我国危险货物运输标准体系及几个重要问题

文章就我国危险货物基础标准及标准体系间的渊源及发展进行探讨，结合现行危险货物和危险化学品标准的基本状况，就其修订和使用中的一些重要原则和关键问题提出建议。     

Structural effects of cognitive and affective reponses to web advertisements,website and brand attitudes,and purchase intentions: The case of casual-dining restaurants

This study investigates the structural relationships among responses to website advertisements, website attitudes, brand attitudes, and purchase intentions in the case of web advertisements for casual-dining restaurants. Responses toward advertising (Rad) factors were categorized as cognitive responses and affective responses. The SEM model in LISREL was used to examine the interrelationships among the proposed hypothesized constructs. Several empirical results were obtained. First, Rad had a positive effect on website attitudes. Second, website attitudes had a positive effect on brand attitudes. Third, brand attitudes had a positive effect on purchase intentions. Finally, some discussion and implications of the study are provided.     

Measuring the Perceived Quality of Professional Business Services

Professional firms serving business clients are recognizing the need for improved quality services. Unfortunately, measures of professional service quality have proven difficult to develop. This paper reports on the use of SERVQUAL, an instrument commonly used to assess consumer perceptions of service quality. This instrument was employed with a sample of business owners who were asked to rate the quality of service received from their accounting firm. Although several dimensions of the scale proved useful, additional quality related factors emerged from the analysis.     

An Investigation of Trust,Satisfaction, and Commitment on Repurchase Intentions in Professional Services

Abstract

The predictive ability of trust, satisfaction, and commitment regarding a customer's intent to retain professional service providers is explored. Trust, in business relationships, is typically perceived as a consequent of satisfaction and experience. However, professional service customers may be unable to commence relationships without trusting their providers; thus, the stance that trust leads to commitment may not hold. Given the difficulty that professional service customers have regarding their ability to assess their providers' trustworthiness, customers may take trust for granted once the relationship begins. Regression analyses suggest that professional service customers utilize satisfaction and commitment, rather than trust, to determine repurchase intentions.

我国刑法中背信犯罪的立法完善

背信犯罪是一种破坏诚实信任关系并侵害他人财产的犯罪。我国现行刑法中规定了多种特殊的背信犯罪，但没有普通的背信罪，是否应设立普通背信罪，在1997年刑法修订前后，直到现在，仍存在争论。但随着社会经济的发展，越来越有必要设立普通背信罪，以维护社会的诚信机制。     

城市空间中的网络联盟:转型期中国城市治理的路径选择

合作主义理论特别重视协调与整合,这一理论基点恰好顺应了转型社会尤其是政府主导的转型社会的根本需求,从而成为中国城市治理的理论诉求。面对个人"原子化"、社会"破碎化"等矛盾重重的城市社会现实,本文首先论证了中国语境下合作主义的正向维度,然后借鉴西方国家有益的做法,提出了当代中国转型期城市社会治理的路径:建立城市空间中的网络联盟。在网络联盟的框架下,通过更广泛、更深入的社会参与、协商、协作,改善城市经济与社会生活,实现转型期城市的"善治"。     

Examining differences in consumer reactions to partitioned prices with a variable number of price components

Partitioned pricing is a tactic in which a seller presents multiple prices for a single product or service instead of one, all-inclusive price. This research investigates effects of partitioned prices containing a variable number of price components, under varying levels of seller trustworthiness, and with or without the presentation of the total price. The results indicate that partitioning into a large number of price components, relative to a small number of price components, negatively affects perceived fairness and purchase intentions for less trustworthy, but not more trustworthy, sellers when the total price is not presented. However, partitioning into a large number of price components positively affects fairness and purchase intentions, regardless of seller trustworthiness, when the total price is presented. The research also examines effects of partitioning on price estimation and recall.     

Valuing a Change in a Fishing Site without Collecting Characteristics Data on All Fishing Sites: A Complete but Minimal Model

Resource economists are often asked to value a proposed change at one, and only one, recreational site; the model we develop and estimate is applicable for those cases. The application is valuing the elimination of fish consumption advisories on a large bay on Lake Michigan. The model is minimal but complete: complete in that the choice set is not restricted, minimal in that only two conditional indirect utility functions are estimated. It is utility-theoretic and one does not have to collect characteristic data on all of the other fishing sites in the region. Data include the number of trips each individual currently takes to Green Bay, answers to "would you prefer to fish Green Bay under conditions A or B?" and how often each angler says they would fish Green Bay under different sets of conditions.     

数据挖掘方法在政治风险评估中的应用研究

2008年金融危机过后,中国企业将很有可能进入另一波海外收购的浪潮。然而以往的失败案例为中国企业开展海外投资敲响了警钟。基于此背景,应用K-means聚类方法,提取国家透明组织2007年CPI（Corruption Perceptions Index）数据和世界银行2007年＂良好政府＂（good government）数据,运用两次聚类方法,得出了50个存在高政治风险的国家列表。同时采用2007年的FDI对该列表进行了进一步的检验。此列表可供＂走出去＂的中国企业作为参考。
