基于二阶段博弈的碳排放权分配机制研究

建立了政府和两企业之间的一主两从Stackelberg博弈模型和企业之间的差异Bertrand价格博弈模型,将两者结合成一个二阶段博弈模型。对政府和企业之间的博弈行为以及决策变量之间的关系进行分析。研究证明碳排放交易市场可以通过每个企业的边际减排成本均等化实现排放权最终的优化配置,而政府通过确定碳排放权的初始分配比例实现社会的公平性。最后通过数据分析了环境污染程度、企业的减排技术对在均衡条件下的企业效益、政府决策偏好和社会公平性的影响。     

江苏河蟹消费特征研究

江苏河蟹产业不论是在产业竞争力还是在产业规模上,都处于全国领先水平。论文通过问卷调查相关消费者,分析了消费需求情况,进而得出江苏省河蟹总体消费特征,最后从发展保鲜技术、规范交易市场、采用适宜的包装、加强河蟹品牌与生产地的联接、生产产品注重差异性五个方面提出了发展江苏河蟹产业的建议。

Optimal adaptation strategies to face shocks on groundwater resources

We consider an exogenous and reversible shock to a groundwater resource, namely a decrease in the recharge rate of the aquifer. We compare optimal extraction paths and the social costs of optimal adaptation in two cases: under certainty, i.e. when the date of occurrence of the shock is known, and under uncertainty, when the date of occurrence of the shock is a random variable. We show that an increase in uncertainty leads to a decrease in precautionary behavior in the short run and to an increase in precautionary behavior in the long run. We apply our model to the particular case of the Western la Mancha aquifer in Spain. We show that, in this context, it is advantageous for the water agency to acquire information on the date of the shock, especially for high-intensity and intermediate-risk events.

本文探讨了员工和外部企业挖墙角博弈中的静态、混合和动态博弈过程,深入分析了员工的静态博弈策略、混合博弈策略和动态博弈策略对外部企业收益的影响机制。本文最后还提出了外部挖墙角企业针对员工行为策略的具体管理建议。

Current Situation of Rural Residents’ Tourism: A Case Study in Zhejiang Province in China

China is a large agricultural country. At the end of 2011, rural residents accounted for 48.7% of the total population. Without the participation of rural residents, the development of China's tourism would be incomplete. The outset of rural residents’ tourism will be crucial to 50% of China's tourism market. This article, through two years’ questionnaire surveys, interviewed 600 rural residents from 38 villages in Zhejiang province, analyzed the current situation of rural residents’ tourism market and rural residents’ tourism consumption behavior. This survey provided theoretical researches for developing the tourism market of rural residents, and had some significance on stimulating domestic demand, promoting economic growth and improving the standard of rural residents' life.     

“中元”货币区的构建前景探析——基于博弈论的视角

随着中国港澳台与大陆经济联系不断加强,一个开放、繁荣的中华经济圈正在初步形成,"中元"货币区的建立越来越受关注。本文从博弈论的角度,在分析加入"中元"区各参与方不同成本和收益的基础上,建立了不同的完全信息静态博弈模型,指出"中元"区的构建必须加强相关制度建设,从而达成货币统一的承诺。
