Asymptotic Revenue Equivalence in Auctions

We study the revenue in auctions of a single object when the number of bidders becomes large. We show that all sequences of auctions belonging to a class of mechanisms have limiting expected revenue equal to the expected best-use value of the object. An important special case that is covered is common value auctions, but more generally not even affiliation of values is assumed. This provides an asymptotic revenue equivalence result for settings beyond that of private values. Journal of Economic Literature Classification Numbers: D44, C72.     

农业贷款、财政支农投入对农民收入增长有效性研究

本文运用经济转型以来的实际数据,对我国农业贷款和财政支农投入与农民收入增长之间的关系进行了研究.实证分析结果显示:1978-2002年间我国财政支农资金和农业贷款的增加并没有成为促进农民收入水平提高的关键因素,只有农业投资的增加才能够推动农民收入的增长.这一结果说明,我国财政支农资金和农业贷款向农业投资转化的过程中存在低效率的问题.在此基础上,我们提出了简要的政策建议.     

论影响中国开放式基金规模的因素

从宏观与微观角度着手分析了影响和决定开放式基金规模的因素。从宏观因素上看,一国的经济发展水平(GDP规模)、资本市场的成熟度、基金业法律法规的完善程度对开放式基金的总量规模具有显著影响;从微观因素上看,基金托管人、基金销售机构、基金经理人、基金持有人对单只开放式基金的规模则具有决定作用。     

贡量链耦合机理分析

质量链耦合是描述关键链节点处相关组织和要素发生的相互影响、相互作用的联动关系。文章从质量链的三维整合出发，引出质量链耦合的营运联动机制和资源共享机制。分析表明，两种机制都能促成核心企业与上、下游企业在营运战略、资源、实施方法等上的相一致，实现质量链企业群内质量管理过程的“无缝”衔接和配合，减少质量波动，保证质量链各个过程的连续、高效。

在强调公共风险分析的同时引入脆弱性分析，并且提出风险信息共享机制和沟通机制，探索出一套完整的危险化学品物流公共风险管理体系的研究方法。     

基于物流信息元的供应链物流信息共享

提出了物流信息元的定义,分析了物流信息元的特点,并给出了物流信息元应用的实例。在此基础上,建立了基于物流信息元的供应链物流信息共享模型,对模型中物流信息共享的主要流程和物流信息共享的效果进行了分析。     

轨道交通系统票务清分算法的研究

随着城市轨道交通的不断发展，同一轨道交通网络中的线路将会由不同的运营商来经营，运营商之间收益的合理分配是城市轨道交通亟待解决的问题。在对实现轨道交通票务清分算法进行分析的基础上，提出有效路径算法。通过计算出OD问的有效路径和不同运营商的线路比例，对收益进行分配，并用清分算例进行实际应用说明。     

农作物收入保险省及地市级定价研究——以辽宁省玉米、大豆为例

目前我国的收入保险主要以是"产量保险+价格保险"的形式呈现,费率厘定采用自然灾害责任和价格责任单独计算损失率后相加的方法,与实际的收入保险存在一定差异。本文结合美国收入保险的定价经验,探讨了适合我国现状的收入保险产品类型,研究收入保险产品的定价技术,对影响收入保险的要素进行论证,并完成了东北地区粮食集中产区——辽宁省级、地市级费率厘定的全流程分析,为收入保险试点做好定价储备工作。建议我国现阶段发展以目标价格进行赔付的收入保险(RP-HPE)产品为主,试点时以地市作为承保单元进行展业;统一全国各省农作物产量数据发布口径及明确各省发布机构,以省级产量数据为基础,积累地市级、县级产量数据;利用收入保险助推农产品价格改革,用收入保险替代现有的价格支持政策,先从玉米、大豆收入保险开始着手试点。     

The role of HRM and social capital configuration for knowledge sharing in post-M&A integration: a framework for future empirical investigation

The literature on human resource management (HRM) indicates that HRM plays an important role in merger and acquisition (M&A) integration success, but pays little attention to the mechanisms for knowledge sharing in post-M&A integration. Limited work has been carried out to provide understanding on how social capital and HRM practices influence intra-organizational knowledge sharing in M&A integration. This paper primarily focuses on the phenomenon of social capital and HRM practices – one of the primary means by which knowledge sharing can occur within firms. The main aim of this paper is to provide an alternative framework that introduces the literature on HRM and social capital to discuss how HRM practices and the various dimensions of social capital may enhance knowledge sharing in post-M&A integration. Drawing on the literature on social capital and HRM, we offer an alternative view on the issue of knowledge sharing in M&A integration by explaining how specific HRM practices that have an impact on employees’ knowledge, skills and abilities for participating in knowledge sharing activities may depend on relational, cognitive and structural social capital. We isolate a number of HRM practices and social capital variables that may enhance knowledge sharing in post-M&A integration, and develop a research model and propositions for future empirical investigation.     

Does austerity drive public service innovation? Evidence from shared senior management teams in local government

Shared senior management teams are a recent and radical response to financial austerity. They aim to improve the efficiency of public services without the disruption, controversy and transaction costs associated with full-blown organizational mergers. This paper assesses the adoption of this management innovation by English district councils, identifies enablers and barriers to its effective implementation, offers a preliminary assessment of its impacts, and draws out practical lessons for policy-makers.
