我国钢铁企业绿色营销的创新思考

随着全球资源短缺及环境恶化的日趋加剧,我国钢铁企业的生存环境日趋严峻。建立以循环经济理论为依托的绿色营销模式是我国钢铁企业应对市场挑战的必然途径,但目前我国钢铁企业的绿色环保意识较淡薄,缺乏绿色营销理念及理论体系的支持,远远落后于西方发达国家的同行,大大制约了其在国际市场上的竞争力。     

教育产业及其发展的公共经济学分析

本文从公共经济学的视角探讨了我国教育产业及其发展的相关问题。首先，明确提出现代教育产业是一种混合产业，兼有公共经济与民间经济双重性质，中国现阶段必须将教育当做混合产业来发展，才有利于“科教兴国”战略的实施。其次，在明确现阶段应当以混合产业方式发展中国教育事业的基础上提出了我国应制定和实施的教育投入和管理的政策。

发展循环经济是政府的必然选择和迫切任务,探讨政府推进循环经济发展的职能有着十分重要的意义。本文从循环经济运行结果的外部性和运行条件的规模性两个方面分析了政府推进循环经济发展的必要性,由此分析了政府在推进循环经济发展过程主要承担制度建立和条件保证两大类职能及其具体内容。

发展农业和农村经济的关键在于实行两个转变。文章在分析我国农业和农村经济现状的基础上，探讨了实现两个转变的内涵和要求，以及在转变过程中正确处理好发展与资源、环境的关系。     

Property rights protection and access to bank loans

Poor protection of private property has limited the access to bank loans by private enterprises in developing and transition economies. Under those circumstances, private entrepreneurs have resorted to various ways of enhancing the de facto protection of private property. Using a dataset of 3,073 private enterprises in China, this paper empirically investigates the impact of political participation and philanthropic activities – informal substitutes for the lack of formal protection of private property – on the access to bank loans.

Chengdu and Chongqing are two megalopolises with the synthesized economic strength and the strongest urban competitiveness in the entire western region, which have very important positions in the development of western China. Through horizontal contrast of social economic developing level of the two cities, the two cities‘ economic foundation of unitary development is analyzed from complementary and integrative relationship. Then the policies and measures of economic unitary development of two cities is put forward.

From the Tribal to the Open Society: The Role of Medieval Craft Guilds in the Emergence of a Market Order

The emergence of a legally constituted State in 16th century western societies represents the final lap of a process extending the sphere of the indivudal freedoms necessary for the emergence of the market order. A peculiar stage of this process came in the form of guilds. They materialised into a need for emancipation from the values of the archaic society and became the keepers of a peace and a justice on the market by ensuring the respect of new rules of conduct (1). This analysis of the behaviour of craft guilds will illustrate the question of the possibility of rational economic activity in medieval society (2).

以新的发展观来看,西部经济发展必须从系统、协调和可持续发展的理念出发,以跨越式的发展方式、市场化的发展道路,形成人与经济、人与自然协调发展的生态经济的目标模式。这就需要在西部形成一套生态经济开发的创新机制,这个创新机制包括观念创新、理论创新、制度创新和实践创新。
