Influences of retail brand trust,off‐line patronage,clothing involvement and website quality on online apparel shopping intention

This study examines the influence of retail brand trust, off‐line patronage, clothing involvement, and website quality on online apparel shopping intention for young female US consumers. Data for this study were collected from 200 young female consumers who completed an online survey. Participants were asked to select one of three pre‐determined apparel retail brands that they have either had experience with or were familiar with. Respondents were then asked to keep their selected retailer in mind when completing the questionnaire and were also asked to briefly visit the retailer's website shopping for a shirt or blouse. Factor, correlation and multiple regression analyses were conducted to test our hypotheses. Retail brand trust, off‐line patronage, clothing involvement and two factors of website quality (usability and information quality, visual appeal and image) were found to significantly influence online apparel shopping intention. Off‐line patronage was the strongest predictor of online shopping intention. Implications for multi‐channel apparel retailers were discussed based on these findings.

互联网+”背景下,科技情报研究中“事实数据+工具方法+专家智慧”的研究思路与实践方法越来越受到重视,很有必要对“工具方法”里开源软件的重要应用进行探讨。各类信息是科技情报研究工作的基础,需要借助开源软件进行信息采集、存储,并进行预处理。遴选了一些高效的开源软件进行介绍,为研究实践者提出可行的解决方案做参考。科技情报研究逐步向自动化、智能化方向发展,开源软件费用低廉甚至免费,功能足以满足大多数应用场景,在科技情报研究工作中的应用前景可期。     

新产业集群初探

本文在前人研究的基础上提出了新产业集群的概念、双锥模型,同时对新产业集群的研究进行了展望。新产业集群指在特定的实体或虚拟空间内,大量具有相互关联性的企业及相关机构所组成的开放性的利益共同体;在双锥模型中,着重用理论演绎和博弈论的方法分析了新产业集群的各要素即实体企业、咨询机构、科研机构、金融机构及公务机构的功能及如何相互作用,形成良性的竞争与合作环境,进而进行持续创新;最后,提出需要进一步的完善新产业集群概念,深入论述动力机制,探讨实体空间与虚拟空间如何相互作用,并需要寻找现实案例的支撑。     

外放型证券投资基金业法律体系的比较研究

外放型证券投资基金理论在中国还是一种全新的理论,是我国证券市场对外开放的关键一步。本文的研究目的在于尝试着完善我国证券投资基金业渐进开放的法律制度,在法律体系上为证券投资基金业对外开放提供依据和保护。本文首先对外放型证券投资基金进行了理论上的分析,接着在借鉴台湾地区的实践经验,结合国内外放型证券投资基金业的发展现状,对创建完善的外放型证券投资基金业的配套法律体系提出解决方案和建议。     

高职校本课程开发的思考

校本课程开发作为学术热点问题,其在国内的研究多聚焦在基础教育上。随着我国高等职业教育的飞速发展,我们对这一领域的研究需要深入化。本文针对我国高等职业教育发展现状,首先给出了高等职业教育校本课程开发的定义,然后分析了高等职业教育校本课程开发的意义。最后阐述了对高等职业教育校本课程开发的思考。     

基于应用型人才培养的高校开放式实验室建设

随着社会人才需求对高校毕业生创新能力要求的提高和重视,以及高校教学体系中实验教学改革和发展的需要,各个高校相继出现了开放式实验的教学模式,但大多开放式实验室的管理方法并不科学,造成实验室效能的下降。通过对高校开放式实验室建设内涵的思考,提出开放式实验室建设设想,制定运行模式和管理措施,可以为今后高校建设开放式实验室提供参考和借鉴。

开放教育中新型师生关系是教育教学中最基本、最重要的人际关系。构建这种关系要树立"学习用户"的理念,调适师生心理距离,利用系统优势,创建多元的沟通途径,完善面向过程的学习评价,促进师生双向交流。     

Strategies for online communities

This study examines the participation of firms in online communities as a means to enhance demand for their products. We begin with theoretical arguments and then develop a simulation model to illustrate how demand evolves as a function of interpersonal communication and a firm's chosen strategy. In this model, the firm's strategy involves allocating advocates who promote its product in online communities. Our model results point to some key parameters informing firms' strategies when social learning processes shape demand. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

Online Reputation Monitoring: An Exploratory Study on Italian Hotel Managers’ Practices

This study aims to understand current Italian hotel managers’ practices in monitoring online reviews included on travel websites and online travel agencies. Results obtained by a web survey indicate what hotel managers monitor (rating, rankings, guest comments regarding different service elements) and managers’ orientation in replying to customer reviews. Findings may support online reputation management tools providers and consulting firms by highlighting the degree of hoteliers’ interest in UGC monitoring and providing insights on possible factors that differentiate current management practices and should be considered in order to offer technical solutions coherent with the distinctiveness of Italian context.
