单士厘:中国近代妇女旅游第一人

单士厘是中国最早走出国门并留下著述的知识女性。她撰写了中国最早的女子国外游记《癸卯旅行记》、《归潜记》,其诗集《受兹室诗稿》亦有记叙国外旅游的诗篇。单士厘的国外旅游开中国近代妇女旅游之先河,不愧为中国近代妇女旅游第一人。     

西学东渐与清末民初安徽传统社会观念风气变化

社会观念、社会风气的转变是社会变迁的一个重要方面。清末民初安徽传统的"重义理,轻艺事"观念、"重农轻商""重儒轻商"观念的动摇,男女平等观念开始出现端倪,旧的生活方式和政治生活方式的些许变化及读新书、阅报刊、学外语、出国留学等新风气的出现,表明清末民初安徽传统的社会观念、社会风气在一定程度上、一定范围内有了异于传统的变化。这些变化,既是外力冲击的结果,也是安徽自身为适应时代的变化而不断自我调整的结果。但这些变化主要是发生在城市、城镇及社会上层,广大农村及社会下层的观念、风气还是较为保守的,对安徽社会来说,要使变化从点发展到面,从上延伸到下,还需要一段路程要走。

本文对怀涿盆地中发现的冻融褶皱现象的典型剖面进行详细观察和描述，并对其沉积物做了孢粉分析，初步认为：发生冻融褶皱时期的孢粉组合及其古植被所指示的古气候环境为一寒冷的冰期气候条件下的冷湿环境。据Ｃ（１４）测定其年代为晚更新世晚期。     

Urban Fortunes and Skeleton Cityscapes: Real Estate and Late Urbanization in Kigali and Addis Ababa

In many parts of Africa, societies that remain primarily rural are experiencing accelerated urban growth and highly visible booms in property development. In the absence of significant industrialization, investment is pouring directly into what Lefebvre and Harvey characterized as the ‘secondary circuit’ of capital. Debates about the drivers of investment in real estate are longstanding in relation to the global North, but have given little consideration to low‐income and late‐urbanizing countries in Africa. Yet such contexts offer important opportunities to reflect on existing theory. Focusing on Kigali and Addis Ababa (both transformed virtually beyond recognition over the past two decades), this article explores the drivers and consequences of investment in urban real estate in countries striving to structurally transform their economies. It argues that a range of formal and informal incentives and constraints have led to high‐end real estate being viewed as the ‘safest bet’ for those with resources to invest, even where demand is limited and governments are promoting other kinds of investment. While some people are reaping urban fortunes in largely untaxed rents, much of the construction is purely speculative, creating landscapes of unused and underused high‐end properties in contexts where investment is desperately needed elsewhere.

战国末到西汉时期关中农业的发展状况及原因探析

战国末到西汉中期,关中农业不仅在粮食产量,而且在人口方面都得到前所未有的大发展,这不仅与政府采取的有力的农业举措有关,是与当时关中温暖湿润的气候环境分不开的。     

Importance of early snowfall for Swedish ski resorts: Evidence based on monthly data

Since the early 1970s, Sweden has experienced an almost uninterrupted surge in demand for downhill skiing. However, from the 2009/2010 season, lift ticket sales have stagnated. With the use of monthly data, this study investigates the role of snow depth and economic factors in the demand for downhill skiing in Sweden. The empirical approach is based on a seemingly unrelated regression model, allowing snow conditions, but not economic factors to differ during the season. The estimates show that an early season increase in natural snow depth by 10 cm raises the growth rate of lift ticket sales by 9 percentage points in the same period. Further, the results indicate that downhill skiing is characterised by low income and price elasticities, implying weak impacts on demand for such changes. The price increase of lift tickets exceeds that of the inflation rate. The recent decline in demand might indicate changed leisure preferences.     

论清末安徽工商业的发展

清末时期，随着西方列强的侵入和清政府经济政策的转变，安徽工商业发展所需的消费市场空间、土产来源空间、运输空间以及社会空间发生了显著的变化，传统工商业和近代工商业因此获得了明显的发展。不过，由于安徽工商业发展空间的外部特征极为明显，内因不足，从而导致安徽工商业无法完全发展成为近代工商业。
