企业购并中的财务问题探析

上个世纪80年代美国曾经出现所谓的＂购并风＂,在90年代形成愈演愈烈之势。近年来,随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步发展和加入世界贸易组织,我国企业购并现象日益突出。对于企业购并中政府过分干预的问题,应实行政企分离,明确产权;对于企业购并中的财务风险,企业应积极应对并寻找解决之道;对于购并后的整合,企业应予以重视。     

新形势下政府能力开发与提升探索

随着经济全球化趋势不断增强,政府在社会经济可持续发展中的地位和作用越来越重要,政府能力已成为实现经济发展和社会进步不可或缺的资源,是国家竞争力和国家持续发展能力的重要组成部分。政府能力提升既是一个重要的理论问题,又是一个重要的现实问题。我国在建设“四位一体”的社会主义现代化国家进程中,应充分重视政府能力建设,通过深化改革开放,不断提升政府经济管理能力、社会动员能力、社会服务能力与文化倡导能力。     

财经院校软件工程专业建设的探索

相对于我国的软件产业的快速发展,软件工程专业教育发展相对滞后。在许多软件专业学生找不到工作的同时,软件企业却找不到合适的人才。本文提出了在财经院校建设软件工程专业的一些探索,主要为解决学生动手实践能力,从而解决就业问题等提供一些思路。     

Social networks and electronic commerce in China∗

Communications technologies that make up the emerging global information infrastructure have the power to regulate online behavior. Social networks in Chinese society have survived the growth of formal legal institutions and liberalization of China's economy, but it is not clear whether they can survive the regulatory pressures created by global information technology networks. The spread of electronic commerce technologies in China may strengthen legal institutions and open local markets to international competition, but is likely to be resisted by all the same interests that resist those changes in other contexts. The Chinese response to the spread of electronic commerce might take several forms: assimilation; marginalization; or localization of new forms of commercial activity that rely on new technologies.     

新时期农村信用社金融产品创新分析——以漳平市为例

深入分析漳平市农村信用社金融产品创新的现状,发现金融产品创新过程中存在金融产品和服务方式传统单一、产品普遍存在额度小、期限短等问题。结合漳平市自身条件从六个方面提出促进农村信用社金融产品创新的对策建议,主要途径是把握客户需求并细分市场、调整优化农村金融配置资源、营造良好金融生态环境、完善农村金融市场产品线、大力发展中间业务、提高农村信用社人力资源利用效率。     

Corporate Venture Capital and Its Contribution to Intermediate Goods Firms in South Korea*

Set by government, corporate, financial and individual sources, venture capitalists in Korea have adapted themselves to the new and uncertain venture capital market through stand‐alone and syndicated investments. The present study raises questions about whether various financial sources contributed differentially to their portfolio firms during the market boom of 2000. Results show that no single capital source showed better performance, and only corporate venture capitalists contributed to intermediate goods firms. The latter finding might reflect the unique ability of corporate venture capitalists to use vertical value‐chain linkages for their investments.     

高校贫困生资助工作的探讨——以某应用型本科院校二级学院为例

本文结合某学院贫困大学生资助管理工作的现状,对现有工作进行了简单介绍和总结。在对以往工作进行整理总结的同时就实际工作中遇到对贫困大学的心理辅导问题进行了一定的思考和应对方法的探讨。     

Realized EquiCorrelation: a bird’s-eye view of financial stress on equity markets

This article addresses the issue of measuring the level of aggregate financial stress on stock markets, which is a central issue for investors and policy-makers. To this end, Realized EquiCorrelation (REC) is obtained by plugging realized volatility as an input into the Dynamic EquiCorrelation (DECO) model where both the continuous and jump components of realized volatility are considered. An application is provided for the 20 major stock markets over January 2000–May 2014 using intra-day data. The results remarkably pick up financial stress periods.     

中国金融发展与经济增长研究综述

金融发展与经济增长的关系是金融发展理论的核心问题,目前,学术界对二者的关系仍存争议.本文首先从理论层面回顾了金融与经济之关系的产生和演变路径,在此基础上,梳理总结了关于金融与经济关系的主要学术观点以及实证研究领域,最后,提出了未来的研究趋势和有待深入研究的问题.
