存款异质性与货币政策传导——基于不同层次城市比较视角

不同层次城市的存款差异较大。城市越大,企业存款、活期存款占比越高,流动性也越强。实证分析表明,无论是数量调控、还是价格调控,对小城市的影响程度都弱于大中城市,这说明我国货币政策传导存在着从中央到地方的层级效应。     

我国上市公司社会责任信息披露的动因及对策

随着经济的发展,企业的社会责任的履行情况一直都备受关注,尤其是近年来发生的一系列企业社会责任事件,说明我国企业社会责任的履行情况比较不尽如人意。文章根据当前我国企业社会责任的履行现状,分析影响企业社会责任信息披露的因素,并提出改善信息披露的几点拙见。     

日本存款保险制度对我国银行稳健经营的借鉴意义

随着金融危机频繁爆发,建立我国显性存款保险制度已势在必行。分析我国目前实施的隐性存款保险制度的种种弊端,借鉴日本存款保险制度的经验,能为我国显性存款保险制度的建立提出相关建议。     

应重新规划开发宁乡式铁矿

宁乡式铁矿是我国重要的铁矿类型,地质勘查完成于20世纪50年代。由于铁矿中含磷量高,受当时经济技术条件的限制,一直未能开发利用。现根据我国铁矿工业的资源状况和选冶技术,建议重新规划,予以开发利用。     

我国商业银行存款保险制度问题研究

本文着重阐述了我国保险存款制度的发展历程，认为我国构建商业银行存款保险制度是推进利率市场化的必要条件，有助于明确商业银行在市场经济中的法人地位、约束商业银行的经济行为、发挥市场在资金配置方面的基础性作用，以及维护储户的金融利益和金融系统的整体稳定。     

Optimal monetary policy with the cost channel and monopolistically-competitive banks

This paper studies the optimal nominal policy interest rate in a model with the cost channel and imperfect competition in the banking sector. Due to this market power, the interest rate on deposits is relatively low; in particular it is lower than the policy interest rate. This, in turn, leads to a suboptimal level of deposits and, as a result, to a low level of intermediation. Deviations from the Friedman Rule are optimal in this setup regardless of the assumption about price rigidity; since households can hold their assets in the form of cash or deposits, taxing money, which is an imperfect substitute for deposits, is optimal in order to increase the level of deposits and encourage intermediation. The main results of the paper are robust to the introduction of market power in the loan market as well as stickiness in both the deposit and the loan markets.     

Deposit insurance and the stock market: evidence from Denmark

Previous studies of the relationship between deposit insurance and bank market values have usually been limited to consideration of minor changes in bank regulations, but the 1987 initiation of deposit insurance in Denmark permits examination of a potentially major policy shift. It is found that the market values of large Danish banks exhibited a modest positive reaction to the announcement of insurance, but that small risky banks responded negatively. These results partially contrast with those previously found for the USA, an outcome that seems likely to reflect the interaction of deposit insurance with the particular characteristics of the pre-existing Danish regulatory system.

2011年上半年,国内金融运行总体平稳。主要特点是：货币供应量增速总体呈现回落态势,符合稳健货币政策要求;社会融资规模保持合理水平,直接融资作用继续增强;贷款增长向常态回归,其中中长期贷款同比少增较多;企业存款平稳增长,居民储蓄意愿明显增强;银行间市场交易保持活跃,市场利率明显上升;与上年末比,人民币汇率升值2.33%,海外市场对人民币升值预期明显减弱。

2011年1季度,金融运行继续保持平稳。主要特点是：各层次货币供应量增速总体呈回落态势,货币政策由适度宽松平稳转向稳健;社会融资规模保持适度;贷款向常态回归,其中中长期贷款明显少增,短期贷款需求持续保持旺盛;企业资金保持正常,储蓄意愿有所增强;银行间市场交易保持活跃,市场利率明显回落;与上年末比,人民币汇率升值1.01%,海外市场对人民币升值预期明显减弱。
