浙江创业投资发展的现状、问题及对策建议

创业投资被誉为高科技企业的"孵化器",在培育新兴产业、提升区域创新能力方面具有重要作用.本文主要分析浙江创业投资发展现状、存在的问题以及当前发展创业投资的有利条件,提出浙江加快创业投资发展的对策建议.     

一种新颖的低功耗、强移动性的密码锁设计

本文介绍一种基于单片机控制的电子密码锁设计。本系统由P89LPC900系列单片机、矩阵键盘和报警系统组成。系统能完成电子控制开锁、超时报警、超次锁定、管理员解密和修改用户密码的基本功能。除上述基本的密码锁功能外,还具有节电模式、掉电存储、按键中断唤醒等功能。该系统结构简洁、成本低、体积小,功能实用。     

Observational evaluation of outcomes and resource utilization from hemostatic matrices in spine surgery

Objective:

Studies have indicated that outcomes may differ by choice of flowable hemostat, but there is limited evidence in spine surgery. The objective of this study was to conduct a comparison of outcomes following use of advanced flowable hemostatic matrices in a large spine surgery population.     

保险企业数字化战略转型路径研究

数字经济的深入推进正深刻地改变着保险企业的内外部环境,数字化战略转型成为保险企业发展必然选择。本文首先从外部环境推动和内部能力重塑拉动两方面剖析了保险企业数字化战略转型的动因,随后对保险企业数字化战略转型的内涵和特征进行阐释,在此基础上构建了保险企业数字化战略转型的“转型动因-转型过程-转型成效”的实现框架。建议保险企业从客户交互端、业务运营端以及支持保障端三大层面及九大维度着手进行变革转型,本文的研究试图对企业数字化战略转型的理论研究和管理实践有所启示。     

The approach to transforming the traditional agricultural economy: a research on the multiple paths of poverty alleviation and transformation in rural China

Transforming a traditional agricultural economy into a modern economy is one of the main themes in economic development. Through theoretical and empirical analysis, this paper finds out that the key to transformation is to raise the economic value of people, to improve human capital investment and to match the stocks of physical and human capital. China’s rural economy is on the edge of economic take-off, and different zones may pursue different paths for transformation. The source of rural poverty is not the scarcity of income or consumption, but the deficiency of education, social security, medical care and economic opportunity, which we define as “capability poverty”. __________ Translated from The Journal of World Economy (世界经济), 2005,(2) (in Chinese)     

资源枯竭型城市发展服务业问题研究

加快发展服务业有利于转变经济发展方式;有利于扩大内需拉动经济增长;是广开城乡就业渠道、促进社会和谐的内在要求;是转变经济增长方式、调整产业结构、促进资源枯竭型城市经济转型的必然选择.本文探讨了资源枯竭型城市服务业发展存在的问题和不足,阐述了资源枯竭型城市发展服务业的必要性和紧迫性,在吸收借鉴国内外资源枯竭型城市发展服务业做法的基础上,指出服务业发展的生产性、消费性和农村服务业等重点领域,提出了服务业发展的主要措施:深化体制改革,激活服务业企业发展活力;进一步放宽市场准入,不断提高服务业对外开放水平;规范监督管理,优化服务业发展环境;创新机制,努力构筑现代服务业人才高地;加大投融资支持力度,扶持中小企业发展.     

基于熵权的信息工程监理风险评估

本文利用模糊评判方法对信息工程监理进行风险评估，对各风险因素分别从风险发生的概率和风险产生的影响两方面进行评估。采用熵权系数法对风险因素的权重进行客观计算，克服了专家评判的主观性。通过实例分析表明该方法是有效和实用的。     

农业产业化的路径转换:产业融合与产业集聚

我国农业产业化的进程正面临着重大的路径转换。在这一过程中,产业融合与产业集聚应运而生,通过产业融合形成新的产业形态,实现产业化农业;通过产业集聚加快农业产业化进程。     

Functions of innovation systems as a framework to understand sustainable technological change: Empirical evidence for earlier claims

Understanding the emergence of innovation systems is recently put central in research analysing the process of technological change. Especially the key activities that are important for the build up of an innovation system receive much attention. These are labelled ‘functions of innovation systems’. This paper builds on five empirical studies, related to renewable energy technologies, to test whether the functions of innovation systems framework is a valid framework to analyse processes of technological change. We test the claim that a specific set of functions is suitable. We also test the claim made in previous publications that the interactions between system functions accelerate innovation system emergence and growth. Both claims are confirmed.
