对与油气管道领域相关的ISO、API、ASME、ASTM、NACE 5所知名国外标准化组织进行了简要介绍,对各组织在提案申请要求、提案内容、尤其是标准制修订流程方面进行了初步对比分析,同时以参与国际标准化组织ISO,为例详细说明了参与国际标准的注意事项及技巧,最后提出了我国在油气管道领域开展标准国际化的启示和建议。     

Microstructures,financial reforms and informational efficiency in an emerging market

This paper investigates the effects of microstructures and financial reforms on time-varying informational efficiency in an emerging equity market setting. Our data comprises of firm level data from the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange, over the period 1990–2013. Using a dynamic panel regression framework while controlling for firm size, we find that microstructures, specifically liquidity, volatility, automation and the number of shareholders have an important role in influencing the time-varying efficiency of this emerging market. The financial reforms, namely liberalisation and regulation are not found to have a notable influence. We also consider heterogeneity at the firm level, finding that the microstructures of the banking firms listed in this market have a greater impact on market efficiency, in relation to the other listed firms.

我国物流人才培养的关键问题分析及解决途径——建立区域联合培养实践基地的战略思考

产学研相结合的人才培育模式是培养高层次、复合型物流人才，解决我国物流人才缺口的关键。但我国目前的物流人才培养模式以及一对一为主的产学研培养模式仍存在着一定的问题需要解决。文章首先分析了我国目前物流人才培养过程中的基本问题，进而针对校企合作的产学研模式及其存在的主要问题进行了探讨。在此基础上，提出了解决这些问题的途径——建立区域联合物流人才培养实践基地的战略思考，并分析了该战略在运作模式、服务范围、资源利用、培养方式、协作关系以及功能拓展等方面的独特优势。     

Managing digital business platforms: A continued exercise in balancing renewal and refinement

Central to the evolution of a digital business platform is the organization’s ability to balance exploration (renewal) and exploitation (refinement) simultaneously. Drawing on prior research—including digital platforms, contradictory tensions, and organizational ambidexterity—and our own experience investigating digital business platforms in organizations, this article provides insights into how executives can manage this evolution successfully. More specifically, we present a framework recognizing three pairs of organizational capabilities (i.e., identifying-nourishing, expanding-legitimating, and augmenting-embedding) that enable balancing renewal and refinement of the platform over time. We close by providing critical managerial practices that executives can use in anticipating, adjusting, and evaluating the evolution of a digital business platform over time, including its initiation, development, and growth.
