海岛民宿聚落地方意象系统建构研究——基于厦门鼓浪屿的扎根理论分析

民宿聚落地方意象反映了旅游者对民宿聚落地方性的总体认识。遵照消费者对地方性“期望-体验-感知-心象”意象系统的建构逻辑,本研究以厦门鼓浪屿为研究案例地,从民宿消费网络评论、游记等文本中提取关于地方性的内容,结合深度访谈资料,分析海岛民宿聚落地方意象系统的建构过程与内在机理。研究表明：海岛民宿聚落地方意象系统的建构贯穿消费者进入民宿聚落消费前的地方期望、消费中的地方体验与消费后的行为意愿全过程,消费者情感因其消费阶段的不同,呈现积极情感、中性情感和消极情感的不同变化。消费者经历地方期望和地方体验之后形成对民宿聚落的综合性地方感知,再经主观逻辑演进为三大民宿聚落心象系统。本研究基于区域整体性和地方性视野,探讨民宿聚落消费的地方意义,对于海岛民宿聚落的高质量发展、消费者个性化体验增强和地方文化的传承发展具有参考意义。     

Tourism stakeholder exclusion and conflict in a small island

Research in the Isle of Man, British Isles, reveals limited and dysfunctional collaboration between stakeholders, and in particular between public and private sector actors. Power and influence over tourism decision-making is generally felt to be restricted to a small and opaque network. Moreover, different levels of interest in and support for tourism further divide stakeholders. Various negative consequences are shown to arise from this absence of collaboration, including a lack of shared vision or future strategy for local tourism, and high levels of mutual mistrust between stakeholders. Resulting conflict, wasted resources, lost enthusiasm and lack of strategic direction appear to undermine the current and future management of island tourism. Emphasised by research is the importance of stakeholder collaboration to sustainable tourism management and underlying factors which may enhance or undermine. Focus on describing dysfunctional collaboration within an untypical small island setting makes a unique contribution to the existing literature.

文章针对当前国内外大城市普遍存在的城市热岛效应,分析了城市热岛的普遍特征、产生的原因及其危害,在不同地表状态气温比较实验的基础上提出了缓解城市热岛效应的生态措施.     

Island cruise tourism development: a resident's perspective in the context of Italy

Most studies that examine tourism impacts and community attitudes have been carried out from the perspective of the tourism sector as a whole, with very few papers focusing on specific types of tourism and/or analysing tourists' preferences for specific types of tourism segment. This paper discusses some pertinent issues in relation to cruise tourism development and community attitudes in a port of call cruise destination located in the island of Sicily (Southern Italy). Specifically, this study was carried out using a quota random sample of 1500 responses, which is representative of the population of Messina at 1% level. Findings show that residents express an overall positive attitude towards cruise tourism development even if it is not the most preferred when compared to other types of tourism (cultural tourism, sport tourism, and sun and sea tourism). Further, they highlight that significant differences based on socio-economic and demographic characteristics (age, gender, reliance on cruise-related employment, level of education, geographical proximity to tourist areas and port, length of residency and frequency of interaction with tourists) exist in residents' perceptions and attitudes towards cruise tourism development. Implications for policy-makers are discussed and suggestions for further research are given.     

Exploring Cruise Experiences,Satisfaction, and Loyalty: The Case of Aruba as a Small-Island Tourism Economy

In light of increasing global competition amongst international cruise destinations; growing demand for cruise tourism; and the lack of empirical studies on the “real” destination experience, satisfaction, and intentions to return and recommend (i.e., cruise destination loyalty), the current study investigates cruise visitor satisfaction, cruise destination experience, and the resulting behavioral intention as it relates to the cruise destination of Aruba, Dutch Caribbean. Because of increased reliance of small island economies on cruise tourism receipts and visitor expenditures, cruise ports throughout the Caribbean are seeking ways to improve the quality of destination services and experiences. Results indicate that cruise visitors are satisfied with their visit to Aruba and that overall destination experience in addition to satisfaction, were found to be significant predictors of cruise visitor loyalty.     

Assessing the impact of co-branding of island destination and tourism activities on tourists’ reactions

The aim of this study is to examine the status and images of certain islands based on specific tourism activities. A total of 385 valid samples were obtained from tourists at the islands' main transportation facilities. The results are as follows: (1) different island destinations are promoted differently, which significantly affects the perceptions of tourists. (2) Tourists' familiarity with various tourism activities and the rate of participation in these activities vary significantly between the islands; in addition, tourists display greater familiarity with beach/water activities and participate in these activities in higher proportions. (3) Greater consistency in the matching of island destinations with tourism activities helps produce a co-branding effect, which positively affects tourists' perception of these destinations. From a co-branding perspective, this study demonstrates that the empirical market positioning of island destinations must be consistent with the tourism activities that are possible to produce an optimal experience for the tourists. This comparison of different islands explains why the development of island tourism on such locations should involve the provision of information on rankings and tourism activities.     

国际旅游岛政策视角下海南省旅游业的发展现状与对策分析

自2010年开始建设海南国际旅游岛以来，海南省旅游业发展进步明显，全社会整体经济实力得到明显提高，产业结构调整也取得了积极进展。以海南国际旅游岛的视角对海南省旅游业发展现状以及存在的问题进行一系列分析，从基础设施建设、产品开发、营销推广等方面提出了对促进海南省旅游业发展的对策和建议。     

国内三代EPR核电常规岛仪控设计技术特点和比较

我国目前在建的台山核电站采用了欧洲压水堆(European pressurized water reactor,EPR)三代核电技术。与CPR1000核电工程相比,EPR机组使用了全新的仪控设计特性。文章描述了台山结构核电站工程常规岛的仪控设计特性和结构,着重进行了与CPR1000工程常规岛仪控设计的特性比较和背景分析。对应的比较和分析主要集中于如下几个方面:通用仪控平台;测点设置原则的变化;DCS逻辑设计平台;DCS设计文件分工;仪控设备供电要求的变化;DCS机柜布置和电缆设计接口的变化。     

Efforts,resources and costs required for long term environmental management of a resort development: the case of Baker's Bay Golf and Ocean Club,The Bahamas

The natural resources upon which the tourism industry relies upon are subjected to intense pressure during and post development. Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) are the general method used to evaluate the potential impacts of a development. However, EIAs rarely incorporate an EIA-auditing mechanism, or set environmental standards, for evaluating the long term impacts of a proposed development project. The Baker's Bay Golf and Ocean Club (BBC) serves as a coastal tourism development case study, where an Environmental Management Program (EMP) and prescribed environmental goals were incorporated into the EIA. The goal of this paper is to document the efforts, resources and costs required to implement the EMP in an effort to meet the project goals. Lessons learned include the need to mitigate damaged environments, include measurable ecological goals, and establish an open communications system. Substantial time, costs and resources were necessary to implement the EMP and this information should be incorporated into development planning to establish a process to follow through on EIA recommendations.
