采用模拟电路设计的信号源存在频率精度不高、调试与维修不方便以及直接升级困难等缺点。为了克服这些缺点,提出利用直接数字频率合成技术(AD9834)产生要求的正弦测井激励信号,利用小功率低压器件的串联实现信号的大功率大电压输出,利用电源跟踪技术在一定程度上降低功率器件的损耗,提高电路的工作效率。实验结果表明,信号源输出频率1~15Hz,频率分辨率为0.004Hz。 相似文献

我国电力改革选择了从发电环节的改革开始,经重组国家电力公司、实行厂网分离,到实行电价改革的渐进式策略。这一策略虽然因其速度缓慢、终端用户无法分享改革利益而备受批评,但它使社会付出了较低的“无序成本”。随着供求关系的缓解.电力产业应强化制度互补作用,尽快改变改革在发电、输电、配电、售电各个环节之间进展不平衡的状况,着力实现配电和售电分离。在售电环节引入竞争机制.探索与市场化改革相适应的监管体制和交易方式,解决电源结构不合理、电力发电输电配电效率低、负外部性等深层次问题,最终建立有效监管的电力市场.使市场在电力资源的配置上发挥更大作用。 相似文献

This article draws on fieldwork conducted in the back‐office of a major retail UK bank and explores how, when introducing change, management drew on contradictory normative and rational discourses. Its primary concern is to explore how, in this context, employees engaged in contradictory acts that combined elements of both resistance (‘making out’) and consent (‘making do’) that are difficult to disentangle. Abstract. Current debate on networking focuses on network structures and firm strategies. In this perspective, theoretical analysis has been concerned with allocative issues. This essay proposes a different interpretation. Starting from the existing theoretical framework, we emphasise the nature and the implications of different types of networks with respect to socio‐economic development from a distributional point of view. Within this context, we develop the analysis of subcontracting starting from the concept of economic power. We then provide an analysis of governance in production by considering the attitudes and the nature of the actors involved. The externalisation of activities by large transnationals, which characterises current corporate restructuring, is often related to the search for greater flexibility, but also for greater power over governments, labour, and subcontractors. Differently, networks based on the mutual dependence of actors, which are not necessarily built around a large firm, could – under particular conditions – reach large production scales or more complex scopes without breaking the links with territorial systems, thus including local objectives in the strategic decision‐making process. Our conclusion is that the impact of subcontracting networks varies enormously. This is crucial to an understanding of future trends and possibilities. Not least, firms and public policy agencies need to understand the implications of different forms of subcontracting network and how those forms actually differ in practice. 相似文献

Abstract This article critically discusses the almost mythical conception of voluntary and ‘grass-roots’ organizations as problem solvers in current welfare policy – a myth, which over the last twenty years has become increasingly dominant in social policy programmes in advanced liberal welfare states. In particular, the article examines the assumption that voluntary and local organizations are permeated by a different rationality that enables human beings to act as ‘real humans’ rather than as professionals and clients – a rationality which is, however, permanently at risk of being contaminated by bureaucratic influence. It is demonstrated that among the conditions of possibility for this discourse are explanatory models and concepts in modern organizational theory and in voluntary sector studies. The article argues that the conceptualizations of power, rationality and social change dominant in these studies are unsatisfactory. Instead, it applies a Foucauldian approach to the domain of drug addiction treatment, analysing a social work ‘regime’ that transgresses the traditional boundaries between state and voluntary sector. 相似文献
