社会资本影响因素的经验研究

社会资本日益成为社会学、经济学、管理学和政治学等多学科共同研究的热点,不同学科的理论分析和经验研究都发现社会资本可以对经济增长、社会稳定及企业的发展起到很好的推动作用。但是对于社会资本的产生以及哪些因素可以提升企业的社会资本却没有较好的研究,笔者试图通过对上市公司的实证分析发现影响企业社会资本的内部与外部因素,以帮助企业能够有针对性地提升自己的社会资本。     

公司法强制性规范的司法识别

对公司法强制性规范的判定、识别也需要对法律语言、规范类型、价值取向等多方面的因素进行综合分析和研究,惟有如此,才可能得出正确的至少是有说服力的结论。本文首先介绍了目前较为流行的公司法规范类型化的理论,并对之进行分析、评价,然后提出了强制性规范司法识别的相应途径和方式。     

Investigating mediators between corporate reputation and customer citizenship behaviors

Recent corporate reputation research focuses on customers as an important stakeholder group for whom firm reputation matters. The authors hypothesize that customer-based corporate reputation (CBR) may affect customer citizenship behaviors (CCB) and that both commitment and loyalty mediate the CBR-CCB relationship. The tests of the hypotheses use a sample of 583 service customers who evaluate the reputation of service firms. These results suggest that commitment and loyalty mediate the relationship between CBR and one type of CCB, that is, helping the company. The authors discuss the implications for marketing research and practice.     

企业社会责任与和谐劳动关系构建

结合以SA8000标准为代表的企业社会责任运动,本文将企业的成本收益纳入分析框架,通过动态最优化博弈模型考察SA8000是否有利于改善我国转型期较紧张的企业劳动关系。研究表明,在其他条件不变的情况下,我国企业缺乏改善劳动关系的动力;SA8000的影响力、国外企业的劳动关系投入等与改善劳动关系呈正相关,而通过SA8000认证的费用与其负相关;企业利润与改善劳动关系之间并非绝对的不相容,在保证企业利润的前提下,SA8000有利于改善我国企业劳动关系。     

员工隐性人力资本的形成及对工作绩效的影响——基于我国民营制造企业的调查

本文旨在探讨员工隐性人力资本的形成及其对工作绩效的影响,并基于OLS和有序Probit模型进行实证检验。通过对我国民营制造企业员工的调查发现,个人教育程度、人力资源管理状况、组织结构特性和企业文化影响员工隐性人力资本的形成和工作绩效;教育程度与工作绩效负相关,沟通机制与工作绩效正相关,这意味着如果要提高员工中较高学历劳...     

企业战略思维新探:内涵、过程及要素

通过对企业战略思维内涵的探索,文章重新定义了企业战略思维,认为企业战略形成于企业战略思维。描述了企业战略思维的基本过程,界定了企业战略思维的基本要素,并基于对企业战略思维认知要素的研究,提出了企业战略的N元思维体系,既为梳理现有企业战略理论体系提供了新方法,也为提出和建立企业战略思维理论体系奠定了基础。     

MARKETS VS. MANAGEMENT: WHAT ‘DRIVES’ PROFITABILITY?

This study addresses the issue of the relative degree of variance in ROA accounted for by industry, corporate, and SBU effects while controlling for the business cycle and the interaction between the business cycle and industry. Two key articles, Schmalensee (1985) and Rumelt (1991), are discussed in detail. Research results on a recent data base (COMPUSTAT), using variance components analysis (VARCOMP) are presented that not only confirm most of the Rumelt (1991) findings, but also suggest the existence of a corporate effect, heretofore undetected.     

Determinants of Innovative Behaviour in the Hotel Industry: A cross-Cultural Study

The present study develops a conceptual framework that sheds light on whether institutional pressures (i.e., normative, mimetic, and coercive) and corporate support can improve innovative behavior across different societies and the moderating role of national cultural dimensions on this link. Our study validated these arguments empirically using data from the 2018 Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM). Data were collected and analyzed from 2,618 respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey of full-time non-managerial employees selected, from different departments of various four- and five-star hotels across five economically and culturally different societies (UK, UAE, Germany, China, USA). Our results indicated that both institutional pressures and corporate support have positive influence on employees’ innovative behaviour. Furthermore, Hotels in cultures with high levels of individualism and low levels of uncertainty avoidance, power distance, and masculinity will indicate higher levels of innovative behaviour in response to corporate support programs. While, hotels in nations with high levels of power distance, collectivism, uncertainty avoidance, and masculinity will indicate higher levels of innovative behaviour in response to normative, mimetic, and coercive pressure. These findings provide important implications for innovative behaviour by developing and validating a multilevel model empirically in the hospitality context.

政府对资本市场的监管一直是各界争论的焦点.实践证明,不同金融领域的监管政策是影响该领域发展的重要因素.2005年引进的短期融资券是发展最成功的金融产品之一,与有20年历史的企业债形成鲜明对比.通过比较,认为过去的政策和市场监管严重妨碍了公司债券市场多样性的发展,导致发行缓慢和流动性欠佳.针对这些不足,提出公司债券市场的监管边界--在保护供需双方多元化的基础上.提高发行效率、扩大投资者范围及完善交易平台.     

基于公司治理的财务治理研究

我国在国有企业改革和上市公司治理实践过程中出现了许多特殊、复杂的财务难题,为了解决这些难题,提高公司治理效率,本文从公司治理与财务治理两者的概念界定入手,分析了公司治理与财务治理的内在关系,探讨了完善公司财务治理的方法,从而强化财务治理,以促使上市公司持续健康发展.
