供应链成员契约关系可视化研究

文章通过对供应链成员之间的信息风险的分析,说明了实现合作伙伴关系可视化的重要性。在总结至今为止各国学者对于供应链协调和供应链契约研究的基础上,提出通过契约来实现供应链成员关系的可视化。以回购契约、利润共享契约和弹性数量契约在某些产业中的应用为例,说明契约在供应链成员关系可视化中的作用,并在此基础上,分析供应链成员关系可视化后的绩效。     

基于公私合作视角的城市创意产业公共治理——以北京工业设计业为例

公私合作关系对西方城市内城新经济发展产生重要影响。以北京工业设计业为例,通过半结构式访谈和结构化问卷取得材料,分析在中国特定制度环境下公私合作对城市新经济活动的影响。结果表明,地方政府联合企业及其它组织,推动工业设计业迅速成长。有别于西方国家的是,在中国,地方政府通常居于主导地位,其它组织的话语权较少,但是可以提供决策依据,从而扩大政府公共治理的影响力。政府派出机构充当行政职能部门、行业中间组织、企业等多种角色,成为政府与其外部网络的连接点。因此,它可以被看作以单个项目建设为基础的公私合作制度或平台,有效提高区域资源的利用效率,增强幼稚产业的创新能力和协同效应。     

Is FTA/EPA effective for a developing country to attract FDI? The knowledge‐capital model revisited

To prepare an answer to the question of how a developing country can attract foreign direct investment (FDI), this paper explored the factors and policies that may help bring FDI into a developing country by utilising an extended version of the knowledge‐capital model. With a special focus on the effects of a free trade agreement (FTA) or an economic partnership agreement (EPA) between a pair of market and non‐market countries, simulations with the model revealed the following: (i) although FTA/EPA generally tends to increase FDI to a developing country, the possibility of improving welfare through increased demand for skilled and unskilled labour decreases as the size of the country grows; (ii) a developing country may suffer severe welfare losses through FTA/EPA if the availability of skilled labour is extremely limited; and (iii) a developing country can enhance welfare gains from a FTA, and it is even possible to recover the welfare effects from negative to positive, by making the arrangement an EPA.     

What Sells in Romania: Performance or Relationships?

ABSTRACT

The norm for sales organizations is the pursuit of long-term profitability through positive relationships with key accounts. Sales professionals begin and end their activities with the customer in mind, aiming to maximize their relationships over a long period of time. This article examines the association between buyer and seller relationships and customer satisfaction as well as the association between customer service orientation and customer relationships. Findings suggest that the ability to meet customer sales service expectations as well as the existence of positive relationships between buyers and sellers is associated with customer satisfaction. Implications for managers are explored.     

英国城市复兴中的合作伙伴组织

合作伙伴组织作为英国城市复兴的主要组织形式,为城市复兴做出了积极贡献。组织的包容性、人力资源、工作文化等是影响其成效的具体因素。我国的城市建设和治理可以从中得到启示,在政府现代化、政府与市民社会的合作以及将社区等机构纳入合作伙伴组织方面有所作为。     

The Technology Fair: a project-based learning approach for enhancing problem solving skills and interest in design and technology education

This paper presents an innovative way in which university education can help pre-service teachers become better problem-solvers. The central idea is to use the “Technology Fair” as a means for promoting pre-service teachers pedagogical content knowledge about technological problem solving skills. This innovation is supported with results from a study carried out in autumn 2004. The purpose of the study was to investigate the influence of a procedure of working with primary school children to complete and present a technology fair project, on the educational value and meanings attached to problem solving skills by pre-service teachers. Pre-tests, mid-test and post-tests were administered to the pre-service teachers before, during, and after the preparation of the technology fair, respectively. A number of pre-service teachers were selected and interviewed after the completion of the technology fair. Data were also collected from reflective diaries kept by the pre-service teachers during the preparation phase of the technology fair. Analysis of the results indicates that the technology fair contributes to the development of positive values and attitudes in technology education and has a significant influence on improving pre-service teachers understanding and application of problem solving strategies within the domain of technology.     

铁路运输企业与其供应链战略合作伙伴关系管理措施研究

铁路运输承担着促进国民经济发展的重要使命,被誉为国民经济发展大动脉。然而在当下竞争日益激烈的市场经营环境中,传统的铁路运输企业在与其它运输方式的市场竞争中无论从管理模式,经营理念和运作管理机制方面都难以适应用户关于需求变化的响应速度需求,难以提升顾客满意度。本文运用供应链合作伙伴关系管理思路来规划铁路运输企业发展,并就铁路运输企业如何行之有效的应对与其供应链合作伙伴合作过程中可能出现的问题及合作关系管理进行研究,以期达到使铁路运输企业通过系统化的供应链合作伙伴关系发展与协作,更好地适应瞬息万变的市场,结合彼此的优势,达到双赢的目的。     

Governance by targets and the performance of cross-sector partnerships: Do partner diversity and partnership capabilities matter?

Research Summary: This study examines the effectiveness of targets as a tool for the contractual governance of cross-sector partnerships. Applying a difference-in-differences methodology, we find that the use of explicit targets within performance contracts is an effective means for improving partnership outcomes, especially where partner diversity and partnership capabilities are high. Furthermore, we find evidence that target intensity is associated with stronger partnership performance. These findings suggest that contractual forms with explicit targets may be a particularly successful approach for enhancing the public value created by cross-sector partnerships. A downward turn in performance following the removal of targets lends further support to this conclusion. Managerial Summary: Cross-sector partnerships have become a vital means for creating value in pursuit of the public interest. In particular, the effective management of these partnerships is thought to hold the key to addressing the strategic and organizational challenges posed by major social and environmental issues, such as big data and climate change. In this article, we combine data on waste recycling from 2003 to 2014 with information on performance contracts between local cross-sector partnerships and higher levels of government in England to quantify the impact of governance by targets on the performance of those partnerships. The benefits of target-setting for partnership performance that we identify are even stronger when partner diversity is high and partnership capabilities are strong. We discuss the managerial and policy implications of our findings.
