高校后勤管理干部素质探讨

高校后勤管理干部做为后勤管理工作的指挥者、组织者和协调者必须具备一定的理论和良好的道德素质、具备一定的文化和专业知识、具备一定的组织管理素质的创新能力。只有具备多方面的综合素质与修养,才能肩负起时代赋予高校后勤管理干部的历史使命。     

Building the Knowledge Stock: Lags,Depreciation, and Uncertainty in R&D Investment and Link with Productivity Growth

The search for an appropriate methodology to investigate the relation between R&D investment, knowledge stock and productivity growth is the main purpose of the paper. In analogy with physical assets, we present a model of knowledge capital formation which allows the calculation of the relevant user cost, as well. The proposed model accumulates R&D investment based on a stochastic gestation lag and a geometric depreciation of the stock. The basic parameters underlying the lag structure differ according to the types of research expenditure. The approach is applied to public R&D investment in Italian agriculture; the results provide interesting information about the economic structure of public research effort in Italian agriculture and plausible estimates of its internal rate of return.     

Employee Rights, Employee Responsibilities and Knowledge Sharing in Intelligent Organization

Much is currently being written about the need to encourage employees to share knowledge in order for companies to maintain a role as an intelligent organization in a technologically sophisticated environment. However, there is little written of the relationship between employee rights to satisfactory employment conditions, employee responsibilities in decision-making, and employee willingness to share their knowledge collaboratively. This paper seeks to redress this gap by discussing the importance of the relationship between employee rights and responsibilities and employee willingness to share knowledge. The reaction of a group of employees (academics) employed in an Intelligent Organization (university) to a reduction in their rights and responsibilities is discussed in order to design a framework of employee rights and responsibilities required for knowledge sharing in intelligent organizations.     

The Downside of Knowledge Spillovers: An Explanation for the Dispersion of High-tech Industries

Both theoretical work on knowledge spillovers and regional policy initiatives often assume that there exists a general and unanimous advantage for firms to cluster. But opposed to the benefit is the disadvantage of sharing knowledge with other (rival) firms. This paper highlights the “downside” associated with knowledge spillovers and presents a four-stage game of location choice where spillovers result from labour poaching and where the strategic interaction between firms may make them avoid co-location with spillovers. The model provides an explanation for the dispersion of German high-tech industries found in a companion paper.     

芯钢管混凝土节点的芯管壁厚与节点承载力关系的数值分析

对一种已经通过试验研究的钢管混凝土结构的新型节点进行数值分析。这种节点将钢管混凝土柱的钢管在节点区间断,在节点区设置芯钢管,使梁中的纵筋在节点中直通、梁与节点区混凝土成为一体可靠的传递梁中的弯矩、剪力及轴力。本文利用数值分析弥补模型试验数量少的缺陷。选择不同芯钢管壁厚的节点模型进行非线性有限元分析,得出芯钢管壁厚对节点承载力的影响规律。分析结果表明芯钢管壁厚是影响节点承载力的主要因素之一。

基于价值链的军事物流核心能力刍议

按照价值链管理的思想,可以把军事物流价值链分为物质价值链、采购价值链、知识价值链和信息价值链,依据对价值链的贡献,借助层次分析法等分析军事物流的能力要素,得出军事物流综合管理能力、整合能力、处理突发事件能力等三项基本核心能力,并对提升军事物流的核心能力提出了见解。

在社会对小宗货物及高附加值小宗货物的快速运输需求日益增长的背景下,中铁行包公司作为铁路部门小宗货物快捷运输的主要负责系统,其运营好坏直接影响铁路在快运市场上的占有率,而基本生产设备的配置问题又直接关系到中铁行包公司能否满足日益增长的行包需求.本文提出设备配置理论,对设备的规划、配置、更新有着重要的意义.     

An empirical investigation of the roles of prior knowledge and learning activities in technology transfer

This study analyzes 120 university–industry technology transfer projects. A significant positive relationship was found between the learning activities performed by the firm during the development and implementation stages of the technology transfer project and the benefits to that firm from the project. In contrast, prior knowledge of the firm about the existing technology was found to have only a marginal contribution to the project benefits. However, further exploratory analysis based on high and low levels of technical and organizational uncertainty revealed more provocative relationships.     

物流运输网络中的网络容量扩张成本效益均衡模型及算法研究

在给定一个单源单汇物流运输网络中，网络中的每条弧都有一个容量和运输时间的限制，研究了当网络的容量提高到指定水平，同时限制从网络中源点到汇点运输时间，应该如何对网络进行适当的扩张，减少网络的运输时间，同时使网络效益与预期效益尽可能的接近。
