Measuring Retailers' Sustainable Development

This study aimed to develop a framework and measurement items for retailers to assess sustainability while avoiding potential subjectivity by combining top‐down and bottom‐up approaches, and verifying their validity based on consumer perceptions of sustainable retailing. The framework consisted of 54 measurement items categorized into a three‐order hierarchical model. At the top level of the model, there were three third‐order dimensions respectively related to consumers, retailers, and society. At the middle level, eight second‐order sub‐dimensions associated with retailing mix were classified into the aforementioned third‐order dimensions. At the bottom level, there were 21 first‐order sub‐dimensions related to the sustainable retailing activities. The development of sustainability assessment by combining top‐down and bottom‐up approaches and including consumer perceptions will allow retailers to assess their sustainability more strategically, as it will reduce the subjectivity and increase consumers' recognition of sustainable retailing. 国家审计学科建设论纲——基于政治学视角的分析

国家审计的实践发展呼唤建立国家审计一级学科。国家审计学科建设既受到国家审计实践属性影响,又受到国家审计科学研究纲领制约。国家审计的实践属性是政治性与技术性的结合,政治性是其本质属性。国家审计的学科定位是一门具有交叉性的应用型学科;学科属性是一门独立的、与政治学学科联系密切的、属于法学门类的一级学科;学科设置除了包括常规的“国家审计学科、社会审计学科、内部审计学科、审计技术与方法”之外,还应增设“审计政治学、审计管理学和国际审计学科”共七个二级学科;同时,积极完善国家审计学科规范和方法论,即大力培养国家审计学科的学术共同体,通过多方合作、多学科融合与多元方法综合,形成国家审计学科建设的合力。这七个方面共同构成了国家审计学科建设论纲。     

Expectations and systemic risk in EMU government bond spreads

This paper explores the determinants of 10-year sovereign bond spreads over the German Bund benchmark in the Euro Zone from 2000 to 2013, relying on cross-country quarterly data panel analysis. The paper focal point is the role of contagion and euro break-up risks in widening the sovereign bond yield differentials among EU member countries. Using a novel synthetic index capable of monitoring the sustainability of currency unions, the paper finds that market expectations of a euro’s break up and contagion from Greece were fundamental drivers of sovereign risk premia in peripheral countries.

改革开放以来,中国经历了从农业国向工业国的历史性转变,快速成长为居于世界前列的制造业大国、国际贸易大国和经济总量大国。在经济转型和社会变革时期,中国人民勇于创新制度,在深化改革开放的实践中探索中国特色的农村劳动力流动就业道路。回首这举世瞩目、影响深远的农村劳动力转移就业的伟大进程,最宝贵的经验就是制度创新和对人的尊重。本文基于改革开放以来党中央和国务院以及国家各部委颁发的主要文件、国务院发展研究中心等研究机构的权威报告、理论界和学术界在劳动力流动方面的标志性研究成果,梳理总结改革开放以来农村劳动力流动就业制度和政策的演进历程及发展趋势,秉承实事求是、客观公正的原则,努力还原并展现中国农村劳动力流动就业的波澜壮阔的历史画卷。
