平台自治在市场监管中具有双重作用,即其自身作为监管链条的关键一环发挥主动性,同时作为监管中介为公共部门的市场监管提供支持。在此种机制下,平台自治对监管政策 构成了挑战。一方面平台自治有可能抑制创新;另一方面平台自治因其超前于监管政策的更新也会引发与现有监管政策的冲突。因此,对平台自治的监管路径需要思考,既要发挥平台自治的优越性,又要规制其限制竞争的行为。国家监管政策的着力点也需要相应调整,在监管政策上要从对平台用户的直接监管转向为平台制定自我监管的指导;同时需要规范平台技术,以技术监管促进监管目标的实现。面对平台经济的组织模式和技术在监管中日益深刻的作用,需要坚持“网络中立性”原则和平台规则透明度原则,实现监管政策与平台自治的协调。 相似文献

ABSTRACT This study investigates users' perceptions of costs and benefits of mobile versus online, PC-based, channels for accessing financial information and completing financial transactions. Results indicate that, in the financial services context, the mobile channel has no perceived advantages over the online channel. The older online channel does have several perceived advantages related to transaction cost, risk, ease of use, meeting financial goals, and information accessibility. The channels are similar on four dimensions, but most of the similarities arise because the online and mobile channels enable purchase of the same financial products. Finally, users are more willing to use the mobile channel for less risky tasks (accessing information) than they are for more risky tasks (buying financial products). 相似文献

ABSTRACT Online consumers make frequent use of the Internet to search for product and price information. In this study, an online model is proposed and empirically tested in investigating the role of tolerance for sacrifice gap in understanding customers' intention to seek for a better deal. Data was collected through an online survey. Structural equation modeling was employed to test hypotheses. The results show that tolerance for sacrifice gap was not only a strong predictor of intention for continuing search but also itself being related to consumer product knowledge, perceived control, and consumer product involvement. Direct relationship between another construct “perceived reduction in sacrifice gap” and “intention to seek for a better deal” was also found. ABSTRACT Security concerns are often the primary reason given for not purchasing products online. We believe these concerns may be rooted in the buyers' unfamiliarity with the associated technology. To test this hypothesis, we compared two student groups: those from technical and/or business programs and those from non-technical programs. We measured students' (1) extent of use of the Internet, and (2) extent of product purchases via the Internet. We conclude there is a significant difference in total time spent online per week and in the amount of risk associated with online spending. While there is no difference in the average amount spent online per month, there is a difference in the type of products being purchased. 相似文献

为了减少人脸超分图像的边缘伪影和图像噪点,利用基于稀疏编码的单幅图像超分辨率重建算法,在字典学习阶段,结合L1范数引入在线字典学习方法,使字典根据当前输入图像块和上次迭代生成的字典逐列更新,得到更加精确的超完备字典对,用于图像重建。实验中进行的仿真结果表明,改进算法超分结果的峰值信噪比(PSNR)和结构相似性(SSIM)比同类型的稀疏编码超分法(SCSR)和应用在线字典学习算法的超分方法(ODLSR)均有较大幅度提升,比后者平均提升0.72 dB和0.018 7。同时,视觉上有效地消除了边缘伪影,且在处理含噪人脸图像时,具备更强的去噪能力和更好的鲁棒性。 相似文献

珠宝饰品作为奢侈品是否能适应线上销售,还需对消费者购买欲进行研究。基于文献梳理,借鉴前人对网络消费者行为影响因素的研究,收集212份有效样本,并运用SPSS和Amos进行分析。研究发现:商家信誉、价格质量、网购流程和售后服务对感知风险具有显著负向影响作用;感知风险对网购珠宝饰品意愿也具有负向影响,即感知风险越高,网购珠宝饰品意愿越低。 相似文献

How should monetary policy respond to large fluctuations in world food prices? We study this question in an open economy model in which imported food has a larger weight in domestic consumption than abroad and international risk sharing can be imperfect. A key novelty is that the real exchange rate and the terms of trade can move in opposite directions in response to world food price shocks. This exacerbates the policy trade-off between stabilizing output prices vis a vis the real exchange rate, to an extent that depends on risk sharing and the price elasticity of exports. We characterize implications for dynamics, optimal monetary policy, and the relative performance of practical monetary rules. While CPI targeting and expected CPI targeting can dominate PPI targeting if international risk sharing is perfect, even seemingly mild departures from the latter make PPI targeting a winner. 相似文献
