广东大学生普通话学习现状的调查、分析与思考

国家教育部规定，凡是要申请教师资格证，必须通过普通话水平测试并达到规定的等级要求。本文对广东方言区大学生在校园里学习普通话的情况进行调查，通过了解他们学习的现状，提出以普通话水平测试为契机，创造良好的语言环境，提高广东方言区大学生的学习积极性，因材施教，共同促进广东大学生普通话水平的提高，以达到推广普通话的最终目的。

美国是世界上公认的会展强国。会展专业教育和职业培训的健康发展,为美国会展业的高速增长提供了强有力的人力资源支持。本文在总揽美国现有的会展职业认证培训项目的基础上,对美国会展职业认证培训体系进行了分析,进而提出了中国会展职业认证培训市场存在的主要问题及发展对策。     

Risky production processes and demand for preventive safety measures under uncertainty

This paper analyzes the behavior of a competitive risk-averse firm that has to choose the optimal level of labor and preventive safety measures. If the firm's injury function includes a random component, then the firm is characterized by a lower demand for labor and by a higher demand for safety measures with respect to a firm whose injury risk is completely under its control. The comparative statics show that shifts in the parameters of the risk distribution will have effects that depend on the absolute risk-aversion functions. The introduction of safety standards will prompt a reduction in the demand for labor while a tightening of the compensation system will have ambiguous effects on the demand for the two inputs.     

基于非英语专业高职学生英语自主学习能力的实证研究

非英语专业高职学生英语教学是一种既有别于英语专业教学,又有别于普通高校教学的特殊教育形式。本文通过问卷、调查、访谈、文献研究等多种方法,从学生英语学习的自主性、兴趣、动机、自信度、焦虑度等多重心理倾向角度分析入手,对这一庞大而又极易被研究者忽视的特殊群体的英语自主学习能力现状、特点进行研究,找出非英语专业高职学生自主学习能力弱的一些原因并提出若干建议。笔者仅以此文作为抛砖引玉,望能为探索构建有效的英语自主学习能力的教学模式提供依据。     

高职院校学生就业心理探析

高职院校毕业生就业工作不仅是关系到数百万毕业生个人前途和社会稳定发展的大事,同时也是他们人生的一次重大抉择,也是对其综合素质尤其是心理素质的一次检验。目前,就业形势日趋严峻,就业竞争日趋激烈,因此学生的就业心理也日趋复杂,而高职毕业生在就业过程中处于劣势,其就业心理也将面临着更多的问题,因此,认真研究高职学生就业心理问题与心理调适。将对我们的工作有很大的帮助。     

Women's Economic Participation on the Eve of Industrialization: Bizkaia,Spain, 1825

This contribution discusses, from the regional perspective of Bizkaia, Spain, adult women's labor force participation prior to industrialization, including the impact of economic, social, and demographic variables, such as family life cycle, marriage, and the presence of minor children in the household. Women's high level of participation – 68.6 percent for the entire province – varies considerably, depending on local economic conditions. Job opportunities for women and socioeconomic characteristics of households act as first-order explanatory factors. Women in proto-industrial economies, like Bizkaia's, which combined the extraction, transport, and marketing of iron with agriculture and fishing, show greater participation. Demand for women's labor was linked to jobs without recognized qualifications. The association of women's participation with demographic variables is not manifest in the historical data. The results show that supply factors do not explain the variance in women's activity.     

Antecedents of organizational citizenship behaviours among part-time employees of service organizations in Korea

This study investigates the antecedents of organizational citizenship behaviours by using data consisting of 196 part-time instructors drawn from six sport centres in the Republic of Korea. The results of a structural equation analysis suggest that job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational and occupational commitment, occupational satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational and occupational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behaviours (OCBs) and a negative effect on turnover intentions, and turnover intentions has a negative effect on OCBs. The effect of occupational commitment on both turnover intentions and OCBs was not significant. This research addresses a number of important issues in the management of human resources (i.e. part-time workers) in service organizations; that is, this study examines how part-time employees' satisfaction and commitment with respect to their jobs, occupations or organizations are related to their OCBs; this relationship is arguably one the most important issues facing service organizations today.
