家竞争力问题。访谈给出了经济地理的研究看法和初步阐释,对加强中国区域发展问题研究、推动经济地理学学科建设具有一定的启发和参考作用。     

Unpacking Firm Exit at the Firm and Industry Levels: The Adaptation and Selection of Firm Capabilities

Evolutionary theory of business activity studies how firms are selected out of environments in which they do not fit, but most existing work underemphasizes the distinction between acquisition and dissolution as selection processes. We address this gap with a multilevel analysis that investigates how managerial and functional organizational capabilities affect whether struggling firms exit by acquisition or dissolution. We demonstrate that managerial and functional capabilities have heterogeneous effects on selection processes, with managerial capabilities having particularly strong influence on acquisition exits by struggling firms. The work provides a bridge between adaptation and selection views on organizational change; exit by dissolution represents selection of both firms and capabilities, while exit by acquisition represents firm selection but capability adaptation. 浅谈我国酒店服务能力现状及对策

现代酒店业中竞争的焦点是服务能力,服务能力成为酒店生存和发展的重要条件。如何有效提升服务能力是我国酒店业面临的重要挑战。通过对我国酒店服务能力现状的分析,针对其服务中存在的问题,提出了施行人本管理,培训与激励机制相结合,培育良好的团队精神,减少服务不确定性等措施增强酒店服务能力的建议。     

On the joint effect of technological and management innovations on performance: increasing or diminishing returns?

Most studies on innovation are aimed at covering technological innovation, neglecting other modes of innovation based on non-technological drivers. The latter, referred to as management innovation, consists of the implementation of new management practices, processes or organisational tasks. This work advances knowledge on the topic by exploring the joint effect of simultaneously introducing technological and management innovations on performance. Based on an analysis of 12,563 Spanish firms drawn from CIS data, our findings suggest that firms frequently pursue the simultaneous or joint introduction of both technological and management innovations and that integration impacts positively on a firm’s performance, evidencing an inverted U-shape that suggest positive but diminishing returns. A theoretical framework using the capability-based view embraces the emerging conversation on management innovation issues and its relationship with the well-researched technological one.     

Circle mapping your firm’s growth strategy

This article offers an innovative graphical approach to facilitating an interactive discussion about identifying and assessing potential growth opportunities. Our approach, circle mapping, visually conceptualizes growth as occupying space, where market space is defined by a set of concentric circles. The circle presently occupied by the firm is defined by its current set of customers and the value proposition offered to them, while the outer concentric circles represent growth opportunities that are defined by new customers and value propositions. The process of circle mapping prompts leadership teams to formulate a growth strategy by visually mapping the value proposition for future customers in relation to the firm’s capacity to access the resources and capabilities needed to successfully occupy those spaces. The model allows leaders to conceptualize growth strategies, such as leveraging success in one circle to target consumers in another. It can also allow leaders to evaluate the rewards and risks associated with different growth opportunities, while the visual aspect of the model assists with overcoming some common challenges of applying strategy frameworks to develop new strategies. By having leaders visually depict and justify where and why they want to grow, circle mapping helps firms conceptualize a profitable future and then confidently move toward that space.     

Flexibility-efficiency tradeoff and performance implications among Chinese SOEs

This paper examines performance implications of the flexibility-efficiency tradeoff in the turbulent environment. We test the relationship between resource utilization and firm performance among the Chinese state-owned enterprises (SOEs) during China's economic transformation. The study finds that (1) overall efficiency enhances performance; (2) different measures of efficiency all exhibit curvilinear relationship with performance; and (3) differences exist between high efficiency and low efficiency subgroups of firms. The results reveal that efficiency as well as flexibility has a positive impact on firm performance only within a certain range. Beyond a certain point, the cost of maintaining flexibility overwhelms the benefit, causing performance to decline.     

提升黑龙江省民营企业核心竞争力的对策研究

民营企业作为黑龙江省经济发展的重要组成部分,在国内外市场和竞争格局的动态变化形势下,一些＂瓶颈＂因素严重制约着黑龙江省民营企业核心竞争力的提高,使其难以在激烈的市场竞争中快速发展。黑龙江省民营企业既面临着严峻的挑战,也面临着巨大的机遇。针对提升黑龙江省民营企业核心竞争力的现实性障碍,重点研究提升黑龙江省民营企业核心竞争力的相应对策,在政府的大力扶持的同时民营企业通过自身的奋发图强和人力资源素质的提高,通过政府的制度创新和市场的技术创新二者有机结合,为民营企业发展注入新的激励和动力机制。     

网络关系嵌入对高端装备制造业供应链协同能力和绩效的影响研究

文章以航空制造业供应链为代表,利用层次回归分析法,探究网络关系嵌入对高端装备制造业供应链协同能力和绩效的影响及其作用机理。研究的结果表明,网络关系嵌入对供应链协同能力各维度均有着显著的正向促进作用。同时,供应链协同能力中同步决策、产品交付及时可靠以及激励联盟均可以显著提升供应链的运作绩效;虽然激励联盟和供应链的运作绩效对供应链的财务绩效有着直接显著的影响,但是同步决策和产品交付及时可靠则需要通过改善供应链运作绩效间接实现对供应链财务绩效的影响。     

核心高管特征与公司成长性关系研究——基于中国沪深两市上市公司数据的经验研究

本文以我国沪深两市2004—2006年的上市公司为样本,从核心高级管理人员的人力资本特征视角,对高管特征与上市公司成长性的关系进行了经验检验。本文发现,在其他条件不变的情况下,上市公司成长性与核心高管的平均年龄、平均任职时间显著相关,而与核心高管平均学历的相关性不显著。进一步的研究还表明,在国有控股公司和非国有控股公司中,核心高管特征与公司成长性的关系具有显著差异。本文的研究有助于深化认知人力资本特征在公司发展过程中的重要地位,对强化核心高管遴选、完善人力资源管理具有积极的借鉴意义。     

马克思主义核心价值观新论

马克思主义指导思想是社会主义核心价值体系的灵魂,马克思主义核心价值观是马克思主义的灵魂,因而马克思主义核心价值观应是社会主义核心价值体系灵魂之魂。从马克思主义理论体系的整体性出发,以马克思主义价值理论为基础,立足于马克思主义经典著作及马克思和恩格斯的主要社会活动,并以新的方法来观照,自由全面发展和共同解放应为马克思主义核心价值观,而其规定性应作为马克思主义核心价值观的基本内涵。在当前我国努力建设社会主义核心价值体系时代背景下,马克思主义核心价值观将引领当代社会与当代人核心价值观念的发展方向。
