以西部11座省会城市作为研究对象,对其可持续发展状况从资源、环境、科技、经济、社会五个子系统进行了评价和比较,并按综合评价值排序进行了分类研究,据此提出了相应的对策。

Additionality of public R&D grants in a transition economy

This paper examines the input and output additionality of public R&D subsidies in Western and Eastern Germany. We estimate the impact of public R&D grants on firms’ R&D and innovation input. Based on the results of this first step we compare the impact of publicly funded private R&D on innovation output with the output effect of R&D funded out of firms’ own pockets. We employ microeconometric evaluation methods using firm‐level data derived from the Mannheim Innovation Panel. Our results point towards a large degree of additionality in public R&D grants with regard to innovation input measured as R&D expenditures and innovation expenditures, as well as with regard to innovation output measured by patent applications. Input additionality has been more pronounced in Eastern Germany during the transition period than in Western Germany. However, R&D productivity is still larger for the established Western German innovation system than for Eastern Germany. Hence, a regional redistribution of public R&D subsidies might improve the overall innovation output of the German economy.

This paper points out that traditional economic evaluation of investment items, without considering comprehensively the long-term environmental influences, emphasizes only on economic benefits, which makes it incompetent to meet the demand of sustainable development. It also discusses the economic evaluation models for investment items in accordance with the theories of sustainable development.

Determinants of consumers’ aesthetic responses to Point‐of‐Purchase materials

The four‐dimensional nature of the Kaplans’ model of aesthetic response to images was tested on Point‐of‐Purchase (POP) material. It was found that only two robust dimensions emerged in the analysis, Clarity and Mystery. These however, had a significant influence on the subjects’ rating of the POP’s attractiveness. Path analysis suggested each of these dimensions was independent of the other. The implications of the findings are discussed and possible future areas of research identified.     

物流包装设计的灰色多层次综合评价模型

物流包装的合理化是有效降低物流成本,提高物流效率的主要途径,对物流包装设计方案的定量评价是其中重要问题。在给出物流包装性能评价指标体系的基础上,建立了一种基于灰色系统理论的物流包装设计多层次灰色评价模型。最后给出了对三种方案进行综合评估的实例,结果表明灰色多层次评价法适用于对物流包装设计方案进行客观公正的综合评价,有力于促进物流系统总体最优化的运作。     

基于RAGA的PPE模型在物流管理综合评价中的应用

目前,在物流管理研究中,不确定分析方法占有重要位置,但这些传统的评价方法需要人为确定各个评价指标的权重系数,存在较大的主观性和人为干扰因素。论文应用一种新兴的评价方法——投影寻踪模型,对物流发展进行综合评价,克服了人为因素的干扰,取得了满意的评价结果,为物流发展综合评价提供了一条新的思路,为今后的物流管理提供科学依据。
