文章通过建立监督的博弈模型,分析得出如果要达到监督部门选择监督策略,投标人不进行行贿行为,应该采取降低监督部门实施监督的成本及投标人的参标成本,同时提高行贿成本、完善及规范评标制度、评分办法等措施。     

现代供应链信誉管理的研究

本文从目前我国供应链管理中信誉缺失的现象出发，阐述了现代供应链信誉管理的重要性，论述了现代供应链信誉管理的主要特点：整体性、趋同性、互补性和稳定性，并从关系、技术和程序三个维度提出了现代供应链信誉管理的评价指标体系，最后提出了加强现代供应链信誉管理的措施。     

THE POLITICS OF CASINO GAMBLING

This paper examines the politics that has permeated the development and implementation of public policy in Britain around casino gambling during the last 15 years. Casino gambling is said to be always controversial, with many claims and counter‐claims about its impact on individuals and communities. The author reviews the evolution of the Gambling Act 2005 to highlight the nature of the politics of casino gambling in liberal democracies and draws some lessons from the British experience that may assist policy‐making with regard to casino gambling in the future.     

Consequences of local social norms: A review of the literature in accounting,finance, and corporate governance

We synthesise the empirical archival research on the consequences of local social norms on accounting, finance, and corporate governance outcomes in an international setting. The literature reviewed is premised on the theory that corporations do not make decisions, but managers do, and managers are likely to be influenced by the socioeconomic environment of the region in which they operate and/or by the people with whom they interact. To provide a structure to our review, we identify social capital, religiosity, gambling norms, and corruption culture, as four constructs of local social norms and link these with financial reporting and external auditing, financial, investment, and dividend decisions, capital market consequences and finally, corporate governance and corporate social responsibility behaviour of firms. We highlight some limitations of the existing research and offer some suggestions for future research.     

Risk-taking begets risk-taking: Evidence from casino openings and investor portfolios

We provide evidence that casino openings can have spillover effects on an individual's portfolio risk-taking. Using investor-level brokerage data and the initial legalization and opening of commercial casinos in the United States as a quasi-natural experiment, we find that, after a casino opens in close geographical proximity to investors, those with a high propensity to gamble (PTG) increase their idiosyncratic portfolio risk by 12.88% relative to those unlikely to gamble. This effect lasts for approximately 3 months and does not affect systematic portfolio risk. These results suggest that increased access to gambling can temporarily increase portfolio risk-taking for those with a PTG.

作为一种影响到社会各个领域和生活各个层面的文化形态，消费主义带给新闻实践的影响是显著的。由此许多人认为消费主义必将侵蚀专业主义。但在消费社会的语境下，消费社会的逻辑结构是市场民主制。从新闻伦理学角度对专业主义和消费主义重新进行审视。可知新闻专业主义的消解并非是消费主义影响新闻实践的必然结果，新闻实践中呈现出的专业主义或消费主义是政府、媒介、工商界以及公众四种力量博弈的结果。     

论中国社会转型期道德秩序的缺失与重构

改革开放以来,伴随着社会物质财富的增加,民众的精神家园在经济理性的大潮下变得萧条空虚,一些传统的、普遍的是非观念、善恶标准的渐渐的消失,道德的力量变得苍白无力,重构新的普遍的社会核心价值体系成为转型中国社会的当务之急。     

The consumption of gambling in everyday life

This paper is concerned with the escalation of gambling in the UK and the consequences this has for the consumer. Reasons why people consume risk through the medium of gambling are provided with social factors, presented here, as important variables that have influenced this consumption. The National Lottery in the UK is highlighted as the most recent example that provides the context for this escalation in the consumption of gambling. The paper then presents research data obtained from reformed problem gamblers and describes the social ills associated with their compulsive gambling behaviour traits and their worries over the impact that gambling has on the individual and the community. The paper suggests that there will be an increase in the number of problem gamblers as a result of the increasing exposure of the consumer towards many forms of gambling.
