基于心理认知的听力测试障碍分析与应对策略

听力测试被视为英语语言测试的重点与难点。20世纪90年代,语言学家基于＂建构主义＂理论提出了＂听力理解过程是心理建构语言的过程＂。听力测试所涉及的心理因素,诸如焦虑情绪、记忆力、注意力等,都在不同程度上影响听力理解。如何顺应英语语言特点,构建正确的测试心理,提高听力测试的水平是本文的探讨重点。     

The Impact of Salesperson Perception of Firm Market Orientation on Behaviors and Consulting Effectiveness

The purpose of this study was to study market orientation as an antecedent of salespersons' behaviors that should, in turn, influence the ability of the salesperson to add value to the product or service. There have been many studies of personal antecedents of salespersons behaviors and performance, with little predictive success. But there are few studies of firm-level influences on salesperson behaviors and their outcomes. A survey was sent to non-retail salespeople utilizing previously validated scales for all constructs of interest. The survey responses were analyzed using structural equation modeling to test hypotheses. Results suggest that market orientation has an indirect influence on salesperson consulting through adaptive selling and active listening behaviors. Active listening fully mediates the relationship between customer orientation and salesperson consulting, while salesperson consulting fully mediates the relationship between active listening and consulting effectiveness. Half of the influence of market orientation on salesperson consulting effectiveness is direct, while the other half of its influence is indirect through those salesperson behaviors. The author provides explanations for these results and implications for managers and researchers.

An examination of factors affecting Chinese financial analysts’ information comprehension,analyzing ability,and job quality

This paper examines various factors affecting Chinese financial analysts’ information comprehension, analyzing ability and job quality. We hypothesized that financial analysts with better educational background, more experience, superior resources provided by large brokerage firms and more information sources have better information comprehension, stronger analyzing ability, and higher job quality. Using a survey method to collect data, we found that information sources have a significant impact on analysts’ information comprehension, analyzing ability and job quality. Specifically, analysts tend to exhibit greater information comprehension and better job quality when they conduct more company-level surveys. Additionally, when they have more access to firms’ indirect information, analysts tend to have a stronger analyzing ability and better job quality. We also found that analysts’ educational background has a positive impact on their analyzing ability while analysts’ work experience improves their job quality. This study’s results indicate that financial analysts are still a fledgling profession in current China, and the capabilities of Chinese financial analysts need to be improved through additional training and continued education. Moreover, our study is important in highlighting the urgency of fostering the development of the financial analysis profession in China.      

先备知识对二语听力理解影响实证研究

本研究以112名非英语专业大学生为对象,调查了听力水平和背景知识对长对话理解的影响。学生按照听力水平和背景知识被分为四组。研究结果显示:①听力水平对于学生长对话的理解有显著影响;②背景知识对于学生理解长对话细节内容没有影响,但是对于主题内容的理解有显著影响;③对于细节内容的理解,学生的听力水平和背景知识之间没有交互作用,但对于主题内容的理解,这两者之间有交互作用,即听力水平高的学生能够更好运用他们的背景知识,理解主题内容。
