石油企业集团跨国经营财务风险的对策研究

在我国石油企业跨国经营过程中,财务风险的严峻性日益凸显。目前我国石油企业集团跨国经营呈现区域广泛、业务范围复杂等特点,取得了突出的成果,同时面临严峻的石油价格风险、汇率风险、经济和投资风险。有必要从建立财务预警机制、监控海外投资风险、运用金融衍生工具避险等几方面对跨国经营中的财务风险进行有效防范和控制。

The authors investigate the relationship between board ethnic diversity, ethnicity and market, and book measures of firm financial performance using Malaysian data. This represents a departure from prior studies that focused on White countries whose people remain culturally indistinct. Ethnic diversity is measured by the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index; ethnicity is the largest representation of a single race. Controlling for firm- and board-specific attributes, the authors find a significant positive relationship between ethnic diversity and firm financial performance and that financial performance of companies differ between ethnicities. The results suggest that despite modernization and homogenization, corporate Malaysia is still divided along racial lines.     

我国中小企业应对金融危机的对策研究

由美国次贷危机引发的金融危机席卷全球,对我国中小企业的影响尤其明显。中小企业的应对措施是：积极承接产业转移,加快结构调整;优化出口产品结构,提高竞争力;提高自主创新能力;培养特色产业集群;拓展融资方式,改善融资环境。     

Supply Chain Management Competency and Firm Financial Success

Supply chain management (SCM) plays a major role in creating (or destroying) shareholder value by influencing the three major drivers of firm financial performance: revenue, operating costs, and working capital. Yet, the relationship between SCM competency and firm financial performance is not well‐established. Drawing on the resource‐based view of the firm, this study assesses this relationship using Delphi‐style opinion data from AMR Research’s Supply Chain Top 25 rankings to assess SCM competency and Altman’s (1968) Z‐score statistic as the measure of financial success. The study findings show that firms recognized by industry experts for SCM competency have significantly higher Z‐scores than their close competitors and industry averages.     

金融业国际化发展与经济竞争力——基于浙江视角的实证研究

浙江省金融业国际化通过多种效应对经济产生重要的拉动作用。本文利用2006年1月至2009年12月的月度时间序列数据,对变量进行了Granger因果关系检验,建立了基于VEC模型的脉冲响应函数,对浙江经济竞争力对金融业国际化发展的动态响应结果进行了分析。检验结果表明,浙江省金融业的国际化发展有利于浙江省经济竞争力的提高。基于上述结论,本文提出了浙江金融业国际化发展的对策建议。     

基于经济发展的资源型地区金融结构优化策略

资源的开发利用在现代工业化城市化进程中颇受重视,它不仅带动了资源型地区经济发展,也为经济繁荣做了贡献。资源型经济对矿产资源和能源消耗日益增加,资源过渡消耗与经济发展之间的矛盾越来越突出。要想解决这个矛盾,只有促进金融发展,既能使资金流向技术含量高的产业,又能为经济提供足够的发展资金。本文阐述了资源型地区如何有效利用资源及如何制定有效的金融结构策略才会使地区经济有效发展。     

A Critical Assessment of Basel III and its Implications on the Mauritian Banking Sector

This paper probes into the application of Basel III in Mauritius. Findings show that although Mauritian banks are well-capitalized and carry excess liquidity, they will have to restructure their balance sheets by incorporating highly liquid assets such as government securities. While Basel III will foster greater financial stability, this will translate into lower supply of credit, higher cost of credit and lower returns with potential strains on SME lending. Similarly, Bank of Mauritius’s ability to control credit growth will be hindered because banks’ existing leverage ratios are already higher than the stipulated minimum leverage ratio of 3%. To harness the full benefits of the reforms, additional measures tailored to the specificities of the Mauritian economy will be needed. Other challenges prevail like establishing robust data management, risk methodologies, reporting systems and IT architecture as well as identifying the timing and the size of the Countercyclical Capital Buffer. Local banks anticipate Basel IV in the coming years as a refined tool.     

关于疾控中心疫苗财务管理的问题与对策探讨

目前我国医疗水平趋于日益提高的状态,与此同时社会广大群体也逐渐意识到疾控工作的重要性,对疾控工作的重视度越来越大。疫苗,区别于一般的药品,是一种特殊的商品,由于其特殊性,在其采购、使用等任何一个环节出现问题都将会产生不可估量的严重后果,为此国务院设立了专门的条例(《疫苗流通和预防接种管理条例》)来对疫苗的管理进行规范。在对疫苗进行管理的过程中,各级疾控中心在其中占据了非常重要的角色,其是疫苗流通过程中重要的组成部分,在疫苗管理中有非常重要的作用。本文分析了疾控中心疫苗管理的基本情况以及疫苗管理中所存在的问题,并结合自己的工作经验,针对所存在的问题总结阐述了完善措施,以此来提高疾控中心疫苗财务管理的水平。     

民营企业融资难的原因剖析——以台州为例

民营企业在我国国民经济和社会发展中有着及其重要的地位,台州是中国股份合作企业的发源地,民营企业是台州经济发展的重要基础,由于金融体制滞后等多种因素,台州民营企业融资相当困难,融资难已严重影响台州经济的发展,本文从多次调查研究的基础上总结出台州民营企业融资难的原因,以期供相关部门在解决融资问题时参考,同时对分析我国同类地区民营企业融资难时有所帮助。     

我国商业银行理财业务发展中的问题及其化解

近年来，我国理财业务发展迅猛，但由于受金融分业经营的限制以及会计核算滞后，高素质专业人才缺乏，产品细分不到位等因素影响，其发展中又存在着诸多问题。解决我国理财业务发展中的这些问题，必须借鉴国外理财产品市场的发展经验，采取科学有效的措施，包括打破金融市场的分业经营限制，构建理财市场监管体系，扩大理财业务的跨行业合作，注重专业理财人员的培养，改进理财产品的服务与营销理念，开拓立体化的理财产品营销渠道等，从而实现我国理财业务的健康、可持续发展。
