Optimal extension of rail transit lines

A bilevel model for optimizing the extension of a rail transit line over a planning horizon is presented. In the upper level planning problem, planners make decisions regarding construction and investment in each period with the objective of net present worth maximization. In the lower level operational program, transit operators maximize the social welfare by setting the fare, headway, and vehicle size subject to the train capacity constraint. After the exploration of the model's structure, a tighter reformulated program is proposed and solved as a dynamic program. Numerical studies demonstrate that even without a budget limit phased development can be preferable to a one-time extension.     

On the Determinant Elements of Purchase Intention on Internet

Based on the technology acceptance model supported by plenty of theories and practical researches, this paper established the model of purchase on Internet accepted by consumers. And through the spot investigation of e-retail consumers, adopting the latest software AMOS4.0, this paper also established structure equation model and tested its reliability. The results showed that the usefulness of purchase on Internet perceived by consumers, the convenience of purchase on Internet, and the safety of purchase on Internet, they are three crucial determinants influencing the consumers＇ attitudes and intentions of those purchase on Internet. Among them the usefulness of purchase on Internet cognized by consumers influences the attitudes and intentions of purchase on Internet.     

防范离岸公司不正当经营之对策

随着国际经济一体化的发展,目前国内越来越多企业都在国际避税地注册了离岸公司。各种利益的驱使,使越来越多的投资者和投机者注册离岸公司,然而这种离岸经营在某种程度上加剧了资本外逃,减少了国家的税收,造成了国有资产的流失,滋长了腐败。为此,应注重国际合作,加强对离岸金融中心的监管,适度限制有关机构在内地开展离岸金融服务。

The Impact of the Multi-channel Retail Mix on Online Store Choice: Does Online Experience Matter?

More and more grocery retailers are becoming multi-channel retailers, as they are opening an online alternative next to their traditional offline supermarkets. While the number of multi-channel grocery shoppers is also expanding at a fast growth rate, there are still large differences in online shopping frequency, and as a result, in the levels of experience with buying in the online grocery channel. This study wants to (i) identify the underlying drivers of online store choice and (ii) explore if and how these drivers change when multi-channel shoppers gain online grocery shopping experience. We investigate this question with an online store choice model using purchase data of an extensive UK household panel over a two-year period, covering all multi-channel retailers in the grocery market. Our results show that multi-channel shoppers, at the start of online grocery shopping, tend to select the online store belonging to the same chain as their preferred offline store, especially when the online store is strongly integrated with the offline store in terms of assortment. When online grocery shopping experience increases, multi-channel shoppers’ focus shifts from a comparison within a chain across channels to a comparison across chains within the online channel, resulting in an increasing importance of online assortment attractiveness and online loyalty when choosing an online store.

以中国2005年以来发生的14起会计师事务所合并案为例,通过大样本的经验研究方法探讨了会计师事务所的合并对审计收费的影响。研究发现,总体来看,会计师事务所合并后审计收费有显著提高;但分组研究发现,只在小客户市场上,会计师事务所合并后审计收费有了显著的提高。进一步的研究发现,在大客户市场上,之所以事务所合并对审计收费的影响无显著的影响,是因为会计师事务所在合并后尽管议价能力有了较大的提升,但同时规模效率也得到了充分的发挥。
