冷峻深情系乡民静穆诗意萦乡梦——鲁迅与沈从文乡土小说比较研究

鲁迅和沈从文同是中国现代文学史上的乡土小说大家,在乡土小说创作中有着举足轻重的地位。鲁迅开中国乡土小说之先河,沈从文则开拓了现代乡土小说创作的新领域。从“未庄”千疮百孔的丑陋,到“湘西”人性化的美好,无论是文化批判与启蒙主题,还是人性关照与诗意审美,鲁迅与沈从文都形成了完全不同的精神脉络。从鲁迅与沈从文的乡土小说的文学理想、审美意蕴、艺术表达、语言风格四个方面的比较中窥见鲁迅主“理”,沈从文主“情”;鲁迅重写实,沈从文重写意;鲁迅立足于现实主义,沈从文立足于浪漫主义的迥异创作风格,并从中比较出在对中国问题的体验认识上,鲁迅与沈从文以属于自己的独特视角透视乡土中国,解读乡土文化。他们走的路虽然不同,但爱国之心、忧国之情同出一脉,“改造国民性”与“重塑民族品格”实有异曲同工之妙。     

A history of recreation resource planning: The origins of space standards

Steely Dan, a rock band which has consistently produced high calibre songs but eschewed celebrity, embodies a particular idiosyncratic rock genre that contains originality, craftsmanship and a critical attitude to art and life. In many ways the core musicians can be regarded as intellectuals whose songs not only offer particular individualised and self‐driven ‘outsider’ identities for the fan but also claim cultural authority. This article explores the ambiguous socio‐cultural and musical space occupied by the band in relation to rock music and the 1970s context more generally. It examines techniques of production, lyrical content, fan attachment and broader signification with regard to individual style and cultural legitimisation. It also critically assesses theoretical arguments that consider the positioning of the music within modernist and postmodernist discourses.     

New development: Alternative reporting formats: a panacea for accountability dilemmas?

ABSTRACT

The need for accountability has given rise to new formats of reporting for public sector organizations. This article discusses the relative strengths and weaknesses of the main formats and concludes with a proposal for the adoption of an ‘Integrated Popular Report’ (IPR) to connect public sector organizations with ordinary people and encourage democratic participation in decision-making.

High-Quality Development Trend and Path Choice of Specialized,Sophisticated, Distinctive and Novel SMEs

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are key contributors to technological innovation. As China’s vanguard for self-reliance and strength in science and technology, specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and novel (SSDN) SMEs have grown into an important motivation for high-quality development, a key stabilizer for the new development paradigm, and a vital force for an innovation-driven China. In recent years, China has been ramping up support for SSDN SMEs, and raised the focus on their development to a new level. At present, some problems and obstacles are befalling the high-quality development of SSDN SMEs, such as imperfect innovation system and mechanism, weak basic research service capabilities, a digital divide in digital transformation, and insufficient vitality of collaboration among players in the innovation ecosystem. In the future, China should promote the high-quality development of SSDN SMEs from system and mechanism, basic input, business environment, and digital empowerment. Specifically, China should increase policy support to consolidate the institutional guarantee for innovative development, build more platforms to form a dynamic innovation ecology, enhance intellectual property protection to spur entrepreneurship, and ramp up upgrading and transformation for the quality and efficiency improvement of traditional enterprises.
