协调内外需关系的若干理论思考

内需反映一国的内生增长能力,外需反映一国利用国外市场和国外资源实现增长的能力,内外需关系可以用内外需比指标大致衡量。一般而言,内外需呈现相互替代、相互促进的关系。影响内外需关系的因素包括国内市场规模、经济发展阶段、贸易政策与制度等因素,而内外需关系又将影响到产业结构及产业关联、内外经济循环、贸易条件及国民福利等方面。在协调内外需关系方面,政府应扮演重要角色,确定合理的目标及方向。

动画不仅仅只作为一种文化产业而存在,还具有具有娱乐、弘扬民族文化、发展民族经济的社会功能,能充分体现出儒家美学思想中＂文以载道＂的入世则哲学观。教化、娱乐兼备的国产动画,也能体现出＂中和＂的儒家美学观。在科技飞速发展、经济急剧增长、凸显现代化、动摇传统文化的今天,国产动画创作仍然要秉承儒家美学中＂文以载道＂和＂中和＂的观点。

从影响一种商品价格的需求—供给方面;成本问题的土地价格上涨、建造成本上升、开发企业融资的成本提高方面;国家拉动内需等方面分析了影响中国近期房地产价格持续高涨的一些因素。     

Consumer Behavior and Fish Market Development in Oman

Abstract

Capitalizing on the rich fishing grounds that populate the coastal waters of the Sultanate of Oman is important in that country's economic diversification. Domestic fish markets have been constrained by consumers⁵ habits, which show very strong preferences for fresh fish over other processed forms. This study relates fish market and product development to consumer habits, perceptions, income, and other demographic and socioeconomic factors. Educational attainment and rural/urban households demonstrated the strongest relationships to likelihood of Omani fish choice by species and form. Income group, importance of price, and price expectations were significant influences on fish variety and form consumption, as were attitudinal choice characteristics, such as place of purchase, fish product characteristics, and spousal purchasing decision. Rural households and household size affected the odds of Omani consumption of fresh fish negatively.

中国再保险市场监管研究——从"国内优先分保"条款谈起

本文首先论证新《保险法》取消国内优先分保条款合理性和继续坚持国内优先分保政策必要性,接着阐明本文认为的符合国际再保险发展趋势的监管模式,即以社会经济福利最大化为最终目标,以直接监管为基础,充分发挥间接监管优势的模式。同时本文分别分析国内优先分保政策和条款的有效性,得出保证政策有效的结论:如果原保险人可正确理解国内优先分保政策内涵,取消该条款即可增进社会总经济福利。     

粮价上涨最终受益者是农民吗?

与国际范围内粮食价格快速上涨同时,中国粮食市场自2006年9月出现新一轮的粮价上涨。物价上涨在2008年春节前后达到了高峰,特别是食品价格上涨较快。国内粮价不断攀升,看似农民收入增加,但伴随着一系列的农产品生产资料的价格增加,农业间接成本投入的攀升,农民最终收入所剩如何?     

Oil Crisis,Market Reforms,and Human Welfare： An Econometric Analysis of the Australian Economy

As an active trader in international crude oil and petroleum product markets, Australia＇s human welfare is affected by oil crisis and contagion from the perspectives of economic growth, income inequality, and environmental sustainability. This paper investigates the impacts of oil price shocks upon Australia＇s gross domestic product （GDP） growth, Gini coefficients, and carbon dioxide emissions per capita from 1970 to 2012 with yearly frequency. Hypotheses concerning whether Australia＇s economic immunity against oil crisis is affected after the deregulation of oil market and whether endogenous oil price shocks account for more variations in human welfare than exogenous oil price shocks are tested. The methodologies include a theoretic model and a series of econometric tests. For the short-run dynamics, oil price is integrated into the model both linearly and non-linearly. Oil price shocks are categorized into exogenous and endogenous shocks. The conclusions are that inflated oil prices exert mainly non-linear negative impacts upon human welfare indicators and exogenous shocks induce endogenous shocks through labor price, Consumer Price Index （CPI）, interest rate, and exchange rate. For the long-run equilibrium, non-linear shocks＇ effects decay more slowly than linear shocks and the impacts of endogenous shocks last longer than that of exogenous shocks. Finally, oil market policies are evaluated and proposed.     

多哈回合谈判的困局及出路

经过近九个年头的谈判,多哈回合仍然没有任何结果,让人觉得前途暗淡。然而必须看到,多哈回合的胜利完成,一方面,会带来更大的贸易自由化;另一方面,可以抵御日渐抬头的贸易保护主义;而它的失败则会对全球贸易带来严重后果。因此,针对目前的僵局,发达国家应该做出更多让步;小国家则应该组成不同的集团,以集团代表的方式参加各项议题的讨论;而谈判委员会主席的工作和职权则应该受到更多的约束。只有各方都做出调整,谈判才有可能顺利完成。     

基于国内支持框架下的农业风险管理体系研究

农业风险管理体系与国内支持政策的基本目标存在共性,两者具有较强的关联性和互补性,将农业风险管理体系融入到国内支持框架中是可行的,而且在诸多方面具有独特优势。
