基于“学习曲线”效应的长期质量成本模型

企业质量管理中存在“学习曲线”效应。在传统质量成本模型中引入累积产量和学习率 ,形成了长期质量成本模型。该模型长期质量成本随累积产量的增加而下降 ,而不同时期的最适宜质量水平随累积产量的增加而提高并趋近于零缺陷水平。该模型的结果与六西格玛管理实践一致     

浅析新高等学校会计制度若干问题

为适应我国高等教育事业的发展,财政部对高等学校会计制度的改革力度不断加大,经过2009年和2010年两次意见稿后,新高等学校会计制度《高等学校会计制度》（财会〔2013〕30号）终于出台。新会计制度与原制度相比,有着较大的进步与创新,同时也存在着一些不足,本文主要对这些不足进行探讨并给出建议。     

Problems of Emergency Arbitration

This paper explores ethical burdens facing the economics profession which are associated with epistemic features of economic practice. Economists exert power over those they purport to serve by virtue of epistemic asymmetry between themselves and others, i.e., the intellectual monopoly they enjoy over a vitally important body of knowledge. But they also face the problem of epistemic insufficiency, which implies that they may do substantial harm as they try to do good. The paper explores the ethical entailments of the epistemic features of economics, and argues that managing the ethical challenges requires a new field of inquiry, the field of professional economic ethics, and not just a code of conduct.

Extreme Value Theory and Statistics of Univariate Extremes: A Review

Statistical issues arising in modelling univariate extremes of a random sample have been successfully used in the most diverse fields, such as biometrics, finance, insurance and risk theory. Statistics of univariate extremes (SUE), the subject to be dealt with in this review paper, has recently faced a huge development, partially because rare events can have catastrophic consequences for human activities, through their impact on the natural and constructed environments. In the last decades, there has been a shift from the area of parametric SUE, based on probabilistic asymptotic results in extreme value theory, towards semi‐parametric approaches. After a brief reference to Gumbel's block methodology and more recent improvements in the parametric framework, we present an overview of the developments on the estimation of parameters of extreme events and on the testing of extreme value conditions under a semi‐parametric framework. 基于游客感知的古北水镇存在的问题及对策研究

根据旅游地生命周期理论采用S曲线对古北水镇的未来发展进行预测,发现古北水镇的发展趋势并不乐观。通过分析网络评价文本并结合问卷调查两种方法探究游客感知下的古北水镇形象和其存在的问题。研究发现,古北水镇目前存在竞争优势不明显、商业化问题严重、旅游产品缺乏地方特色和基础配套设施亟待完善的问题,针对这些问题提出立足于文化底蕴打造竞争优势、降低商业化程度、开发创新性的文旅产品和完善基础设施的发展对策。     

The “Six Ws” of sustainable development risks

Risk management in an organization represents a decisive function in seizing opportunities and managing the risks that can affect a business's reputation, prosperity, growth, value creation, stakeholder engagement, long-term survival, and a firm's contribution to sustainable development. For this paper, we conduct a systematic literature review of 148 indexed studies and uses the “Six Ws” (what, who, why, where, when, and how) approach to understand the linkages between sustainability and risk management. This study's findings reveal that the management of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) concerns plays a mitigation's function on business risks.     

Using Machine Learning for measuring democracy: A practitioners guide and a new updated dataset for 186 countries from 1919 to 2019

We provide a comprehensive overview of the literature on the measurement of democracy and present an extensive update of the Machine Learning indicator of Gründler and Krieger (2016). Four improvements are particularly notable: First, we produce a continuous and a dichotomous version of the Machine Learning democracy indicator. Second, we calculate intervals that reflect the degree of measurement uncertainty. Third, we refine the conceptualization of the Machine Learning Index. Finally, we significantly expand the data coverage by providing democracy indices for 186 countries in the period from 1919 to 2019.
