Monopoly Power and Stagflation

Post Keynesian economists have followed Joan Robinson's criticism of general equilibrium theory as abolishing history by allowing all contracts to be executed today for all future contingencies. This was the justification for the support of financial innovation to provide for the completeness of futures markets. The recent crisis has shown that force of history. Instead, many evolutionary and Keynesian economists have suggested the approach of cumulative causation as an approach that includes history and eschews equilibrium. This approach may provide a way to take history seriously in economic analysis.

文章通过对中国出口结构变迁的数据分析后得到三个发现:一是作为全球劳动力最丰富的国家,中国劳动密集型产品占出口比重快速下降。二是出口结构不断转向包含更多人力资本的技术类产品,表明劳动力要素禀赋的内涵发生了重大变化。三是制造业中的资本密集型工业的出口竞争力还很弱,预示着提升资本密集型产业的竞争力是未来出口结构的调整方向。     

Why evolution does not always lead to an optimal signaling system

This paper gives a complete characterization of neutrally stable strategies for sender–receiver games in the style of Lewis, or Nowak and Krakauer [Lewis, D., 1969. Convention: A Philosophical Study. Harvard Univ. Press, Cambridge, MA; Nowak, M., Krakauer, D., 1999. The evolution of language. Proc. Nat. Acad. Sci. USA 96, 8028–8033]. Due to the dynamic implications of neutral stability, the replicator dynamics of this model does not necessarily lead to the rise of an optimal signaling system, where every state of the world is bijectively linked to one signal and vice versa, but it can be trapped in suboptimum situations where two (or more) signals are used for the same event, or two (or more) events are associated with one and the same signal.     

全球港口间集装箱运输贸易网络的时空分异

在科学估测全球集装箱吞吐量排名前100位的港口间集装箱运输贸易流的基础上,综合考察全球港口间集装箱运输贸易的时空演化格局,并从全球港口间集装箱运输贸易联系的角度揭示全球港口间集装箱运输贸易网络的等级结构。结果表明:1在研究期内,全球已经形成以北美、西欧、东亚—东南亚三个区域港口间集装箱贸易连接为主体,三个区域内部港口间集装箱贸易连接为支撑的港口间集装箱运输贸易流网络空间格局;2全球港口间的集装箱运输贸易流网络的复杂性与完整性大大增加,各港口间的集装箱运输贸易流在研究期内经历一个由近及远的空间递减过程,地理邻近依然是有利于促进港口间集装箱运输贸易流的一个重要因素;3全球多数港口间的集装箱运输贸易联系比较松散,仅少数港口的联系紧密,这种全球集装箱运输贸易港口分布格局等级差异的形成是世界海运贸易网络区域分异、组合特征的反映;4港口集装箱运输贸易首位联系呈现出明显的区域化特征,港口的相邻或接近以及集装箱运输贸易组团核心强大的经济吸引力,成为全球港口间集装箱运输贸易的首位联系形成的主要因素。     

国际商业银行监管模式演进及对我国的启示

随着世界银行业的变革和发展,银行规制理论和监管模式日趋完善.从世界银行业监管历史来看,国际商业银行监管模式渐渐由"刚性"、"半刚性"向"柔性"转化,先后经历了行政命令式、标准化方法、内部模型法、预先承诺法四个规制阶段.随着我国成功入世及银行业改革不断向纵深推进,现有银行监管模式将面临强有力的挑战.为此,加强银行规制理论研究,探索国际商业银行监管模式演进轨迹,对构建我国有效银行监管模式将起到重大启示和推动作用.     

比较优势与东北地区外贸发展

国际贸易理论认为比较优势是动态发展的。文章对东北地区外贸的发展滞后、在全国的份额下降、对区域经济的贡献减弱的现状进行了分析,指出造成这种状况的原因,主要是受资源、技术投入、投资经营环境与外部环境等因素的制约。最后探讨了如何立足动态比较优势,促进东北地区外贸发展的主要措施。     

Price-raising drug enforcement and property crime: a dynamic model

Price-raising drug enforcement suppresses drug use, but it is expensive and may increase property crime. This has led to contradictory recommendations concerning how drug enforcement should or should not be used. We reconcile these recommendations by incorporating the enforcement's effects on both drug use and on property crime within an optimal-control model that recognizes whether convicted drug-involved property offenders are merely incarcerated or whether they receive some form of drug treatment.

静态及动态风险度量模型的实证对比分析

选取上海证券交易所金融、工业指数的收盘价为观察对象,分别对静态及动态模型、上证金融及工业指数的风险程度以及不同置信水平下的度量准确性进行了比较研究,结果表明：动态风险度量模型对VaR、ES的度量比静态模拟更加准确;上证金融指数的风险程度要略高于上证工业指数的风险程度;置信度为99%时度量风险模型要比置信度为95%时更加精确。
